• Sukie (1/5): DO NOT BOOK THIS! - Location was good Misrepresentation of the photos, the apartment is very outdated and furniture and chairs were covered, when we looked under the sofa and chair covers the furniture was so old. The bathroom was disgusting. I couldn’t even shower, door missing on shower, bath tub was dirty and shower head was not attached. There was a horrible stale smell throughout the apartment. Kitchen stunk of bleach and bad drain smell. We didn’t use the kitchen. The entrance door handle fell off straightaway. I contacted the owner as I didn’t know how to open the door without the handle and he contacted me 7 hours later. The lift is scary, as apartment is on 6th floor. The bed was really uncomfortable. The owner has not maintained the property at all. Everything looked over 20 years old. Do not stay here, I was very disappointed!

Zoe was very helpful and provided bottled water as we arrived on a bank holiday! Bad room door and furniture in Parthenon are damaged and need urgent repair - host was informed and promised to do that - so it should not be an issue in the near future anymore.

The kitchen was adequate for what I needed. There were some equipment issues that could not be fixed quickly (bathtub leak) but management acknowledged my report quickly, and promised to make repairs.

La vue exceptionnelle sur L'acropole, la colline du Lycabette et le Temple de Zeus ainsi que la porte d Hadrien. Les volumes de l appartement qui permettent d'être à l'aise à 5 personnes. Bonne communication avec l'hôte. Equipement de la cuisine au strict minimum (vaisselle), baignoire vétuste (mais eau bien chaude très appréciée !), une baie vitrée côté salon ne ferme pas, ne pas mettre de photo de panier garni s il n'y en a pas 😅

• Sigve (9/5): Had a great stay in an almost perfect apartment, some small improvements will make it a 10 - Very good location and clean apartment with nice rooms. The apartment and furniture looks very good and stylish. Also a large kitchen and two spacey bedrooms. No breadknife, no curtains to block the sun in any of the rooms. The shower also misses a door and is making the floor wet. Could have been fixed by moving the attachment for the showerhead, so thats my recommendation.

Al lado hay una pizzeria buenísima! Y spots para comprar helado y recuerdos a muy buen precio. La puerta del baño no cerraba bien, así mismo la regadera pese a contar con un gancho, el agua salpicaba si o si al piso. Así mismo no habia puerta en la ducha. Nadie te recibe, solo una señora que abre la puerta y ya, si tienes una duda o algo demoran en contestar. Quise pagar por horas extra para dejar mi equipaje pero no me dejaron, pese a que habían habitaciones libres en Booking.

• Sławomir (1/5): Unikać bo to niebezpieczny lokal. - Widok. Na zdjęciach wygląda super, w rzeczywistości to zimny, ciasny lokal w stylu babcinym z nieprzyjemnym zapachem. Po wejściu do lokalu byłem tam około 2-3h czekając aż się nagrzeje zrezygnowałem z użytkowania lokalu. W tym czasie zobaczyłem wszystkie zagrożenia i zrezygnowałem wynajmując kolejny. Booking oczywiście umywa ręce, a zarządzający lokalem nie widzi problemu. Unikać bo za 50zł więcej dziennie masz nowoczesny luksusowy lokal w lepszej lokalizacji w stosunku do lokalu wymagającego remontu! 1. Gniazdka wychodzą ze ścian przy wyjmowaniu wtyczki. 2. W łazience pachnie restauracją z dołu. 3. Barierka na balkonie potłuczona, rusza się podczas wiatru i wylatuje z niej szkło. 4. Nieszczelność okien jest taka, że klimatyzacja ustawiona na 30°C przez 2h nie dała rady nagrzać pokoju. Na zewnątrz 8°C. 5. Farba sypie się z sufitu. 6. Drzwi do łazienki zacinają się. 7. Słabe oświetlenie. 8. Zapach starego mieszkania. Plusy tego miejsca lokalizacja. Na tym się kończą.
• riccardo (8/5): Posizione e vista da favola - La posizione è invidiabile ed estremamente comoda e centrale per accedere alle principali attrazioni. L'appartamento è di generose dimensioni e gode di tutti i principali confort. Abbiamo trovato un'ottima pulizia iniziale ed i proprietari sono stati disponibili. Andrebbe fatta maggiore manutenzione all'appartamento, nello specifico allo stato dei pavimenti e dell'intonaco in diverse stanze. I letti non estremamente comodi ma passabili e se possibile andrebbe fatto un ammodernamento generale del mobilio.

No parece nada de lo que es en las fotos, o sea el dinero perdido porque no pudimos ni dormir ahí por las malas instalaciones que tiene, todo lleno de mugre y de malas condiciones. Terraza amplia y bonita pero para que te sirve si es un zulo y aseo ya ni hablar. La papelera de los viejos inquilinos aún estaba llena. La anfitriona no nos dio ninguna solución por parte de ella, fatal no , lo siguente. Experiencia muy desagradable, tuvimos que buscar otro apartamento directamente. Muy mal todo.

Die Ausstattung der Küche war okay, obwohl Töpfe ausgetauscht gehören. Das Bad war abscheulich, runter gekommen und wirklich der Wohnung nicht wert. Hier muss dringend etwas gemacht werden!! Zwei der drei Stühle waren zudem kaputt.

И от двете спални има страхотна гледка към Акропола. С огромна тераса и място, от което да се наслаждаваш на гледката. Стаите са достатъчно просторни. Почистено добре. Лесно достъпно. Лесна комуникация. Има нужда от цялостно освежаване и поддръжка. Особено банята, където едната врата на душ кабината липсва. Столовете във всекидневната бяха счупени, вратите на спалните не се затваряха добре.

A képek 2 külön apartmant mutatnak, ez nem volt egyértelmű.

El comedor donde estaba el armario-cocina no tenía sillas y solo unas mesas auxiliares pequeñas. La puerta del cuarto de baño no cierra bien.

• Patricia (10/5): The perfect location for our first night in Athens!! - The view of the Acropolis from the apartment was nothing short of spectacular. The accommodations were great, too. Just had one bathroom.

The most important landmarks of the city are a few minutes on foot away and you can enjoy them from the balcony. If you find it available don't hesitate to book it!

• Preetam (8/5): - Location was the best USP of this property along with its amazing view. Noise from the streets below. Property should ideally be double-glazed to block off the noise.
• fiona (8/5): - It's run down but in an ideal spot. Walking distance to all the sites. Can't beat waking up with the view of the Acropolis, made my day.
• Steve (7/5): Wonderful view , bathroom impractical. No contact check in for assistance. - Wonderful location, view of Parthenon from apartment balcony. Close to shops & restaurants etc, washing machine useful & welcome food/drink basket appreciated. Bathroom disappointing. Tiny shower with missing glass door letting cold air in! Shower taps positioning meant it is virtually impossible to have a comfortable shower. Lift tiny & scary with 🧳
