Laurence (9/5): Un très bel hôtel, privilégier une chambre un peu plus grande - Bel hôtel avec un équipement au top, un personnel aux petits soins, un petit-déjeuner extra et une situation très appréciable car très bien desservie. Cette étape nous a fait grandement apprécier Tokyo. La première chambre réservée était vraiment petite, contraignant de mettre la valise ouverte sous le lit. Le surclassement nous a fait bénéficier d"une très belle chambre, bien sût avec un surcoût.

Henriette (8/5): Great stay for first visit to Tokyo and concert at the Tokyo Dome - As I was going to a concert in Tokyo Dome this hotel was fantastic and in walking distance. Also close to multiple stations and easy getting around in Tokyo. Loved the the layout of the room and the shower pressure was amazing. Not sure if I was unlucky but many things was out of stock the day I had breakfast at the hotel, so skipped it for the rest of my stay as it was not worth the price

It was very family-friendly, and the room size and bed capacity were comfortable for a family with two children. The location was also excellent — very close to metro stations, which made it easy to move around Tokyo even with a stroller and kids. What impressed us most was the service quality. On our first day, we had a small issue with the bathroom sink, and the staff responded immediately. Even the hotel manager came personally to check the situation. They apologized sincerely and told us they would change our room right away if needed. Fortunately, the issue was solved very quickly. Everyone was extremely kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Whenever we needed something, they responded immediately. We truly felt well taken care of. Honestly, there was nothing major we disliked. We had a small issue with the sink on the first day, but it was handled so quickly and professionally that it did not affect our experience at all.
Fanny (10/5): - I loved everything about this hotel : the cleanliness, the staff, and the location! It’s away from the crowds of Tokyo. But still very well connected thanks to the nearby metro stations, which gives easy access to many neighborhoods. There are plenty of small local restaurants in the area. The Kagurazaka district is also just a 10 min walk from the hotel and it’s a great spot for dinner. The room is small, but still slightly larger than typical Japanese standards. The bathroom is spacious tho. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Tokyo! I loved everything.

Anja (8/5): Comfortable rooms - I stayed two nights in a standard room. The room was fairly small which is normal in Tokyo but very well designed and comfortable. The bed and seating area were nice and there was even a bathtub. Not sure it's big enough for two people with luggage though. The breakfast selection was good. The pastries were really nice. I liked that breakfast started at 6.30am as a had a day trip booked. Despite the large number of rooms, surprisingly there was never a wait at the elevators when I was there. The hotel is close to several stations. Tokyo Dome is a bit of a walk.

Era stato comunicato sul sito (non su Booking) che il check-in avrebbe potuto funzionare con un sistema di numeri e attese, però in una struttura di questo livello mi sarei aspettata una gestione un po’ più fluida dell’affluenza, soprattutto dopo lunghi viaggi internazionali. Anche la colazione, pur organizzata in modo efficiente, risultava molto affollata negli orari più comuni, al punto da creare code e attese per entrare.

Enes (9/5): Very nice hotel but long waiting time for check in. - It is a quiet place. If you are a light sleeper you can stay at this hotel. We did not ask any house cleaning but we only asked renewal of water, coffee and towel set. The house cleaners were so friendly. They provided everything we needed. The only problem was check in process. We had to wait a bit as there were many guests at 15:00. They could have been a bit flexible for the guests coming earlier.

It had lots of little thoughtful things that made it easy to get ready a - The room had all the thoughtful amenities to make it very comfortable. There was plenty of space for luggage and your table had two chairs! I like that you had a stand mirror for me to do my makeup every day outside the bathroom. You also had lots of plugs for electronics. We also enjoyed your restaurants. The location wasn’t the best. The neighbourhood did not offer lots of shops and restaurants.
ilana (9/5): מומלץ. - החדר נקי מאוד החלפת מגבות כל יום. מים בבקבוקים כל יום תה קפה נספרסו קומקום חשמלי מקרר. הצוות נחמד ונעים. תחנות רכבת קרובות מאוד. אפשרות לשליחת המזוודות לכל יעד. זו הפעם השנייה שלנו במלון. בפעם הראשונה היינו שלושה לילות בחדר גדול ומרווח. הפעם הזמנתי בטעות חדר קטן של 18 מטר. היה קצת צפוף אבל נסבל

Eric (10/5): Another great stay - Location - quiet but with easy access to multiple train lines and restaurants , breakfast, clean, staff, laundry. This was a return visit for us. This time a standard room - which was a very modest size for two persons and bags! Nothing - this is a well operated facility.

VL (9/5): tutto perfetto - la camera non era molto grande ma in perfetto standard con gli alberghi della città. era molto curata e pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort. la struttura era in una ottima posizione, vicino a due linee metro, zona tranquilla e ben servita anche per cenare. molto consigliata

Aleksandra (9/5): - Хороший отель, останавливались тут на 9 дней, убираются каждый день, оставляют много воды, хорошая локация (рядом есть магазины с едой, метро тоже близко), без проблем помогли отправить чемоданы в другой отель, Комнаты маловаты, особенно для высоких, хотя мы брали не самую маленькую комнату. Завтраки однообразные Не все сотрудники на ресепшен хорошо говорят на английском
Adel (10/5): I should be a 5 star hotel - Every thing, at check in I reached hotel 1.30 pm but I have been told to wait until check in time 3 pm I got slightly irritable from the strict rules but they got flexible after I told them I am coming long distance from Hiroshima tired and informed me that guests should pay for early check in but I was excluded which is a credit to the hotel Nothing

hiroko (9/5): 初めて飯田橋に泊まりましたが、意外とアクセス便利 - 静かなビジネス街にあって、東京駅にも近くて動きやすかったです。スタッフの方は皆さんとても丁寧な対応でいい感じでした。

Dipti (3/5): Disappointment - Location ok I recently stayed at your property for seven nights and would like to share my experience. Unfortunately, the bed was extremely uncomfortable throughout my stay. I woke up each morning with lower back and shoulder pain, which significantly affected my overall comfort. I did raise this concern with reception, but the issue was not resolved, and I continued to experience the same discomfort for the remainder of my stay. Additionally, I requested a spoon and a bowl during my stay, but these were not provided. While this may seem minor, it contributed to the overall feeling that my requests were not being adequately addressed. Given the length of my stay and the impact these issues had on my comfort, I am quite disappointed with the experience. I would appreciate it if you could review this matter and advise whether any form of compensation or resolution can be offered.
