• AnitaSchrag (5/5): Optimale Lage doch Preis ist massiv über der Leistung. - Die Lage war optimal Sauberkeit, wir hatten überall Haare von Vorgängern. Ebenfalls braucht das Hotel ein Make Over....die Teppiche in den Gängen sind etwas übel, in der Dusche die Silikonfugen müssen gewechselt werden und in vielen Ecken vom Zimmer muss besser gereinigt werden. Ebenfalls unser Sofa war aufgeschlitzt, sollte wirklich vor dem nächsten Gast gemacht werden.

• Ira (9/5): Very modern and clean hotel in a great location - Highly recommended hotel. Located right on the main street and very close to the subway station. The rooms are very spacious, modern and well equipped. The hotel is remarkably clean and the staff is pleasant and welcoming. The breakfast is very nice and served on the 7th floor, where there is a terrace with a stunning view of the city -

• Fariz (7/5): Good. - Located at the main shopping street, near subway. Professional friendly staff. Good breakfast. There was construction/renovation noise from a neighboring shop. But the hotel management took utmost measures to handle this.
• Celsius303 (6/5): Location is great, but the hotel not so much - Christina at check-in & Isabelle were awesome and very helpful My room was very noisy and every morning I was disturbed by noises from outside the window. Should be properly noise proof. My room was 301. Bed was not properly made. There was nothing Premier about my room. Large room & less furniture.

• Eva (6/5): Leider nicht NH Collection Niveau - Das Personal war überall (Rezeption und Frühstück) sehr nett. Die Lage ist toll, die Betten sind bequem, das Zimmer in den Innenhof war sehr ruhig und man konnte das Fenster öffnen. Garage unter dem Hotel ist auch toll. Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Wir bekamen ein „Upgrade“ auf ein Appartement, was sich leider (bis auf die Zimmergröße) nicht als gut herausstellte: fleckige Vorhänge, zerkratzter Boden und (am schlimmsten!): viele Silberfischchen im Bad. Da wir diese erst sahen als wir spät nachts ins Zimmer kamen, haben wir das Zimmer nicht mehr getauscht. Auch die Küchenzeile (hinter einem hochschiebbaren Rollo) war verdreckt. Da wären wir lieber bei einem kleineren Zimmer geblieben… Sehr schade und nicht dem Niveau eines NH Collection Hotels entsprechend (wir haben bereits in mehreren übernachtet und waren bisher immer sehr zufrieden). Beim Auschecken habe ich das alles gesagt, es kam zwar ein „oh, das ist nicht schön“, aber das war’s dann auch… ist leider keine Kundenbindung. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht.

• Anita (10/5): Gerne wieder - Unsere beiden Zimmer lagen im 2. OG mit Blick auf ein Dach/Innenhof. Neben Festverglasung gab es auch Fenster, die sich komplett öffnen ließen. Von der Fussgaengerzone hat man nichts gehoert. Generell war es eher ruhig in unseren Zimmern. Die Groesse unserer Zimmer war einzigartig. Neben dem Bett hatten wir noch eine (Auszieh-) Couch und einen Schreibtisch mit Drehsessel. Der Kleiderschrank (mit Beleuchtung und Schubladenelementen) und ein Regal mit Tuer und Safe einem weiteren Regalelement mit Minibar, Wasseekocher und Nespresso-Maschine gab es ebenfalls. Jede Menge Stauraum im Zimmer. Dafuer hätte ich mir im Bad etwas mehr gewünscht. Zu Zwei o..k. Aber wenn z.B. Kinder dabei wären, fehlen ein paar Aufhängmöglichkeiren im Bad. Beim Doppelbett gab es zunächst nur eine grosse Decke. Aber unserer Bitte nach einer zweiten Decke, wurde umgehend entsprochen. Fuer uns hat alles gepasst.

• Girmai (9/5): Nutzen des Coupon wäre es schön gewesen dass es auf die Anzahl der Gäste im Zimmer angepasst werden/ - Sehr gute Lage guter Ausgangspunkt. City die U Bahn Station ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Frühstück war sehr gut und reichlich Auswahl. Aufzug wird stark genutzt gelegentlich muss man länger warten, aber man kann ja das Treppenhaus nutzen.Zimmer war sauber und gemacht nur bei Ankunft und auch bei der Nutzung der Reinigung festgestellt dass die Bettwäsche nicht gebügelt war . Aber sauber. Tolle Idee mit der nicht Nutzung der Zimmer Reinigung mit dem Coupon.

• Xiaoyi (9/5): 这家酒店非常适合喜欢逛博物馆的旅客 - 房间非常大，服务很好。距离地铁站很近，到博物馆区两三站地铁。纳许市场和唱片店都是步行15分钟可达。购物吃饭都很方便，楼下不远就有麦当劳和星巴克。去景点交通也很便利。 可能是距离西站还是太近，晚上临街房间外面有点吵。

• Brankica (10/5): Perfect - The location is perfect, metro right in front of the building with a direct connection to Stephansplatz. The street is full of shops, bakeries, and cafés, which made everything very convenient. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We stayed on an upper floor and it was very quiet, even though our room was facing Mariahilfer Straße. Nice bonus: welcome drinks on arrival 😊 Would definitely stay again!

• Rüdiger (7/5): - Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut. Außerdem ist die Lage unmittelbar an der U3-Station positiv zu erwähnen. Die Bilder im Buchungsportal passen nicht zur gebuchten Zimmerkategorie. Rückfragen an der Rezeption haben ergeben, dass das Problem bekannt. Das "kostenlose Upgrade' bescherte uns dann ein beschädigtes Zimmer (Wasserschäden und große Kratzer im Fußboden,...). Außerdem ist der ständige "Duft" im Hotel anstrengend für die Nase. Hier verkehrt sich der gute Vorsatz ins Gegenteil.

• Radu Fleaca (6/5): not a pleasant experience, due to the atitude - Unfortunately, even if we made the reservation several months ago, the hotel tried to give us a room downgrade. They charge us with the full amount according with our reservation, saying that they will reimburse some money later. Only after we asked for the reserved room we finally get it. Bad experience for no reason.
• Andrea (8/5): - Super Lage, direkt in der Mariahilfer Straße mit der UBahn vor der Tür. Tolles Sustainability Programm. Sehr großzügige Zimmer. Auch wenn man sich entscheidet dass nicht täglich geputzt werden muss, wäre es schön wenn die Tassen und Wassergläser ab und an getauscht würden und kaffekapseln und Teebeutel gefüllt werden.
• Inbal (8/5): מלון נח ונקי במחיר טוב לתמורה. בהחלט אחזור - מיקום מעולה צמוד לתחנת מטרו, על רחוב קניות ראשי, מקלחת טובה ונקיה, מיטה נוחה, חדר מרווח. אפשר לפתוח את החלונות. מי שמחפש מלון שיקי או חדש - זה לא המקום. החדר די מיושן. היו שיפוצים בבניין ולכן לא ניתן היה להגיע לארוחת הבוקר שמוגשת בקומה השביעית (אפשר לטפס רגלית במדרגות). אבל המלון היה הגיוני לגבי העניין והציע פתרון לשביעות רצוננו.

• Andrii (8/5): Nice hotel in nice location - Perfect location in the city center. The hotel is located on Vienna’s most famous shopping street. You can walk to the Museum Quarter or take an underground to any other part of the city. Room looked fresh and tidy, very comfortable bed. Breakfast offers nice selection of meals and beverages. Special thanks for tea assortment! Friendly staff. Housekeeping quickly brought iron and iron board on my request. There is a renovation in progress in the hotel. Higher floors and restaurant are temporary not accessible by elevator. Loud sounds of drill and hammer started at 7:00 AM, significantly disturbed sleep. Why not delay such noisy works for 2-3 hours?

Main elevator was out of service and breakfast was at 7th floor. :) Extreme power tools noise in the morning, very early - 07:30. Pro: Spacious room. Extremely well positioned in the city. Wonderful staff and very quick on completing demands. Exceptional green environment strategy. Very handy on-line portal for everything that you need. Very good breakfast. Nice terrace for breakfast. Normally this should be a 5 star review for everything that they have there. But maybe we stayed there at the wrong moment - elevator, noise - and it is a rating for what we found then.
• Elvira (2/5): Sehr enttäuschend!! - Die Lage direkt in der Mariahilfer Straße und 30 m von der U-Bahn Station war gut. Es musste bereits beim Check in die volle Summe bezahlt werden, noch bevor irgendeine Leistung erbracht wurde. Der Lift funktionierte nicht. Der Frühstücksraum lag jedoch in der 7. Etage. Die Wände waren sehr dünn, man konnte alles von draußen hören. Außerdem wurde im Hotel gearbeitet, der Bohrhammer lief von morgens bis abends.

• Lukas (5/5): - Central location. I made a online checkin and I chose a room on 5th floor with a view. When I arrived I was handed a key from a room on 2nd floor facing inside the yard. It was explained to me, that the elevator is not working, so this is a mega upgrade to a family room. Ok, I took it. Room was ok, bed uncomfortable and at 6 a.m. I was woken up by the works in the building. First with a hammer banging into something, then from 7 a.m. with a drill. Not a great stay at all... :(
