• Benedito Roberto (9/5): Barcelona surpresa - Da localização, do atendimento dos intermediários. O local e o bairro são ótimos para se deslocar pela cidade. Melhorar a limpeza do banheiro. Box de banho com bolor nas paredes. Quarto sem iluminação, precisa urgente trocar luminaria. A máquina de lavar estava fora de uso. A roupa foi levada a lavagem pelos administradores quando solicitamos.
• Plamena (3/5): - the only good thing about this apartment is the location and the hosts were nice first we waited for 20 minutes in front of the building for someone to come and let us in, despite the fact that the host knew when we were arriving and we kept him updated about our whereabouts. the apartment was not well kept. it was dirty and the sleepwear had stains. also the host knew that we would be 4 people staying there, but the sofa wasn’t prepared. we had to make it ourselves with the sleepwear being kept underneath it full of dust and hairs from previous guests. The small single room didn’t had a window, and it was literally just a small beg and a space just to get to the bed. I think this is just a closet turned into a room. It is not even possible to close the door during the night as there is no air at all. I cannot imagine if this was during the summer… overall it wasn’t a good stay.
• Barbara (1/5): NO LO RENTES! ES UN TIMO, ESTÁ VIEJO Y MAL MANTENIDO. - Lo único que vale la pena de ese departamento es la ubicación. El resto no corresponde al precio que se cobra. Es un departamento que se vende como de lujo, pero en realidad es muy viejo, no se le ha dado el mantenimiento, las camas, muebles, sábanas, colchones, toallas son de pésima calidad y está viejísimas. Es un timo que cobren esa tarifa con unas instalaciones tan malas.
• ΑΝΥΦΑΝΤΑΚΗ (9/5): - Σε πολυ ωραια τοποθεσια με προσβαση με τσ ποδια σε πολλα αξιοθεατα αλλα κσι ωρσια μαγαζια στην ευρυτερη περιοχη.Καθαρο,ωραια θεα ,εξοπλισμενο με οτι χρειαζεσαι.Ο ιδιοκτητης ευγενικος και μας αφησε εως στις 15.30....το συνιστω ανεπιφυλακτα

• Alix (7/5): - La salle de séjour pour se retrouver entre famille. La salle de bain est spacieuse et la cuisine est fonctionnelle. La disposition des pièces est correcte. Il manquait un torchon et il faisait très froid dans la salle de bain situé loin de la clim installée dans le salon. Les lits n'étaient pas super confortables mais nous étions à Barcelone pour découvrir la ville !

Sapevano del nostro arrivo e nessuno si è presentato. L'accoglienza. Che non c'è stata. Il dovere vagare di notte alla ricerca di un albergo in zona. La struttura mi ha rimborso la prima notte va detto per correttezza. La differenza di prezzo l'abbiamo pagata noi. Booking non ci ha tutelato per niente

We found everything we needed on site, as well as cleanliness. It's a very cozy apartment, with tiny balconies and beautiful views. I would be happy to stay again next time. It lived up to my expectations, so everything was acceptable and enjoyable. The only thing we didn't like was the temperature, it was quite cold in March and there was no central heating.
• Shing (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious, clean apartment located in a very convenience neighborhood. Host and staff were nice and helpful, and responded to our requests promptly. The blanket for the sofabed can be cleaner.
• Marie (8/5): Overall it was a good stay! People were kind and wanted to please. Unit was good enough but views sensational! - The views were breathtaking! Sun streaming through windows. The little balcony was charming. The agents were always quick to respond. Comfortable beddings and bed and good towels. Played with pots and pans that were not induction or were just trying to cook simple things. Pls remove pans not working for the stove. Creaky floors trying to make coffee and awakened companions. No wifi upon our stay maid accidentally cut cord. Drains and water pressure not working but they fixed immediately!

Very nice area. - The location was very good in terms of the neighbourhood and proximity to the major tourist attractions Some of the furniture was not in good condition. The beds were not very comfortable and the towels and bedding was also quite old.

We also consider for our next trip to Barcelona. - Great location, lots of space, well equipped, including washing machine and dryer. Well organized, friendly welcome. Some pieces of furniture are a bit old. The sofa in the living room is comfortable only for one person, due to its structure. Additional extra fee for check-in after 8.00 pm, and we could not fly earlier.

Love the shops and and lots of places to eat nearby. The person whom we met to collect the key name Jorge was very helpful to tell us tips and advice for best places to visit. Be better if have enough water running on kitchen top/faucet, otherwise impressed how they provide everything from cooking stuff to washing clothes if needed.
