Stephen (8/5): Really lovely hotel, well appointed and great for travel into Dublin Centre - thought the quality of the breakfast was excellent. I had dinner twice in the evening, the 2nd time the chunky chips were rock hard and not cooked through propertly I also didnt like having to pay for water in the room, it was not made clear that the water on arrival was all I was getting for the stay

paula (9/5): comfortable convenient great food - strict application of photo ID requirement - great breakfast. room was lovely, all necessities there. Underground parking was a bonus. Almost not allowed to check in because i didn't have photo ID. While this may be a requirement technically - it is not normal practice in hotels across Dublin, and so i didn't have any with me. It was quite a challenge - during which i thought i was going to have to drive back to county clare and miss my business meetings.

It was a struggle to get the invoice as they insisted they are unable to provide it as i have booked over booking.com. The room was loud, the window handles were broken so the sound insulation didn’t work. I genuinely hated the hotel.

L5397TYamandac (10/5): Great cocktails and excellent service - I recently had a really pleasant experience with two well-crafted cocktails, both made by bartender Kathleen. The first was a frozen drink super refreshing, light in texture, and perfectly balanced in flavor. The second was a whisky sour, a classic citrus-forward cocktail, a bit more intense, with just the right amount of acidity and a very consistent execution. You can really notice the attention to detail in both drinks, from preparation to presentation. The service was also very attentive and relaxed, which made the whole experience even better.

Lovely breakfast, food on the menu for dinner was beautiful, good sized portions. Drinks in the bar were cheaper than local pubs. Nick in the bar is a lovely bloke, friendly, attentive, polite and always a big smile on his face. We left early in the morning and staff arranged a great breakfast bag for us to take to the airport. Great value for money. 👍

cleavenv2023 (6/5): Disappointed - Dear Sir/Madam, We came to your hotel to celebrate our honeymoon and were looking forward to making it a special and memorable experience. Unfortunately, we felt quite disappointed with how things were handled during our stay. When we mentioned that we were on our honeymoon, nothing special was arranged to acknowledge the occasion. Instead, after we checked-in we were provided with a list of additional items that we could purchase at extra cost, which was quite disheartening considering the purpose of our visit. Additionally, although we paid for a package that included breakfast, we were asked on a daily basis to pay for breakfast. Each time this happened, we had to remind the staff that breakfast was already included in our booking, which became quite frustrating. Furthermore, we feel that the parking rate is quite high. Paying €20 per nightfor parking is excessive considering we were residing at your hotel for a week, and since Dublin is extremely busy, we had no choice but to park at the hotel. On another note, we would like to mention that the staff members we encountered were extremely nice and polite, and we appreciate their kindness during our stay. We hope you take this feedback into consideration so that future guests celebrating special occasions can have a better experience.

The restaurant menu choices are way too limited. A hotel of this size and location should have a much broader menu choice - I ended up going to restaurants 2 nights and getting a delivered pizza one night. I’d have happily eaten at your restaurant if there had been a wider choice.

Great shower system so easy to use. So much space. I was 1 but great for a couple +. I did think it was on the higher side of pricing. Paid £500+ for 3 nights no breakfast included so yeah. Location wise - perfect. Tram is at the door step of the hotel. A 6 minute walk away from town areas. Great location wise. 15-17 mins walk to Aldi and Lidle and dominoes on the same road NA

The overall experience was fantastic, with everything running smoothly and the atmosphere being so welcoming and comfortable. A special mention has to go to Josephine, the reaction manager, who was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was perfect for us. Her professionalism and kindness really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. We also had a great experience in the restaurant thanks to Dexter, who was so kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. He went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after, and it didn’t go unnoticed. The staff truly made this stay memorable, and we will definitely be returning. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable hotel experience!
