This left me in a limbo as we are a family of 7 and will be hard to find a substitute at such last minute. We were also told that they will check about refund due to a downgrade but never hear back from them. This is clearly a fraud and they are set out to cheat you. Also although they said check in is 3pm, it’s closer to 5pm when the keys are available. This is absolutely an inconvenience when we have young children with us! I would say all in all HORRIBLE experience and TERRIBLE service from the staff. Will never book via them! If you are up for a SCAM and bad service, please go ahead.

They argue bout the bunk bed attached to the leaving room being bedding is still for 4 pax. Why would i want a bunk bed if i have booked for a 2 bedroom? I would have booked another hotel with family room. Charged me rm294.79 & only refund 173.97 for 2 nights. Very bad experience. I have stayed in dorsett so many times. This is the 1st time i got scammed. End up my children have to book another room & we have to pay more. Totally different pux from those they shared

Walking distance to Starhill and Pavilion The living hall and toilets has an unpleasant smell. The units are pretty old. Extra mattress also stink and yellowish.
Travel (5/5): Travel Monger's weekend getaway in KL - Location is excellent. Local coffee shop with great food and main Bt Bintang shopping area just 5 minutes walk away. I requested extra toilet paper which were delivered promptly. Lack of car park. Building was under some sort of refurbishment which caused some inconvenience. Had we been informed we would probably have chosen somewhere else to stay. Apartment is old. Flooring in both bedrooms next to the shower glass walls were mouldy. Bedsheets and bath towels were stained. Apartment needs to be refreshed/upgraded. Suggest new furniture should be of material that can be wiped clean, not fabric which is what it is now.

It’s kinda filthy, obvious stains on chairs (looks like blood stain), furniture, fixtures (paint dropped off and chipped consoles) and appliances(fan) were either damaged (chair and dressing table has holes) or spoiled (stand fan was spoiled). In between side table and bed were very dusty and floor looks black. Quite gross. Room was not release to us on time at 3pm. Room was given to us with only 3 sheets of toilet roll. After making noise, more toilet paper rolls were given to us. Room was release to us without internet connection. However we managed to fix the issue ourselves, noted that the modem was not even plugged in. This room at 153A was infested with ants. Thank goodness we were just staying for 2 nights. It’s my first time having to ask for toilet paper! Definitely not returning! very disappointing.

The Apartment building is safe and guarded with security personnel 24 hours. The Apartment is clean and comfortable with basic essentials. The agent Rajib is great in communication. He replied my queries promptly. The check-in and check-out procedure is simple and easy. I will definitely recommend this apartment to anyone. I stayed at the apartment for 5 nights and I really enjoyed it. Can't think of any.

Most important the agent, Rajib is superbly efficient in assisting us throughout the stay. Very rare as I have been in most of the places in KL since 1998 and always having issues with wifi in room and to get stuff done by those agent. Great experience for my family & I. Thanks. As I am driving most of the time, getting in and out of the location is really difficult as it is always congested almost anytime anydays. However if you walk around or take train will be better I guess. Also need to consider having a kids pool with small slides as this apartment is child friendly so would be good to have. Should also explore more parking lots for inhouse guess. Other than this all is good.

Verified traveler (8/5): - This property situated in the center of a busy and the major shopping belt of KL. it is easy to reach all shops and foods by foot while it is also a hassle to reach out to places that requiring a short trip on public transport due to the bad traffic condition. It is an ease to check in and out to the property where no physical communication to the working staff is required. however, it seems the missing of human touch is rather weird too. Overall it is a great place to stay for vacation. Cheers!
Verified traveler (2/5): - The room was not tidied up even though we did a late check in. Bathroom ceiling was leaking. The beds were also not according to our booking. There was smell in the room. Our skin basically felt itchy after straying just 1 night. The only saving grace is that their location is very convenient and walking distance to Pavilion. They compensated us with a small refund eventually.
