• KANESAN (1/5): Broken Facilities, Filthy Conditions and Unsafe Stay - You have to get a taxi to get to this hotel from any nearest Metro Station The apartment door was broken and could not be closed properly. The handle was damaged, meaning anyone from outside could easily open the door. When I entered the apartment, the heater was not working neither in the main hall nor in the room. The bathroom was filthy, and the floor was sticky. The black sofa had a hole in it, and there were bed bugs on the sofa. The air-conditioning unit was also broken. The entire place was old, dirty, and clearly poorly maintained. Nothing appeared to have been properly looked after. I left the property within 10 minutes and moved to another hotel because the conditions were completely unacceptable and the apartment felt unsafe to stay in. I am wondering how the authorities could allow this unit to be rented to customers as hotel accommodation. This place is beyond unliveable.

Tout est cassé, tout était gratté, il est vraiment vraiment sale et en plus y aller Purinaise de lit à cause de ça j'ai changé le soir même et en rentrant en France j'étais obligé d'aller à l'urgence pour me soigner des piqûres. Bref c'est vraiment catastrophique.

• Troy (8/5): - Very close to the bus. Grab the 19s to the ferry or the 10a to the mall. The hotel is in need of repairs but in its day it was quite nice. If ya look past the needed repairs the rest is comfortable. There's a market and pastry shop walking distance and lots of food options up the road. Would I stay here again? Yes. Would my parents, probably not. Would I recommend this place? Yes.

• Burcu (2/5): PAYLAŞIMLARI VE VAADLERİYLE ÇELİŞEN MEKAN - Yaptığım en kötü konaklamaydı. Oda hijyenik değildi. Kimi yerler tozluydu. Hele yatağın altı… Buzdolabı çalışmıyordu. Sorduğumda “diğer odanın da penceresi olmadığını, orada rahat edemeyeceğimi” söyledi. Tv çalışmıyordu, kablosu sökülmüş. Klima için resepsiyondan kumanda almam gerekti. Mikrodalganın içi mikrop yuvası. Çamaşır makinesi var belirtilmiş. Kapağı yok, üstün açık, kablolar görünüyordu. Yatağın tek tarafı çökmüş, çarşafı kaldırınca kirli bir yatak ile karşılaştım. Resmen sokağa atılmış eşyalar toplanıp düzülmüş bir yer. Bu eşyalar var mı var demek için, listeye eklemek için alınıp konulmuş. Banyo musluğunun lastiği dipten çıkmıştı ve musluk oynuyordu. Banyo kapısının kulübü yoktu. Banyo aynası mevcut değildi. Wifi tek çizgi çekiyordu, çalışamadım. İlgili de “şifre vereyim ama çekmiyor” diyerek teyitledi. En iğrenerek konakladığım tecrübe oldu… Denetlensin lütfen.

Çarşafran bozma perde , kırık dökük dolap, kapanmayan kapılar, hijyen korkusundan oturamadığım koltuklar, çalışmayan sifon, girişten odaya kadar rezalet pis..... sonuç: gece kalmadan çıktım
• Rahima (2/5): - Enttäuschender Aufenthalt Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war leider sehr negativ. Die Zustände entsprechen weder den üblichen Standards noch den Fotos auf der Website. Probleme während des Aufenthalts: - Sauberkeit: Die Räume waren stark verschmutzt (Böden, Bettwäsche), und es gab Insekten. - Instandhaltung:Viele Möbel und die Klimaanlage waren defekt, die Badezimmerfugen schimmlig. - Basisfunktionen:Warmes Wasser und funktionierendes Licht waren nicht zuverlässig gewährleistet. - Service: unfreundlich und desinteressiert, gelangweilt und nicht ansprechbar. Auch bei der Kontaktaufnahme gab es keine Lösung, Hilfestellung oder Rückerstattung. Die Bewertung basiert auf unserer persönlichen Erfahrung. Wir sind nicht mal eine Stunde dort geblieben weil alles so schlimm war. Mir graut es noch immer wenn ich daran denke.

The most horrendous, horrible inhumane conditions I’d rather stay on the streets first of all, where do I start? I purchased a room I was given another type of room, no windows no AC tarnished furniture dirty 30° overall just a terrible terrible experience and I couldn’t get my money back from booking because I had to obtain a written letter from the hotel which they would agree to give me my money back, but they didn’t want to give my money back so I only got 20% of my stay back even though I didn’t stay a night there I had to search for something else last minute which was obviously more expensive. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, even to my worst enemies.

• Filiz (2/5): - Es war der schrecklichste Aufenthalt meines Lebens! Das Hotel war runtergekommen. Es tropfte aus der Decke! Die Wände hatten Schlaglöcher. Das Bad war so sehr heruntergekommen verdreckt und alt, das wir Angst hatten uns eine Infektion einzufangen. Die kleine Küchenzeile war so schmutzig das wir es nicht gewagt haben es anzurühren. Die Möbel waren sehr schmutzig und wir trauen uns nicht drauf zu sitzen. Überall Schmutz, Dreck und Schimmel. Alles im ganzen , man müsste eine Entschädigung bekommen! Und wenn man die Rezeption darauf anspricht, wurde uns gesagt, das wir hohe Ansprüche stellen! Es war der Horror! Bittteeee nicht buchen!

This should be removed from the booking.com list. 2. Very old apartment with smelly and stinky beds. 3. Bathroom with water stagnating due to clogged drains. Bad toilet. 4. No hot water in morning and night may be due to solar heating system. 5. Furniture in the rooms were broken. 6. Stains on the sofas beds and very dirty.

• Daria (1/5): I had to spend a night on our personal towels because it was so filthy. - Nothing The hotel should be closed as it is not safe for people. It has some open pipes in the restromm (there is a hole in the wall next to the toilet. The electric kettle has no lid. The water heater is not operating (it is turned off). There is a hole in the wall. There is no hot water. The couches are really old and falling apart.

• Süleyman (6/5): - Arkadaşlar otel temizlik konfor ve hizmet olarak çok güzeldi kesinlikle tavsiye ederim fakat biz aile olarak kaldık kaldığımız katta bekar ve yabsncı biri kalıyordu gecenin bir yarısı başladı sabaha kadar abartısız söylüyorum belki yirmi belki otuz kez kapıyı açıyor asansöre bini yor aşağı iniyor tekrar çıkıyordu, saat 02:30 civarıydı artık can sıkmays başlsyınca lobiyi aradım söyledim ama müdahale olmadı. Buradan otel müdürüne sesleniyorum olay çok basit ailelerle bekar ve problemli olan kişileri aynı kata almazsanız sorun çözülür. Bunun dışında gerçekten güzel bir oteldi tavsiye ederim.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Rezalet Bir Hizmet - Öncelikle ilgi yok resepsiyon da bardak istedik mutfakdan geçip alın diye bir cevap aldım. Odalar pis ışık yakıyorsun sigorta atıyor duş çalışmıyor daha saymama gerek bile kuşamı asla tavsiye etmiyorum rezalet bir yer para ile rezil oluyorsun.
• Parichat (2/5): - Es war der schlimmste Hotel besuch denn ich je hatte, ich habe für drei Tage gebucht bin aber nur eine Nacht geblieben. Es war schmutzig die Wände das Bad. Die Bilder entsprachen nicht der Realität. Ich kam mir vor als wäre ich in einem Gangster Haus, dort gab es sogar mal eine Polizei untersuchen. Ich verstehe nicht wie sie das Hotel noch anbieten können. Tiere sind rum gelaufen im Zimmer. Türen waren kaputt man konnte nicht mal abschließen. Der Kühlschrank war verschimmelt. Ich verlange mein Geld zurück. Es war eklig ich habe Bilder und Videos.

The room smelled like cigarettes when we first came in. The sofa is not cleaned. The sofa pillows are not washed. Some rooms have their washing machine not working. Shower head was not there.

• Abdullah (4/5): Negatif - Personel güler yüzlü. Çocuklar iyiler ama odalarda yataklarda yorgan yok, kombi yeterli ısıtmıyor, temzilik sıfır, yatağın yanında kondom paketi yerde duruyordu, tv lerde yayın yok, mutfak kısmı hijyen sıfır. Kısacası personel karşılaması hariç kalan alayı sıfır.

Sanki yarın gelip biri yıkacakmış casına bakımsız durumda. Ya otelden ümidi kestiler yada yıkılacak heralde ucuz otel hatta hostel çok daha kaliteli kalır.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - It was the worse hotel I ever stayed. Photos of this property weren’t matched with the present condition of it. The placed wasn’t cleaned at all. It smell nasty. There was serious amount of mold on the ceiling and bathroom area. Tv was broken and wasn’t even installed on the wall. The kettle in the kitchen had some mold in it as well therefore impossible to make tea/coffee. The sofa was broken. I wasn’t looking for an expensive place to stay in Istanbul however this place is totally un expectable due lack of quality of basic standards. I decided to left this place as soon as I noticed these problems and still not get my payment back even they cancelled it. They had to charged the last night stay due to their policy.

Onlarda bende şaşkınlık içinde idiler. Sağolsun resepsiyon kayıt etmeden ya oda verdi yada sistemleri hatalı. Başka boş bir oda bularak konakladım. Bu sefer kendi odamı açmadan önce kapıyı çalmak zorunda kaldım. İkinci sürpriz ile karşılaşmak arına!

Sonrasında otelde boş oda olunmadığı söylenip rezervasyon yapmış olmamız imkansız denilip 30-40 dk dan sonra rezervasyonumuzu bulup elinde odaları olduğunu söylediler. Giriş işlemleri çook yavaş yapıldı. Çalışan personellerde sosyal mesafe kurallarına uyulmamakta. C in sırasında personellerde maske olmadan giriş işlemimiz yapıldı .Hatta TV çalışmadığı için odamıza gelen personelde bile maske yoktu. Odalar basık,hemen hemen odada birçok şey çalışmıyordu ve temizlik vasat. Kettel da bir su kaynatıp kahve içelim dedik aman allahım o kettel ın içini gördükten sonra vazgeçtik.Yastıklarda yastık kılıfı yoktu.Oturma koltuklarında toz ve değişik bir koku vardı.Bu pandemi döneminde temizliğe ve kurallara daha daha dikkat edilmesi gerekir. Bir daha konaklamayı düşünmüyorum ve tavsiye etmiyorum.

• SAMET (8/5): Güzel otel - Bir otelde ihtiyaç duyucağınız her şey var akşam yemeği içinde civarda paket servis yapan güzel yerler var genel olarak iyiydi fiyatına göre.

• Bre (6/5): - Overall everything was just okay. It wasn’t in the best of locations in my opinion, I didn’t realize how far away it is from all the things you go to turkey to experience. On a map it doesn’t seem that far but we had to take the subway,boat and tram lines. I would suggest finding something more in the middle. I just feel like we could have found something better but it wasn’t bad. The kitchen had nothing in it except two cups. The bathroom had the mirror missing over the sink. I wish I had a better way to describe it other than it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good
• Verified traveler (2/5): Do not stay.. - My worst experience ever.. It was TERRIBLE! Rooms are totally different, desk is broken, shower is not shown in the pictures. It’s awkward. Also, they didn’t take photos of windows which is not working well! This place is TERRIBLE..
