• Mariam (9/5): Comfy, clean - The apartments locates at very good location. 25 mins from the sea and 20 mins from the center. Tram, Bus, metro is nearby. Super happy to be there I begged for the extra towels for 3 days :)

The hosts were very kind to accommodate an early check-in. Please oil the building's front door hinges - it makes a lot of sound in the apartment any time someone opens it.

W nocy trzeba mieć cały czas zasłonięte rolety bo inaczej lampa z ulicy świeci prosto w twarz, słychać każde skrzypienie drzwi wejściowych.
• CSILLA (10/5): An excellent place to stay if you're visiting Athens. - The apartment had two separate rooms with a very comfortable double bed and a shared kitchen. The amenities were modern, and the kitchen had everything we needed, including a microwave. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The entire apartment was beautifully clean, with nice bedding. There were shops, a bakery, cafés, and restaurants nearby. The metro station was only a 5–10 minute walk away, and the Acropolis was just one stop away. Communication with the host was excellent, we received answers to all our questions very quickly. We were very satisfied with the accommodation and found it to be great value for money. I would recommend it for up to four people, even for a stay of several days. We would happily return. There was no such thing.

• Michał (2/5): Niezbyt zadowolony - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra Bardzo głośno w budynku. Zapach pleśni wilgoć i stęchlizna w pokoju w którym stoi urządzenie do usuwania wilgoci jednak prawdopodobnie nie działa, tak jak klimatyzacja.... Bardzo zimno. Ze wzgledu na przykry zapach trzeba spać przy otwartym oknie nawet w zimne wieczory. Za ścianą łóżka rury od wody bez żadnej izolacji, ogromny hałas gdy lokatorzy na gorze spuszczają wodę lub biorą prysznic. Bardzo słychać sąsiadów ściany jak z papieru. Brak czajnika, pomimo że był w opisie i na zdjęciach.. Szafa na ubrania to jakaś zakurzona wnęka w ścianie. Piszczące drzwi wejściowe do budynku budziły nas wielokrotnie. Brak gniazdka w łazience. Warunki bardzo ciężkie, brak warunków mieszkalnych w tym lokalu.

• ELPIDA (8/5): - Ευγενική και εξυπηρετική σε ότι χρειάστηκαμε, μας αναβάθμισε και το δωμάτιο όταν καταλάβαμε ότι άλλο δωμάτιο θέλαμε και άλλο κλείσαμε . Άνετο σπίτι με δύο διπλά κρεβάτια ! Υπήρξε μια δυσκολία με το άνοιγμα της πόρτας και στην αρχή που δεν δούλεψαν οι κωδικοί αλλά και το βράδυ που γυρίσαμε που είχαμε τελικά μόνο το κλειδί της εξώπορτας και όχι της κύριας πόρτας. Ήρθα στην δύσκολη θέση να την ψάχνω μέσα στην νύχτα . Ευτυχώς έχει κάποιο σύστημα και ανοίγει αυτόματα , οπότε δεν είχαμε αναμονή . Πιστεύω ότι ήταν μια άτυχη στιγμή .

• Σοφία Ν (5/5): Αδικαιολόγητα υπερτιμημένο! - Στα θετικά ήταν μόνο ότι είχε ζεστό νερό και η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος ήταν ικανοποιητική. Πολύ χαμηλή σχέση ποιότητας και τιμής! Ένα ημιυπόγειο δωμάτιο με ανύπαρκτη ντουλάπα (απλώς μια εσοχή στον τοίχο), στην ντουζιέρα κάποιος με λίγα παραπάνω κιλά δυσκολεύεται να χωρέσει και το χειρότερο, ανύπαρκτη ηχομόνωση. Τέλος, η πλήρης απουσία ανταπόκρισης από πλευράς του διαχειριστή στη δυσαρέσκεια που εξέφρασα ήδη από την πρώτη διανυκτέρευση, επιβεβαιώνει την έλλειψη επαγγελματισμού και σεβασμού προς τον πελάτη.

It was really clean and quite comfortable for two people and full with the things someone needs. We only stayed one night but I would definitely choose it again! The building the room is located is old but you can see that they have renovated the apartment and they take a good care of it. It didn't bother me cause it's something you expect at the central areas of Athens.

• Ιωαννα (10/5): - Εξαιρετική εμπειρία! Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και πολύ προσεγμένο, ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική και ήσυχη, κάτι που έκανε τη διαμονή ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν άψογος, πολύ συνεργάσιμος και πάντα πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει με οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Η σχέση ποιότητας–τιμής ήταν εξαιρετική και σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσω ξανά. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

• Maria (7/5): Uma estadia agradável e confortável - Gostei muito da localização e da limpeza do alojamento, a cama também era espaçosa e confortável. O apartamento cheirava um pouco a mofo e o lavatório da casa de banho era muito pequeno.

• Eva (3/5): - Buena ubicación respecto al centro. Nada más entrar al edificio, nos hacen bajar a un sótano donde estaba el apartamento. Nada más entrar el olor a humedad de la habitación era muy fuerte a pesar de que tenían puesto un deshumidificador que hacía un ruido insoportable. Para contactar con ellos siempre salen mensajes automáticos y nunca hablas con una persona. Se oyen todas las cañerías del edificio y los ruidos del vecindario.

• Laura (9/5): Practico y acogedor - Tiene todo lo que necesitas. Esta limpio. Check-in fácil. Por decir algo. Creo que al patio interior se le podría sacar más partido. És grande, pero no te dan ganas de salir. Por otro lado, dentro hay algunos detalles de muebles, mampara ducha que podrían estar mejor, nada importante.

Ζώγκος (2/5): Φτιάξτε το αλλιώς κάντε το αποθήκη - Το καλο που είχε ηταν οτι ειναι κοντά στο μετρό και υπάρχουν βασικά πράγματα μέσα στο σπίτι Με το που μπήκαμε μέσα στο σπίτι μύριζε μούχλα απο παντού οι τοίχοι, σε κάποια σημεία είχαν μούχλα και ειχε σκάσει ο σοβάς, αν είχες ανοιχτό το παράθυρο οποίος και να περπάταγε η να μίλαγε ηταν λες και περνούσε μεσα από το σπίτι, αν το έκλεινες δεν γλύτωσες την φασαρία από τον πάνω όροφο ακουγόντουσαν βήματα και η αποχέτευση όλης της πολυκατοικίας περνάνε μεσα από το διαμέρισμα οπότε κάθε καζανάκι ή απλά ενα άνοιγμα βρίσεις το άκουγες ξεκάθαρα, δεν θα μιλήσω το ότι είναι υπόγειο διαμέρισμα εχω ξανα μείνει με τα ιδια λεφτά και αρκετά ήσυχο και χωρίς καμία οσμή!
• Catriona (3/5): Don't stay, the apartment you get is not what you book, hosts not helpful - Code access, no keys We arrived at the apartment, no sign or information. We telephoned the host who told us we were at the wrong address (even though we were at the address on the booking confirmation and is currently still showing on Booking.com). We were told to go to another block of apartments 15 minutes away (in taxi), different name, address......we arrived expecting a 2 bedroom apartment that we'd booked, we were given a studio with 1 bed which wasn't suitable. We telephoned the host who told us there was no alternative and one of us could sleep on the sofa! We had no choice but to stay. The sofa was not suitable as a bed. On our return home we complained to Booking.com who spoke to the host but the host wasn't interested and would not refund.

• Volodymyr (8/5): - Легкий check in, в апартаментах було все необхідне. Ідеально на одну ніч. Брудна ванна кімната, вид з балкону - навколо бите скло на стінах сусідніх будинків, ймовірно захист від грабіжників, що створювало відчуття того, що район неблагополучний.
• Łukasz (8/5): Studio blisko centrum - Wygodne, choć nieco małe, studio w centrum miasta. Sklepy w pobliżu. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, był nawet ekspres do kawy, ale bez kapsułek. Bezproblemowy odbiór kluczy. Duży telewizor, klimatyzacja i osuszacz powietrza. Lokalizacja w suterenie, co powodowało zapach stęchlizny, widok na śmietnik (okno na poziomie gruntu). Nieuzupełniony koszyk powitalny. Kabina prysznicowa bardzo mała. Brak szaf.

• Seraphim (5/5): Passable but not recommended unless you have no where to stay - It was clean at standard level Too small, no windows, lot of noise due to plumbing water supply from the other apartments. You can hear ongoing noise

La machine à café était cassée ; ils l'ont remplacée trois fois, mais elle fuyait toujours. L'annonce indiquait que le ménage était fait tous les jours, mais c'est faux. Personne ne l'a nettoyée une seule fois pendant nos six jours de séjour ! Les poubelles n'ont pas été sorties. La chambre ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos du site. Il y avait des cheveux partout!

• Coral (7/5): Shaky start & pleasent end - Zoe’s Studio is close to shops, restaurants and the metro. The apartment has all the amenities as described, that was brilliant. I slept comfortably throughout my stay, however couldn’t let the natural light in the morning, as the apartment is in the basement with a window that looks out onto passing feet so not a great view unless you like feet. Unfortunately my google maps wasn’t working properly. Typical. So I called Zoe’ Studio for help. I instantly felt very vulnerable, as I had only gone maybe 300 meters on the main road from the metro, Zoe’s representative had no idea where I was or how to help me. She just kept referring me back to google maps. Not very comforting. So I decided to kindly stop a local and passed him the phone. Thankfully he worked it out, provide verbal directions and I was on my way.

• Emily (6/5): Decent option for a short stay - Zoe's Studio is located on the first floor, up the steps just inside the front door of the building. No climbing a bunch of stairs! Excellent location for visiting local restaurants, and is relatively close to the Acropolis (a ~25 min walk). Rooms were clean and instructions for check in were clear. We had issues with the wifi not working for at least two hours after arrival at the studio at 2-3pm. We reached out via Whatsapp regarding this and while they responded to the first messages, they did not let us know when the wifi was presumed to be back, or when it was actually fixed, as I attempted to reconnect at 9pm that night and it worked, but I have no idea when it actually came back online, so we were using our data in the meantime. The keycard for the room did not open it, and thankfully we had coincidentally left a member of our party in the room, so we weren't locked out. I figured since it was a one night stay and the lack of follow up regarding the previous message re: wifi, that we might face a delay or lack of response re: the keycard not unlocking the apartment door. The balcony view was not the best, as you immediately view high walls with broken glass on top. Beds were a bit creaky. No welcome basket was provided. Overall, this is best for a short stay.

Δεν υπήρχε καθόλου σύνδεση στο διαδίκτυο για όλο το 24ωρο που μείναμε εκεί και η οικοδέσποινα δεν απαντούσε στα μηνύματα σχετικά με αυτό το θέμα. Δεν υπήρχε το σίδερο που αναφέρεται στις παροχές. Το καλάθι καλωσορίσματος ήταν ελλιπές.
• Darshan Gajara (2/5): No Internet & poor support - Good location and comfortable beds The Internet didn't work the whole time we were there. We informed the support right away about the connection problem, but they only gave us troubleshooting methods without any solution. I tried everything and told them about it, but they never fixed it. The coffee machine also wasn't working, the power button was pressed. I think the management knows about these issues and just decided not to fix them.
