• HITOMI (5/5): 可もなく不可もなくと言う感じです - とにかく駅から近い。飲食店もたくさんあった。他のホテルより格安で泊まることが出来た。 ちょっと説明不足な点があった。ツインルームに2人で泊まったのにルームキーが一つしかなかった。あとで口コミの回答を読んだらチェックインカウンターで申請すれば良いとのこと。そういうことはチェックイン時に説明して欲しい。必ず2人で行動するとは限らないのでツインルームの場合にはルームキーは2人分用意して欲しいなぁと思いました。説明不足ではないのですが翌日、チェックアウトの際、スタッフが見当たらず何度か呼びかけたが気づいてもらえなかったのでベルなどの用意が有れば良いかなと思いました。あと、部屋に入った時、窓が開いていました。

• TRUONG (9/5): Nice place - Near the station. Easy to visit main station such as Namba, Umeda. There are a lot of local restaurant around. I had try duck udon in the restaurant with 1 min walk. Not a big deal but my room is in the corner so that it is a little bit difficult find from the elevator. The room even has a triangle shape :) The TV is a old type. I cannot use any internet app such as youtube. Since i don't understand Japanese, the atV channel seems useless.

• TiaanWest (8/5): - Great location near metro stops ( a few stops away from Osaka Station) and the Keihan lines. Comfortable, no frills No cleaning at all (other hotels clean every 3rd day). The two pillows per room policy.

Ideally, the sets would be replaced with the ones that do it all in one go, so that you don't need to manually shift your clothes from washer to dryer, but they do the job.

• Kensuke (8/5): ロケーションがよく、清潔で快適 - 過去にも利用していますが、ロケーションがとてもよいです。梅田まで一駅ですし、歩けないこともないです。駅が近いので難波への移動もすぐです。周りに飲食店も多いですし、美術館やフェスティバルホールもすぐ近くにあります。 部屋は清潔でとてもよいのですが、バスルームの排水は洗面バスタブともによくありませんでした。それ以外は、とてもよかったです。

• Alessandro (9/5): Consigliato ! - La posizione è comoda, vicino ai trasporti pubblici, negozi e ristoranti, rendendo facile esplorare la città. Il personale è stato educato e disponibile. Le camere sono compatte ma moderne, molto pulite e ben attrezzate con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Ottima scelta.

• Evgeny (5/5): - Good location and nice staff. Breakfast is a joke - It's much easier to walk 50 meters to City Bakery and get a much better experience for the same price. There's a lot of dust in the room, especially around the hood and next to the TV. The air conditioner is my personal nightmare, and maybe it's just a room-specific issue, but it was so loud that it was impossible to sleep with it on.
