- conrad (4/5): Not up to Novotel standards - First impression was negative since we had no help with our luggage (dragged from street), and the front desk lady spoke English poorly. We had booked a suite hoping that if I snored the sofa bed would give some space. But the "pull-out bed" was a chair pull-out that was almost touching the bed, so it would not only be no help but was in the way. The suite had more square footage than a standard room, but was laid out very poorly. We immediately asked to change to a standard room (mainly because my wife uses a cane, and the suite was a VERY long walk to the very end of the hall). We changed to a standard room, but the hotel refused to credit us with the price difference. Other negatives: Nothing in mini-bar; Our bathroom was cramped and a bad layout; Only instant coffee in the room; The roof-top terrace was only open for breakfast & dinner (with reservation); They closed the restaurant one evening (for an event) with no notice to guests; The bar times were very limited, and the bartenders could not make many standard drinks (e.g. Martini); The neighborhood around was lousy. We got in an elevator one day to almost step on large shards of glass from a broken wine glass on the floor. When we told the front desk they said "Oh we know, and intend to clean it"! But the elevator was still in operation! OK, there was one positive: the breakfast was excellent. Other Novotel hotels (e.g. Barcelona) have been much better. This hotel seems to only serve the convention nearby.

- Sheela (10/5): - I loved my stay at Novotel. The hotel has a contemporary, sleek design and the rooms have a minimalist luxury with many elegant and functional touches. The best part was the service of the staff who were so helpful, accommodating, flexible, and friendly. They were fluent in English and also spoke French with me when I tried without any of the snobbery you might experience elsewhere in Paris. They were accommodating about keeping my bags securely before and after check-in so that I could make the most of my travel days. The director of the hotel was amazing and brought my luggage out to my rental car when I pulled up to go on a trip to Normandy. He told me about the place where he grew up close to my destination, and was exquisitely polite, personable, and professional. I would definitely stay at Novotel again. If you book in advance, you can get a great value, too!

- Daniele (10/5): - Ho soggiornato al Novotel in occasione di Retromobile 2025. Nonostante la zona fosse trafficata l'hotel si trova in un ottima posizione ma fuori dal caos. Camera spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. L'affaccio sulla strada non crea problemi perchè il livello di insonorizzazione è ottimo. La colazione è a buffet molto varia e ben fornita. Mi sono piaciuti gli spazi comuni e la cordialità di tutto il personale. Consiglio a tutti quelli che devono stare zona fiera.

Ponto negativo a linpeza do quarto, ficamos 3 noites a primeira e a ultima a limpeza e arrumacao foi pessima, simplismente colocaram o lencol por cima e nao trocaram nenhuma toalha, alem do sabonete liquido ter acabado e meu marido sinalizou nao foi recolocado. O Cafe da manha no andar superior e mto consfuso, nao tem espaco para sentar e nenhum funcionario veio conversar conosco, diferente do cafe da manha no terreo que e organizado e muito bem servido

Customer relations manager had to step in address our concerns and she offered a free night stay in lieu of fixing the problem! The room was packed with furniture and the carpet was dirty. Breakfast lounge staff at both their restaurants were rude and unfriendly!

Ontbijt was erg druk en moest je lang wachten, maar het was wel erg lekker en uitgebreid. Het personeeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Metro om de hoek ongeveer 5 min lopen dus perfect, met een vaste lijn zit je zo in het centrum.

- Uwe (6/5): Hier nicht mehr wieder - Selten so ein schlecht gemanageds Hotel gesehen. Wirklich unmĂśglich. Choas bei der jungen Truppe an der Rezeption, die im Zelt im Haus stattfindet. SitzmĂśglichkeit ? auf einem Zelthocker in 40 cm HĂśhe Ăźber dem Boden. Sehr unorientiert. Man meint, hier arbeiten Praktikanten. Fragestellungen fĂźr den Folgetag Ăbernachtung wurden auf den Folgetag verlegt anstatt sofort zu klären. Am Folgetag wieder keiner Bescheid gewusst. Das Hotel konnte man mangels Aufschrift an der Strasse kaum zu finden. Nein, hier her nie wieder. Man fĂźhlt sich als Kunde nicht ernst genommen. Hab den Eindruck, man wollte unbedingt "anders sein" unter all den Hotels. Das ist gelungen

- Michael Daniel (4/5): - My elderly parents and I got 2 rooms on 2 different levels. I asked the staff if itâs possible to get access to the levels weâre both on. They said it wasnât possible. They only give you 2 key cards and one is needed to operate the power in your room. So basically youâre stuck with one key card when youâre at the property. My dad had asked the receptionist if they can let him in to my floor (because i felt sick) but they said it was not possible. So my poor dad had to walk up the stairs to come get me. Quelle horreur!

- Paige (4/5): Need to put air-conditioning on - The temperature throughout the hotel was unbearable. We asked several times for our room to be adjusted as we were told we couldnt use the aircon out of season. Although the bed was veru comfortable and the bathroom was lovely and modern. We could not give more than 2 stars as we didn't sleep well at all because of the heat...even with the window wide open.

- Wilson (8/5): - Property was great on location to getting around and very quiet and neat. The downstairs bar/reataurant gave excellent service, cannot fault them. Few concerning points; bed was not made just covered with clothing still under sheets which we thought we lost. Toilet roll was empty and not renewed . 8th floor rearuarant service was horrible, not organised or managed properly, waited 20mins to have order taken and seeeing guest who came after us were eating. Ordered drinks and never git it until i reminded waiter on leavijg that we never got the drinks so tgey needed to be taken off the bill. Waiters were all about and not in vharge of specific areas which was very confusing to who was waiting ot sat down first we left the reataurant very quick and went off site. Apart feom this 2 disappoinments the hotel is indeed a 4star experience.

- Tsz Ling (10/5): Lovely hotel for family - I like this hotel, it is located at a quiet area but a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel is very kids friendly, they have hand painting and mascot to take picture with kids. The breakfast has many choices of food, but it is quite busy and always need some waiting. The room is quite spacious and clean.

- virginia (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating to our needs. The room was great. We asked for a sofa bed for our kids and every afternoon when we got back to room, sofa was already made for our kids to sleep in. They even allowed us to leave our bags after checking out, since our train wouldn't leave until late afternoon. Overall experience was great! We would definitely stay here again when visiting the beautiful city of Paris!!

I like that they had a gym at this location, but the cable machine was not very good. the movement was not smooth at all and was limited in range of movement. The air con in the room was not strong at all and the thermostat did not display the temperature so I could not tell if it was actually cooling down. The room was very warm, and humid. The bathroom was not constructed very well as cracks in the shower, loose pipes made the place feel very cheap. Overall, I would not stay here agai or any Novotels
- Chafia (4/5): Overpriced - The experience was ok. The breakfast is not included in woth the room. The AC was on automatic so it was a bit cold in the room. The laundry service is expensive and is only from 8am to 10am. It is overpriced.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Hits and Misses - Decent hotel. It trys to be "cool and camplike" but the desks in the tent are not efficient, the staff has to run back and forth to the office for supplies/key cards. There were 2 staff members that seemed to really know what they were doing and were kind and helpful. Others in training? The hotel also attempts eco-friendly w/water bottles, LOW flow showers and pre-set a/c settings. We visited in early June and it wasn't even that hot yet and we were warm all night. Staff said the a/c levels were set to a max/min. Yet, they replaced all our towels even when we hung them up. Also, great restaurant on the roof with incredible views but we could never eat there as it was always pre-reserved w/no availability for hotel guests. The bartender was delightful (but full bar only available with a meal).

Commendable focus on the environment - however the filtered water stations on each floor did not always work and the room was very warm (air con not on until summer); we were advised to open the window but huge exhibition centre next door with loud noise from early morning meant this wasnât ideal with young children.

- H (10/5): Great hotel - Positives: Great break fast, lobby and hotel decor is quirky, beds are comfy, water fountains on every floor to fill your water bottle which is a great initiative to save the environment. breakfast is pretty good and kids eat free. Negatives: We booked a family room but futon or sofa bed is not the comfiest, ok for smaller kids Aur conditioning is barely enough you akways get this feeking that it can be a bit better and since windiws do not open one is just relying on AC so performance shoukd be improves.
- Siobhan (6/5): - There is no front desk so you have to figure out who the front lobby exploiters are, the bathroom door on the rooms are smoked glass that swing both ways and do not lock and are transparent. The location requires you to walk quite a distance before you get to the sights at the river edge.
- Mapalagama De (10/5): - Amazing property and the roof top restaurant was amazing. The breakfast is a mess as they are not adequately staffed and itâs over crowded. The make your own eggs option needs to be rethought as most guest donât seem to get it. At the Grange, I was refused an itemized bill after multiple requests and instead even the receipt only had one line item with the total due. I had to do the calculation separately for what I ordered and realized the wait staff added an additional tip which I would have gladly left anyway for the service and the food. This experience wonât stop me going back.

- Roop (8/5): Nice hotel - We had a lovely stay at Novotel. The hotel was quite nice with clean rooms and facilities. The only issue we had was with waiting for breakfast as the the area for serving breakfast was a bit small for the number of guest so every morning we had to queue to get a table.
- Grace (10/5): - After an awful experience at our hotel in Amsterdam, we arrived at the Novotel and were blown away. The staff was absolutely wonderful. They were extremely pleasant to work with and kept our room consistently clean. The breakfast and the fitness room were both amazing necessities to have in the hotel. We will definitely being stay there again and signed up for a rewards account due to our experience. The location was also wonderful as it kept us right in between all of the sight seeing we had planned. Highly, highly recommended!

- Verified traveler (6/5): Not a 4 hotel and need proper reception - Small shops around but not an easy walk distance from Porte de Versaille Station if you carry baggages or pram. Water pressure too low so shower was barely working. I don't like their idea of running a moving reception as the reception often unattended (we had to wait over 20min for check in) and not clear where the reception is.
