HYUNG (6/5): - The hotel is stuck the 80s. The location is fantastic. The rooms need a much needed uplift and a remodel. They should go to electronic keys. The bathroom has a useless tub which takes up space, which is a premium in Japan.

Hoi Fai (8/5): - Shuttle bus from airport go directly here. The location is convenient since you can go to all major shopping mall and train stations within the area through their underground exit.
Sau ching (10/5): You can’t find any better place with this price - This is not my 1st time but it is my last time to stay before they close down ,I love this hotel and I feel sad that they are closing down on 2025 Jan….location , breakfast, room …everything is good and worth the price! Verified traveler (10/5): Awesome location - I really liked this hotel. The location can’t be beat. Probably 1,000 restaurants and hundreds of shopping stores within a 5-10 walk. JR station a couple of minutes walk. 7 11 and Mc Donalds right there. This hotel is old and signage stated they will be closing in January to be replaced with something way more expensive I bet. Enjoy a bit of history and enjoy the location and lower price.

Han Song (10/5): Great Location - Very good location, with train station just below it and airport shuttle bus drop-off/pick-up just next to it. Shopping and eateries are aplenty, you will be spoiled for choices....

Close to all … tourist attractions, restaurant, shopping and the passage to the train hub just in the lower part of the hotel. Staff polite and very courteous & kind. The water pressure in the bathroom shower was great!!

Mike (10/5): - Great location for hotel. Airport limousine bus stops and picks up from the door. Subway station and railway station can all be accessed from the hotel undercover. Great size room for us as a family of 4, great facilities and food options in the hotel and lots of different food places literally within 2 minutes of the hotel. It is a shame the hotel is due to close at the end of the year for a refurb, but hopefully the new one will be even better. Staff were all fantastic and always willing to help with any little matter or offer advice or suggestions for places to visit.

Georgia (6/5): - The stay was fine. The hotel is just old and rooms are small with very low ceilings. It felt like we were in a cruise boat. Washrooms were super tiny.

It is an older hotel with small rooms and furnishings. A notice was posted announcing that the hotel would be closing in January 2025. Perhaps for renovations?

Jack (4/5): - Understand this hotel is quite old and due for demolishing next year but definitely showing its age. There was also some miscommunication about type of rooms we wanted. One room for three people and one room for two people. They gave us two rooms with four beds in each room. We told the staff this is not what we asked for. Eventually they put the two of us in a room with two twin beds but would still charge us for a four bed room since we booked via Expedia. The staff helping us was polite but his manager was rude I thought. Bad attitude. Maybe overworked. Not happy staying at this hotel.

It is so close to a lot of transportation hubs, the dining options are endless, we were there for almost a week but didn’t even cover all of the dining and shopping options around this area. However, the room is a bit older and could use a bit of an upgrade. They also charged a fee to borrow iron.
Adam (8/5): - This hotel is definitely dated inside which might explain why many comments suggest the hotel will be going away in 2025 but the location is absolutely perfect. It is connected right at the train station and beside the mall. Day trips to Kyoto, Nara, Universal, etc couldn't be any easier. If you are only staying here to sleep and exploring the rest of the day I couldn't recommend it more

BYUNGRO (10/5): Thank you, New Hankyu! - It is a very satisfying hotel.Above all, the location couldn't be better. All transportation is convenient and airport limousines are available right in front of the hotel. The hotel is old but very clean. The bathroom amenities are of excellent quality and water pressure is very strong. It's a shame that the hotel will close next year. It's a place I want to come again.

Timothy S (8/5): - The property is quite old and will be closing in January of 2025. It's in a great location and part of the overall Umeda station area. A limousine bus goes from KIX directly to the airport. The room is starting to show its age. The lobby is beautiful, however. Keep your expectations in line for this, but this is an excellent hotel to stay at for your first night in Japan when coming international and partially jet lagged.

Andy (4/5): Probably wouldn’t stay there again… - Was not impressed with this hotel at all. First room we booked, had a horrible smell the moment we walked in and the room just felt dirty. The room looked cleaned, but it just felt like everything was dirty. Then we look out the window, and it’s just a roof of the building next door. We asked the front desk if we could upgrade since it was the last part of our honeymoon and wanted something a bit nicer/cleaner. We were able to upgrade for an extra fee. The next room but a bit more spacious, but still didn’t feel clean. For being a newer hotel, everything just feels so dated. There is no main Air conditioning in the building so they have little AC units on the floor. Hell they didn’t even have proper lighting in the room, all they have were lamps. For what I paid, and being in the busiest part of Osaka, I really expected something a lot nicer/cleaner.
