Ers (9/5): - The staff lady was very kind, very helpful, and also very funny. She even greeted me with a few Turkish words. And most importantly, the location of the place was right in the city center. The room felt a little stuffy.
Rafael CR (4/5): Buena ubicación, pero limpieza muy deficiente - La ubicación del alojamiento es buena, ya que permite desplazarse fácilmente por el centro de Málaga. La recogida de llaves fue sencilla y no tuve problemas destacables en ese aspecto. Lo que menos me gustó fue la falta de higiene del apartamento. Encontré pelos en las toallas, manchas en las sábanas, restos de suciedad en el lavabo, platos con manchas negras, bastante polvo acumulado junto al mobiliario y una esterilla de ducha muy sucia. Además, en una de las duchas la cal presentaba un tono verdoso, lo que reforzó la sensación de falta de limpieza y mantenimiento. Estos detalles me generaron bastante incomodidad durante la estancia, ya que considero que la limpieza básica debería estar garantizada.

It would take very little to improve the guest experience by doing some maintenance and a little painting here and there. For example, the basin shelf in the shower room was not attached to the wall!

Shaima (8/5): Overall great stay :) - Overall a great stay. Excellent location - walking distance to all the main tourist attractions and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The reception team were very friendly. On checkout day we had issues with our flight tickets and Sana went above and beyond to help us! The property also store luggage before check in and after check out which is super helpful. The walls are very thin so any noise/ movement made by people in the next rooms can make it difficult to sleep at night.

Sink was a little wobbly, mop and bucket had been left in the bathroom which made it feel quite cramped. Everything felt a little worn, but was still functional.

No muy limpio... - La ubicacion es ideal En la azotea del edificio tienen una barra para servir copas, pudiendo entrar gente de la calle, y es habitual que hagan karaoke.. teniendo que oir los gritos hasta las 12... Ya te pueden gustar los animales... Ya que en la recepcion haciendo el checkin.. andaban varios gatos por encima del mostrador, y se les permitia. (En la zona donde dejan las maletas en consigna... entran los gatos/perros). Ademas.. estuvimos instalados en el 2º piso... y al entrar a la habitacion... se notaba olor fuerte a gato.. que debia llegar por el patio interior. Ojo!! Parece ser que es habitual que hagan un cargo en la cuenta de 20/30€.. que devuelven instantaneamente (para comprobar que la tarjeta está operativa). En mi caso, me lo hicieron de 30€.. con la devolucion, pero ME HICIERON OTRO CARGO DE 20€, QUE EN NINGUN MOMENTO SE ME DEVOLVIÓ. Comentado en varias ocasiones con el recepcionista.. y demostrado que no tenía la devolucion.... pero nunca se me devolvió.

La finestra affaccia su un vano interno. adatto per chi come noi è solo di transito arrivando con aereo e ripartendo il giorno dopo di buona ora.

Tomáš (9/5): Tiny room but practical. - The apartment is really small with the smallest bathroom I’ve ever seen. However it has everything you might need during your stay. We also appreciated that we could leave our bags at the reception before the check-in time. Also the staff was nice and friendly. The windows leads to nowhere - you basically looking into the wall from both windows. Also before the stay, the accommodation kept spamming me every day with some suspicious links - I luckily haven’t clicked on anything but be careful guys, it was really aggressive and wasn’t even in the name of the accommodation.
