- Anne (10/5): We lucked out finding this gem. - We needed transportation from the airport to the hotel and a delightful Mr Roberto picked us up. The staff was so helpful since we are not seasoned travelers. And the room was soooo charming. An added plus it’s very convenient to the train station. Nothing….I do regret not having breakfast there. It looked delicious but we had only a few days there to explore.

- Stephen (10/5): An enjoyable stay in the excellent Hotel Olimpia - A comfortable renovated property convenient for the Piazzale Roma transport hub yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful, especially in the evenings and nighttime. Our room was a junior suite and extremely comfortable, towels and bedding changed daily. It has the benefit of a secluded garden at the rear of the hotel for morning breakfast, sundowners or just relaxing. The breakfast was of good quality and variety too. There is a bar run by an excellent barman Mauro and Laura on reception was very helpful, but all the staff was professional in their own way and a credit to the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel. No negatives.

We got awaken and then had a sleepless night in Venice. Otherwise, this hotel is good, emergency lights went on in mid night.

- Juan Facundo (8/5): Hermoso hotel en una ciudad increíble - Muy lindo, con un nivel de primera. La ciudad cobra un city tax, que debería gestionar el hotel. No se puede ingresar sin tener el código QR de huésped, el hotel no nos lo envió por lo que pagamos aparte. Si bien luego no nos lo cobraron, sería bueno que mejoren esa información, ya que si no lo hubiéramos pagado podríamos haber recibido una multa de 150 euros por persona.

Auch der kleine Garten mit leckerem Frühstück und großer Auswahl war ein Highlight!

I went to get a cup of coffee and luckly the bartender asked me to pay for it before he made it and the front desk told me 10 euro needless to say I declined, I payed 1.50 euro right around the corner.

Lo staff si è distinto per la grande cordialità, gentilezza e disponibilità, facendoci sentire accolti fin dal primo momento. La posizione è comodissima: permette di raggiungere facilmente i principali punti della città e di esplorare Venezia anche a piedi, senza difficoltà. Un vero valore aggiunto. Ottima anche la colazione, varia e di qualità, perfetta per iniziare la giornata con calma. Il giardino poi è uno spazio splendido, ideale sia per fare colazione all’aperto sia per concedersi un momento di relax lontano dal caos. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato molto l’ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, soprattutto se confrontato con altre strutture a Venezia. Questo soggiorno ha reso la nostra breve fuga a Venezia davvero indimenticabile e sarà sicuramente un punto di riferimento per i nostri prossimi viaggi.
- Elena (9/5): В принципе, все было хорошо. - Местоположение,завтраки не обильные,но вкусные.Шикарный номер. Уборка номера.Проходит в какие-то определённые рамки, но мы не имели такой информации . Горничная, когда мы попросили прийти её в течение часа, сказала нам что в это время её работа заканчивается. Пришлось обойтись без уборки. В принципе, она могла бы убраться у нас, пока мы были на завтраке, хотя бы потому, что у нас был самый большой номер. Но это не испортило нам отдых.

From there you can venture in any direction . Hotel was very elegant, rooms are amazing and so clean. Would definitely recommend the breakfast as had a wide selection to suit everyone, including free Prosecco to start your day. Staff were amazing, so polite snd can’t fo enough to help you.

It had indoor and outdoor seating, by the canal or in the back garden, which was also very nice 2. The breakfast hours were very generous: 7 - 11 AM. 3. The breakfast staff (and all the staff) were attentive but not overbearing. 4. The location is right on one of the lesser canals but not far from a Water Bus location and thus made it easy to get to the rest of Venice. 5. The bar was smallish but cozy with a door to the outside. There is'nt anything that we did not like about this Hotel given the price we paid. Venice is not a cheap city!
- Spyridoula K. (10/5): - Η τοποθεσια ειναι ιδανικη, μπορεις να περπατησεις σε ολη τη Βενετια αλλα εισαι και κοντα στα λεωγορεια, τρενα και βαπορετα. Τα δωματια καθαρα και ομορφα, τα κρεβατια ανετα. Το πρωινο πολυ καλο με αρκετες επιλογες. Αυτο που ξεχωριζει ομως ειναι η ευγενια του προσωπικου, ολοι ηταν πολυ ευγενικοι και προθυμοι να βοηθησουν, ιδιαιτερα η απογευματινη κοπελα στην ρεσεψιον και ο νεαρος στο μπαρ, μας εκαναν να νιωσουμε πολυ ανετα. Ευχαριστουμε πολυ!!! Μονο οτι ειχαμε μονο 2 βραδια να μεινουμε.

A continental breakfast was brought on time to our room where we enjoyed the sumptuous spread at our leisure. Would definitely return here again. Thank you.hotel Olympia. We stayed in the Supreme Room, which was amazing—huge, spacious, beautifully decorated, and with a stunning view overlooking the canal. The staff were brilliant—friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The location was also very convenient, with excellent access to buses, trains, and gondolas, making it easy to get around and explore the city. Overall, this was an exceptional stay and a perfect complement to an unforgettable visit to Venice. Rating: ★★★★★
- Maisy (10/5): Beautiful hotel with friendly staff - We visited end of March 26. Location was perfect just a short 10-15 minute walk to the grand canal and rialto bridge. We didn’t mind walking as we took in all the sights at the same time, and stopped off for a few spritz on the way. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and accommodating. Upon check in, we were given a map and the lovely lady on reception wrote down her recommendations for different restaurants and where to get the water bus to different locations. We got a free drinks voucher too which we had outside the hotel looking out to the canal. The room was stunning and perfect for me and my friend, has plenty of space and decorated true Italian style. The grounds were also beautiful. Only on one of the nights we could hear the family in the room opposite, this was nothing to do with the hotel itself or the staff, but made sleeping a little bit of a struggle.

- Golley (9/5): Great hotel, great location! - Lovely hotel, very comfortable and quiet at night. The staff were all super friendly and helpful and the location was perfect for us - near all the transport hubs, a short 2 minute walk to pick up the airport bus at Piazzle Roma, also the Vaporetto stop was in the same location, in fact we could see them from our hotel room! If you prefer being a little out of the touristy areas then this is a great choice, its an easy walk to St. Marks Square etc or you can get the Vaporetto along the Grand Canal which takes about 30 mins from the local stop. You can also get to Murano from that stop too. Although the rooms have hairdryers they are typical hotel ones and not very powerful - may want to bring your own! Breakfast had a great choice on the whole except for gluten free options, which weren't brilliant. We found a great gluten free shop near Rialto Bridge (Mea Libera Tutti) so bought some cereal and bread there for my husband and took them down to breakfast each day. We completely appreciate its difficult to cater for intolerances, we are still finding our way with it as well!
