- Halldor (8/5): - Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was cleaned to perfection every day. Breakfast buffet was decent and the dining quarters were good. Gym was tidy but small. The pool situated on the rooftop was oddly placed next to the most popular bar in town. This led to guests trying to get some sun/bathing feeling like zoo animals on display for the walk-in guests that came to the restaurant. The two did not really match. Felt awkward. As the pool area was a huge thing for us booking the hotel, this was a let down. Another thing was the beds in the room were very squeaky and felt like the legs were loose. Could use an upgrade. Lastly you could hear a lot of noise from the halls through the door. As we were situated close to the elevator on the floor this was unfortunate.

The lifts/ elevators, the bathroom smelled horrible, the room service wasn’t great and one thing that annoyed me was getting asked Everytime I walked in if I was a guest in the hotel.

Extremely comfortable beds! I had one of the best sleeps for a hotel ! The breakfast is not great and is no where matches up a 4/5 star hotel; the room gets very crowded and there are not many options for vegetarians

- FREDERIC (9/5): Si nous devions revenir dormir à l'hôtel sur Malaga, nous reviendrions au même endroit ! - Très bel accueil avec des petites intentions dans la chambre lors de notre arrivée (un gâteau, un éventail, un porte clés, un brûleur d'encens nazaréen, et de l'huile d'olive) ! Très belle décoration pour la semaine Sainte et Pâques ! Le personnel est très aimable et serviable ! L'établissement est très propre. La piscine est petite mais la vue est extraordinaire. Nous avons mangé autour de la piscine, les plats sont sympas. C'est un Hôtel extrêmement bien situé, très central comme nous recherchions ! Nous avons laissé la voiture à l'aéroport de Malaga et avons prix le train dont la station se trouve dans l'aéroport, de de stress de circulation ou de stationnement ! L'hôtel est à 5 minutes à pied de la gare. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! La clim extérieure est bruyante ! La piscine est vraiment petite ! (mais nous n'étions pas venus pour la piscine)

Most of the staff did not think we lived at the hotel based on our looks. We dont have tattoos, and we look pretty normal scandinavian types wearing a jeans and a top/t-shirt most days. Nothing special about our looks. But still the staff asked us several times if we lived at the hotel when we were entering the building or the rooftop. We could just say we lived here, but it’s a principal and got really annoying. The stay was fine. But we won’t stay at this hotel next time we are in Malaga because of the bad service.

- Graham (8/5): Very enjoyable but at circa €400 pn not in high season, rather overpriced. - Great location and well maintained. Rooms nice sized and reasonably well fitted out whilst not quite 5 star level. Very nice balcony. Nothing really. Some staff (breakfast room) a bit slow and a bit unsmiling but others, especially doormen, reception and the staff who call the lifts (a great idea) were very nice.
