• Ricardo (8/5): Serviço justo se considerar a tarifa cobrada - Localização excepcional. Prédio antigo porém bem conservado. Camas boas. Bom tamanho de quarto especialmente se pensarmos estar no centro de Roma, há 5 min a pé da Fontana di Trevi. O fato de o elevador não atender completamente os andares (mas isso é avisado pelo hotel). Desde bem cedo o pessoal de limpeza começa a fazer barulho, o que incomoda um pouco ja que as paredes parecem nao abafar o som. O fato da camareira abrir o quarto sem bater à porta logo cedo.

Really appreciate the simple help yourself breakfast option in the morning. Helpful and responsive receptionist. Although the rooms are small - the decor is tasteful and the bed very comfortable, especially after a long day walking the city. nothing- all good

Camera molto spaziosa, il personale ci ha fatto un upgrade gratuito dandoci una camera più spaziosa di quella che avevamo prenotato. Pulizia ottima. Il servizio colazione non era previsto, ma nella hall dell'hotel tutte le mattine abbiamo trovato un piccolo buffet con bevande calde, succhi, acqua, biscotti, yogurt e pizzette salate che fungeva da piccola colazione prima di iniziare la giornata; lo abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. Ottimo servizio e ottima accoglienza. nulla

• Ander (7/5): Ubicación ezcelente para un hotel correcto pero mejorable - Ubicación excelete en el casco histórico de Roma. Todo un privilegio. Resumiendo.a un paso de los monumentos del renacimiento y principales “piazzas”, y paseando a 20-25 minutos de la zona antigua (Coliseo, Foros Imperiales, jardín Palatino, …). Para ser un tres estrellas, es correcto pero con aspectos mejorables para ser un buen hotel: - Habitación pobremente iluminada. - Limpieza correcta de baño pero durante toda la semana de estancia polvo en las mesillas, por ejemplo. - Habitación con vistas a un patio feo (cuestión de suerte o de tarifa) pero con ruido de sistemas de cslefación/climatización durante toda la noche. Inconcebible en una zona de descanso. - Sistema de climatización centralizado y bloqueado sin opción ni siquiera a poder apagarlo. Coincidiendo en fehas templadas de abril, calefacción encendida y pasando calor.

La habitación estaba un poco descuidada, paredes manchadas e incluso la ducha tenía algunos pelos cuando recién llegamos que se supone debería de estar “limpia”.

Γενικά οι παροχές του ήταν όπως ενός ξενοδοχείου 3 αστέρων όπως και είναι, όμως θεωρώ ότι η τιμή του ήταν αρκετά ανεβασμένη σε σχέση με αυτό που μπορούσε να προσφέρει. Γενικά μείναμε ευχαριστημένοι από την διαμονή μας, απλά θεωρώ ότι δεν υπάρχει καλή σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής. Πολύ μικρό δωμάτιο.

Le Monsieur qui était à l’accueil de l’hôtel pendant notre séjour était vraiment adorable. Je recommande cet hôtel si vous êtes de passage à Rome.

L'hotel è pulito, la camera era veramente confortevole e, la nostra, anche con affaccio su Via Crispi. Nulla, unico punto a svantaggio l'ascensore solo dal primo piano, ma ci sono da fare pochissime scale.

Le camere si presentano pulite con tutto il necessario, il bagno grande con cabina doccia spaziosa. Personale gentile ed estremamente disponibile ha ascoltato ed esaudito tutte le nostre richieste. La posizione è centrale a 2 passi da piazza di Spagna e nelle vicinanze c’è tutto. Torneremo. Potrebbe avere una reception attiva 24h vista l’organizzazione della struttura e anche la professionalità di chi ci lavora.

• Giorgio (9/5): Mi sono trovato benissimo all'Hotel Elite, e lo terrò sicuramente presente per il futuro - La posizione, a due passi da Trinità dei Monti, ottima. La professionalità e cortesia della reception. La camera (una doppia quasi tripla), quasi una mini-suite per me che viaggiavo da solo. La pulizia e la dotazione della camera. Se devo proprio trovare un appunto, migliorerei gli spazi per appoggiare bagagli e vestiti, non essendoci, almeno nella mia camera, un armadio vero e proprio.
• Oliver (10/5): 2026 besuchen wir wieder Rom und dann wird dieses Hotel unsere erste Wahl sein. - Die Unterkunft bildet die ideale Basis für einen Rom-Aufenthalt. Wir gingen alles zu Fuß, sogar zum Petersdom (ca. 28 Min). Meine Frau und ich sind vielreisend, geschäftlich und privat. Dieses Hotel ist sehr gut. Das Hotel bietet alles was man benötigt, sogar ein kleines italienisches Frühstück. Wir waren um die Weihnachtszeit und das Zimmer war kuschlig warm. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. @Ornella : Grazie mille!!! Wir haben nichts negatives zu sagen.
