- Tatiana (1/5): Будьте уважні фото і опис не відповідає дійсності а потім Вас ще будуть дурити! - УВАГА!!! Шахраї!!! Я забронювала готель з 24.10.25 по 27.10.25 з повною оплатою. По прибуттю нас поселили в номер зовсім не відповідний тому що я бронювала, фото зовсім інші і кімната і ванна і кухня, зручностей взагалі не було тих що вказано в описі. Мало того сам номер брудний, павутиння на стелі, витяжка брудна, унітаз без кришки, у всьому помешканні смердить. Кухня взагалі жах навіть чай попити бридко з того чайника. Вночі коли пішов дощ кухня і весь коридор в калюжі були. Ми переночували 1 ніч оскільки пізно заселилися і зранку я попросила інший номер . Багато спорила , доводила і мені запропонували інший ще гірший номер !!! Коли я запропонувала доплатити за кращий мені знову пообіцяли знайти завтра, так пройшла ще одна ніч , а на наступний день знов кажуть не має номерів. Ми прожили там 2 ночі і виїхали звідти на 2 ночі раніше ніж оплатила, на прохання повернути гроші звичайно мені відмовили ! Це просто якесь шахрайство !!! Як взагалі таке житло може бути на booking ?!

- Adrian (2/5): - ⭐☆☆☆☆ Wir hatten das Berce Apartment & Suits vom 30.08. bis 05.09.2025 gebucht, mussten aber schon nach der ersten Nacht wieder ausziehen. Die Unterkunft hatte mit den Bildern auf Expedia absolut nichts zu tun und war in einem katastrophalen Zustand: Im Bett befanden sich Tiere (vermutlich Bettwanzen/Insekten). Bettdecken und Kissen waren verschmutzt, voller Haare und Staub. Die Dusche war verschimmelt und insgesamt unglaublich verdreckt. Auf dem Balkon hing noch Unterwäsche von Vormietern – uns wurde beim Einchecken gesagt, wir sollten sie einfach „runterwerfen“. Der Wasserkocher war rostig und unbrauchbar. Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen und drei Kindern dort und haben uns geschämt, die Kinder in so einem Umfeld schlafen zu lassen. Unsere jüngste Tochter hat sich nach der einen Nacht sogar ein entzündetes Auge zugezogen – was wir klar auf die unhygienischen Bedingungen zurückführen. Da es abends keine Alternative gab, mussten wir eine Nacht bleiben, haben die Unterkunft aber am nächsten Tag auf eigene Kosten verlassen und ein anderes Hotel gebucht. Auch das Angebot des Besitzers, uns eine andere Wohnung im selben Haus zu zeigen, war keine Lösung – diese war genauso schlimm. Fazit: Völlig unhygienisch, ungepflegt, gesundheitsschädlich und absolut nicht das, was versprochen wurde.
- Nicholas (10/5): - Everything. The family that runs it could not be more warm and welcoming. The evening I arrived I was invited out to dinner and treated to some local cuisine that was delicious. After dinner I was invited to have tea. The property is gorgeous. The room was quite large and very comfortable with air conditioning and a fan if necessary. I enjoyed relaxing in the room with the windows open. I can't say enough positive things about my experience. Nothing.

- Philip (7/5): You get what you pay for - Nice and spacious room. Very good price. Beds were comfortable enough. 0 insulation so you can hear conversations from the hallway or street a lot. Not very clean - toothpaste from the previous guest was still in the sink which was clearly not washed between guests. You get what you pay for.

Arrive on time to check in with notice to sit around 30 minutes with no notice of what is going on, then turns out the room that was booked and advertised is not even the room, it's not even in the hotel, it's some disgusting crack den of an multi storey building on a building side down a dark dingy ally maybe 300m away, Then, guided up stairs into the dodgiest starecase expecting to be stabbed to death to be told the smelly box room with a mouldy bathroom is ours. If this isnt bad enough, the room has no lock on it and we then contacted them twice saying about it being unsafe to later find £120 cash stolen and il room upside down with zero assistance from reception and zero F's given, the drunks or druggys and hookers can be heard beneath. If this is the accomodation booking.com promotes and allows to scam people, will avoid, the location situation is not bad at all even if it is a tourist trap were youll pay massively hike prices oftsn more than prime eu countries, but the handling of our booking was shocking and with the many false advertising and scams you get in Turkey, this was an absoblute joke on top. - Gisella (3/5): Poor - The property is located in a good place, 5 minutes from Sultanahmet by walking. There is a good seafood place near it! They tried to give us a room in the basement which was completely different from what we have seen in the pictures. After showing this room (it was very humid and hot), they gave us another room in a different hotel to “repair” the inconvenience. The new room was a bit better but unfortunately they didn’t clean it properly (both furnitures and the bed sheet were dirty). The young boy who escorted us to the new hotel was nice, but the experience was very bad.
- Dmitry (1/5): Stay away from this place. There are literely hondreds of hotels and apartments around thie area . - The only one thing that I found good - was a view of the sea from the apartment. TV never worked - they tried other TV's from next door rooms . WiFi was working intermitently. Heating system failed in a mid of cold days.They tried to fix it - failed again. Kitchenet was very outdated - no stove, old dishes and siverware ,all furniture broken. Smell was pouring from the bathroom - they had to relocate us to another apartment - lower grade - management declined to compansate or pay for an extra nigth

- Neilson (4/5): Grubby and run down, great location if they do significant upgrades to the rooms - Location was great, really close to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar etc. Very cute and walkable neighbourhood in the heart of historic Istanbul. Staff were friendly. Generally grubby, with significant mold in bathrooms, dirty pillows, some torn linens, all the bedroom lights were hanging off the walls, broken appliances, other peoples half eaten food in the cupboards. Walls and cabinet fronts could all use a cleaning and the whole apartment should be repainted. I would never recommend this place to anyone, nor would I ever stay there again. Also, because it’s in a really touristy location food prices are 2 or 3 times as much as in other locations. If we did Istanbul again, I would stay in a nice location on the Asian side of Istanbul but close to the metro and just take public transit in to see the sights.

- Ahmed (6/5): Pas fameux - Pas vraiment comme on aurai souhaité. Appartement tres petit. La cuisine n'est pas bien équipée. Il y'a un vieux recheau electrique avec deux plaquette dont l'une ne marche pas. Les ustensiles de cuisine sont vieux et tres sales. Il faut renover la cuisine.

- Deniz (10/5): - Wir wurden während unserem Aufenthalt sehr gut empfangen. Wir waren eine größere Reisegruppe, die schwer unterzubringen war aber für Berce Apartment war das gar kein Problem. Vielen Dank auch an Serdar, der uns rund um die Uhr behilflich war und kein Wunsch offen lies. Das Apartment ist sehr nah zur Sultanahmet Moschee und somit auch zu der Stadtbahn, womit man überall einfach hinkommen konnte. Unbedingt empfehlenswert! 5 Sterne!
