- Rose (9/5): - Außergewöhnlich freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Erste Erklärungen zum Stadtplan waren sehr hilfreich; Absprachen, wie z. Bsp. Bestellung eines Taxis wurde ohne weiteres Nachfragen eingehalten, angeforderte zusätzliche Kleiderbügel sofort ins Zimmer gebracht etc. Das Hotel punktet mit der großen überdachten Terrasse im ersten Stock, wo man draußen das Frühstück einnehmen kann und bis 23:00 Uhr im dort gelegenen Restaurant Speisen und Getränke bestellen kann. Dort gibt es auch eine Lounge mit übergroßem Fernseher, in dem die aktuellen Sportereignisse gesendet werden. Auch hier ist das Personal extrem freundlich und kleinere Sprach-Verständigungsschwierigkeiten werden mit Händen und Füßen und Smartphone überwunden. Danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Frühstück entspricht internationalen Standards. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Badezimmer hat eine Milchglasscheibe, das durchscheinende Licht stört bei nächtlichen Toilettengängen.

- Dennis (3/5): Please change the mattresses and pillows! - The location was close to the bus terminal, the mall and the city center. It was pretty quiet, since the room was on the back side. The bed was absolutely awful - The mattress was worn out and very uncomfortable, so were the pillows. It wasn't that clean, one day we even noticed that there was no housekeeping going on in our room. There was no option for AC, only hot air.

The lounge photos very misleading The view lounge on 2nd floor looks onto a parking lot so not inviting and not set up as a bar. Little bit far to get to old town area. Maybe 20 minute walk. Noisy hallways and 2nd floor tiled elevator entrance which was right across from our room 220.

- DMITRI (7/5): Good location. For one night stay only. - Really good location, close to railway station and bus station. Also walkable distance to central part of the town and marina. Very good and varied breakfast. Stuff didn’t react to written communication. Rooms are not sound-proof at all, you literary hear every tiny whisper in the neighbour rooms and halls, barely was able to sleep. For the price paid it definitely doesn’t worth of it :(

El desayuno es bastante bueno, tiene mucha variedad. A pesar de estar con muchas personas reponían todo el tiempo. El colchón de la cama se sentía antiguo, se sentían los resortes. El aire acondicionado me generó mucha congestión nasal (poco mantenimiento?) prefería abrir la ventana.

- Juan Manuel (9/5): Muy buen hotel casi en el centro de Málaga. - Me gustó mucho que la ubicación no era en el pleno centro de Málaga y la zona era más tranquila. El hecho de poder aparcar en el Centro Comercial Larios, aunque el precio por día era algo elevado (22 euros). El hotel está dentro del Centro Comercial por lo que se puede acceder al mismo desde el propio hotel así como al aparcamiento. El personal del hotel es encantador. El café del desayuno podía ser de mejor calidad, aunque es algo frecuente en Málaga. Las botellas de bienvenida solo era una gratis, las otras dos había que pagarlas, y no quedaba claro. Además solo se dejaba botella de agua de cortesía el primer día.

- william (8/5): OK for City centre stay - friendly and helpful Staff. Breakfast was ok. Plenty of choice. Quite far away from Marina and Old Town. 22 Euro for Parking and this is a discounted deal. We were informed beforehand but still puts up the cost of the stay quite considerably.

- Lesley (10/5): Excellent very central hotel joined to shopping centre - staff and breakfast excellent. - Room was fine but we looked over the car park - which was ok too, as interesting. Breakfast was great - staff were excellent. Handy very central hotel joined to shopping centre. Great for short taxi to airport. Couldn’t get air conditioner to cool the room - opened windows and that was sorted but be good to have more info on this if people were staying in the summer.

Duży pokój Wygodne łóżko Stolik z fotelami w pokoju Żelazko w pokoju Wypita pierwszego dnia kawa z pokoju nie została uzupełniona w kolejnych dniach, pomimo kilkudniowego pobytu. Słabe wyciszenie drzwi wejściowych i sąsiedniego pokoju, duży przenikający hałas w nocy. Ciepłe dania śniadaniowe nie porywają.

- Eric (10/5): Goede uitvalsbasis met goede voorzieningen. - De kamer is voldoende groot. Uitgebreid ontbijt. De parkeergarage van het naastgelegen winkelcentrum kan worden gebruikt door hotelgasten met aangepast tarief. Loopafstand naar het oude centrum is ongeveer 20 minuten.
