• jun (8/5): - 酒店位置不错，去罗马各景点步行时间基本上都在半小时内。酒店周边餐馆、超市都有，各方面都超级方便。酒店大多数员工都很友好，特别是华裔员工特别友善，对我们有疑问的地方进行了耐心解释。 给我们办理入住的南亚籍员工很没礼貌，见到我们爱答不理的，连说句“你好”都没有。直接把房卡给我们，没有任何其他话！

The stairs to the hotel as it is in the 1st floor but the staff carried our luggages when we arrived and when we were leaving .the breakfast was very limited.

If clean bedspread and comfortable pillows are important to you, do not stay - I liked the location, the fact that the air conditioning worked well, the breakfast was good value for $8 Euro per person. The staff was reasonably friendly The BEDDING WAS HORRIBLE!! The bed spread was actually terrible - it was ratty and didn't look like it was cleaned between guests!! Also the pillows were horrible!! As a result we didn't have the best sleeps here. I was stay again IF they updated the bed covers to a white duvet cover and laundered it between guests and updated the pillows!

Byłam w tym hotelu 10 lat temu, niewiele się zmieniło😏wystrój pokoi przygnębiający, strasznie ciemno!narzuty na łóżko straszne, zasłony równieź. Klimatyzacja działa, strasznie głośna.

Heerlijke restaurantjes in de straat. Fijne kamer aan de straatkant. Vrijwel geen geluid van buiten door dubbel glas en luiken. Airco aanwezig en werd door het personeel aangezet bij warm weer naar de schoonmaak. Eerste trap naar de receptie heeft geen lift.

Very clean throughout the hotel and friendly staff. Nice, comfortable rooms. It’s everything you need for a stay in Rome. The hair dryer is a unit on the wall and not a detachable device.

• FATIH (9/5): Türk müşteriler için ve her yeri yürüyerek gezmek isteyenler için güzel bir otel - Konum olarak gerçekten çok iyiydi. Personelle çok bir işimiz olmadı fakat oda her gün temizlendi. Odalar gayet iyiydi, sessizdi. WC’lerde musluk vardı bizim için bir avantajdı. Otelin bulunduğu sokak restaurantlar ve carfeour vardı. Tekrar ROMA’ya gitsem yine bu otelde konaklarım. Beğenmediğim bir şey olmadı.

Recepcja hotelu jest na wysokim pierwszym piętrze, dostępna tylko schodami, bez windy. Żeby skorzystać z windy i dostać się na wyższe piętra, trzeba wejść po kolejnych schodkach 😆 Więc obiekt tylko dla sprawnych.

• Carlo (10/5): Hotel situato in posizione strategica - Hotel situato in posizione strategica, nei pressi della Stazione Termini, della Chiesa di Santa Maria Maggiore e del Viminale e a 500 metri dalla fermata Metro "Repubblica". Camere accoglienti e pulite, attrezzate (frigobar con bottigliette di acqua, bollitore acqua, caffè/tè bicchieri e zucchero, prodotti per l'igiene in bagno, cassafortina, tv a schermo piatto, pompa di calore), Cambio giornaliero di lenzuola e asciugamani. Personale cortese e premuroso, ci hanno tenuto i bagagli senza alcun sovrapprezzo il giorno della nostra partenza, hall presidiata H24. Gestione famigliare che da quel tocco rassicurante al soggiorno in Hotel. Preferirei trovare in camera una macchina per il caffè a capsule o cialde.

• AndrewL656 (10/5): Great location, nice room, staff and breakfast - Great location, friendly and helpful staff, really good breakfast. The only slight downside was that my room got warm and stuffy at night. I left the windows open during the day to air out, but at night it was necessary to keep them closed for noise, which they did an awesome job of blocking all sounds, but also keeping in heat.

Il est bien insonorisé, aucun bruit des autres chambres, pas de bruits extérieurs. Nous avons très bien dormi. Les lits sont confortables. • jamestP9018GF (10/5): A lovely hotel in walking distance of all of the main attractions - We have just come back from an 8 night stay at the Hotel Lirico, A family trip - so we booked two rooms. The rooms are cosy, but that is the norm for city centre / European locations. Both rooms had roughly the same footprint, but were laid out differently. One room (315) had a larger bathroom - taking up perhaps 3/5 of the width, and the wardrobe filled the final 2/5. In the other room (310), we had a smaller bathroom, taking up 2/5 of the width, and the remaining 3/5 was open room at the end of the bed (making that room feel slightly larger). I'm mentioning this as you may prefer a larger room feel, or a larger bathroom. 310 also overlooked the main square, where the Opera House is located, so lovely views. The stay was lovely. Very clean room, comfy bed (mattress on the harder side as others have mentioned, but perfectly comfortable), external shutters if you want to darken the room at all, and great service from reception, house keeping, and the staff at breakfast. On that, if buffet breakfasts are your thing, do take it at the hotel, it is very good. The only two things to mention really are, 1) storage is tight, so be prepared for that, although the wardrobes are large, but as is normal, they don't have loads of hangers (but there is space for more if you brought some of your own). 2) depending when you come, the aircon may not be on 'cool'. In one room it was, but in ours it was locked to 'heat'. When I enquired at reception I was told it changed over to cold later in April (and a quick Google indicates this can be common). I suppose my daughter's room being cold was just luck? The location is great. Roughly 8 minute walk from Roma Termini, and an easy walk to most landmarks (the Vatican is longer, but we just went via other locations, and stopped for coffee etc. on the way). Will be back to Rome, and will most likely book into the same hotel again.

Room is a little dated but comfy and clean with adequate spacing. Friendly receptionists. Only disappointment was I asked for wine/prosecco in the room as this was booked for my mums surprise big birthday. Would stay again though.

• Liam (6/5): Adequate hotel in good location. - Location was good and clean room. Nightstaff very helpfull. Steps up to reception. Room was small.
• EIRINI (8/5): - Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν κοντά στο μετρό republics και termini καθώς και στις αφετηρίες των περισσότερων λεοφωρειων. Είχε κοντά μάρκετ, εστιατόρια, καφετέριες, ενοικιάσεις ποδηλατών και μηχανών. Καθάριζαν και άλλαζαν τις πετσέτες στο μπάνιο κάθε μέρα. Στο δωμάτιο είχε βραστήρα και καφέ.( Nescafé). Όλο το προσωπικό πολύ γελαστό και ευγενικό. 17 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την Fontana di Trevi. Το πρωί είχε θόρυβο ,Ιδίως την τελευταία ημέρα της διαμονής μου ήταν τόσο πολύ σαν να γινόταν μετακόμιση, σέρναν τα πάντα και έμενα στον 3ο όροφο.Δεν ξέρω αν έφταιγε το σημείο του συγκεκριμένου δωματίου.

• matobos (8/5): Good value option for short stay in central Rome - Stayed 2 nights at the Hotel Lirico and glad to say that it met expectations. As it was a short stay in Rome and we were moving on by train we were looking for a good value hotel near Termini station and also within walking distance of the sights. Hotel did not disappoint. Only a short walk from Termini, right next to Opera house, and lots of options to eat and drink nearby. Hotel was cheaper then some of the others nearby but more than met our needs - room was well sized, as was bathroom, bed was good, plenty of storage space and breakfast was excellent. Note we had to pay extra for breakfast at time of booking. There is an option for breakfast in the small resturant area of hotel or to pay a bit extra for breakfast at local resturant. We tried both and the in-house breakfast was far better so go with that. As noted by others not great hotel for those with mobility issues as you must climb a flight of stairs from street level to reception. There is only a lift from the reception level to the various floors. Overall, it was definitely value for money. Most of your time in Rome is spent out and about seeing sights or in the many great resturants & bars so no need to pay extra when there are places like the Lirico that more than meet needs.
• Corinne (8/5): Personnel et hôtel accueillant - Hôtel accueillant situé près de la gare termini et pas très loin du centre ville. Petits restaurants a proximité. Personnel souriant à disposition. Sèche cheveux bruyant et très peu efficace.
• Calabria (7/5): Hotel antigo mas funcional se não quiser gastar muito. - Localização muito boa perto da estação de Termini e com vários mercados e restaurantes ao redor. Café da manhã com boas opções e pago à parte, nada demais. O elevador é muito velho e fiquei preso por alguns instantes mas o recepcionista veio me salvar.
• Marco_Che_Viaggia (9/5): Vengo a Roma una volta l'anno per qualche giorno di vacanza e l'Hotel Lirico è ormai un'abitudine - Ottima posizione. Staff gentile e disponibile. Silenzioso.
• Mitchell (7/5): - The location. We were there to attend a performance at the Rome Opera and it is 50m away. The listing on Booking.com is misleading. It says" upper floors accessible by elevator " The lobby is up a long flight of stairs and the elevator is up another 1/2 flight. Very difficult for older people with luggage.
