• Brož (10/5): Za nás spokojenost a ubytování doporučujeme. - Ubytování bylo čisté. Při vkročení do pokoje byla cítit čistota, což oceňuji. Pokoj byl prostorný. Klidné okolí. Super lokalita do centra 40 minut chůze pěšky. Pronajímatelka velmi ochotná a milá. Proležený důlek v matraci.

• Justyna (10/5): - I highly recommend, a very pleasant room in a good location. This apartment has a shared kitchen and balcony. The nearest metro station is about a 7-minute walk away, and on the way you can go to several good cafes where prices are much more favorable than in the center. You are separated from the Colosseum by two metro stations (about 6 minutes), but it is an hour on foot. Check-in is very easy, it goes by phone, the door is opened remotely, and in the lock of your room you will find the keys to the facility. The owner of the facility is a nice, willing to help and trouble-free person. With a clear conscience I can recommend this place for your stay in Rome. Brak :)
• Ordek (9/5): Erken check-in yapmamıza yardımcı oldular. Personel ilgiliydi. Evin konumu da güzel. İlk girerken belki evi bulmakta zor - 4 gün konakladık.Güzel konum. Harika Wi-Fİ. Oda,yatak,olanaklar ve temizlik çok güzeldi kesinlikle öneriyorum. Oda tuvaletindeki vantilator, tuvaletten çıksanız bile çalışmaya devam ediyor. Yaklaşık 3-4 dakika çalışıyor. Sadece bu bizi biraz rahatsız etmişti.

• Alexandru (8/5): Value for money. Great for a short stay. Clean. - Clean and a short walk (10-12min) to the metro. Quiet area (not quiet tourists though). Room as in the pictures. Please add a sticker notifying all tourists of the guest house (somewhere big, visible) that quiet hrs should be respected. Walls are more of a visual block, not audio. Every night of our stay, we have had our fellow neighbours drinking and speaking on the phone in the community area during late nights.

Está muy bien ubicado en un barrio tranquilo a unos 15 minutos del centro, metro cerca, restaurantes cerca todo muy bien. Que al ser un apartamento puedes tener algún compañero un poco ruidoso.

Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Francesca è un host super disponibile. Ci tornerò molto volentieri la prossima volta.

• Lazar Lashev (8/5): - Room was spotless and the interior was nice, communication with the host was easy, and location is convenient near a metro station (my primary reason to book). I had a late check-in after 22:00 and that was arranged with the host. I would have appreciated a universal power plug somewhere in the room as my Schuko laptop plug was incompatible with the sockets. Not a big deal, but the coffee machine did not work for me. Also initially host mentioned a 15€ late check-in fee, which fortunately did not materialize and would have resulted in a negative review.

• Simona (7/5): Solo okay - Disponibilità dell'host; posizione vicina ai trasporti e ai commerci; tapparelle che funzionano bene; caffè nell'area comune; pulizia; palazzo con concierge; stanza caldissima anche spegnendo il termosifone; quartiere molto tranquillo e sicuro; tutto sommato camera okay e funzionale per soggiorni brevi. Materassi e cuscini scomodissimi, soprattutto per chi soffre di mal di schiena e problemi respiratori; portone rumoroso, riecheggia tutto in camera; stanza non soundproof, si sente tutto ciò di cui parlano nella stanza accanto; stanza tenuta oggettivamente male (porte rovinate, armadietti rovinati, doccia che perde acqua da sotto quando viene usata); porta della camera con spazio sotto quindi entra la luce dal corridoio quando passano gli altri ospiti; tende sul letto nella camera col baldacchino molto sporche; wifi non prende per niente, almeno nella camera 101.

Три остановки на метро и вы в центе. Вокруг много уютных кафе с прекрасными десертами и едой по очень доступным ценам.

Właściciele bardzo pomocni 🙂 lokalizacja dobra, nie jest to centrum Rzymu, ale nie ma żadnego problemu z dojazdem do centrum (10min od metra Garbatella) oraz z lotniska Fiumicino (pociąg trenitalia do stacji Roma Ostiense). Duży plus za możliwość pozostawienia bagażu po wymeldowaniu! Mimo, że łóżko było bardzo wygodne, nie było poszewki na kołdrę, ale to tylko drobny minus.

• Melita (9/5): Perfect with a few problems - I really enjoyed the room - it is neat and cozy to be in. Communication with manager is perfect too. Location is great - nearby there are cafes and bars, 12min walk to the metro station and 3 stops to the colloseum. Overall 25min till you get to the colloseum. Kitchen is perfect too - only missing a sharp knife:) but all utensils are comfortable to use. The accommodation itself was fine, however there was an issue with the bedding. The blanket did not have a duvet cover. Instead, a loose white sheet was provided to place between the person and the blanket. This is not standard practice and did not feel hygienic, as blankets are usually not washed after every guest, but the sheets of course, are washed and safe to use.

• Małgorzata (10/5): Polecam😁 - Czyściutko i pachnąco. Klimatyzacja i internet działają bez zarzutu. Dostęp do kuchni, w której było wszystko co potrzebne ( choć garnki można by już wymienić na nowsze). Kuchenka co prawda mała ale dla dwóch osób wystarczająca, dla rodzinki byłoby trudniej. Blisko stacja kolejowa Ostensie, 8 min do stacji metra Garbatella, po sąsiedzku owoce i warzywa u przesympatycznego pana z Egiptu, obok mini market działający do ok 23.30, 100 metrów dalej w stronę stacji Garbatella Kebabi -Pizza, w której serwują smaczne kebabiki ale i nie tylko, można zjeść w przesympatycznej atmosferze. Supermarket Todis w okolicy 8 min drogi od apartamentu. Polecam Możnaby wcześniej wysyłać instrukcje a propos zameldowania co ułatwiłoby dostęp do kwatery

I was not sure how to enter when we first arrived. It’s a little complicated but we managed to do it and it was not a big issue :)

On our request, the owner replied in less than 1 minute. I really appreciate everything. The location was very good, a few minutes' walk to the metro/train/bus stations. There was a coffee shop just at the entrance of the building. All in all, we enjoyed it, and we will be back 100%. ❤️❤️😍

• Ana Marija (1/5): Schlimm! - Nichts Zunächst waren wir unsicher, ob unser Aufenthalt überhaupt stattfinden würde, da wir am Tag des Check-ins niemanden erreichen konnten und eineinhalb Stunden vor dem Gebäude warten mussten, bis endlich jemand erschien. Danach war alles chaotisch. Die Besitzerin konnte unsere Schlüssel nicht finden. Nach zahlreichen Telefonaten hat sie uns schließlich die Schlüssel gegeben, sodass wir das Zimmer nutzen konnten. Die Ausstattung sah auf den ersten Blick wenigstens ok aus. Aber nur auf den ersten Blick! Die Hygiene im Badezimmer war grauenvoll! Die Dusche war schmutzig und voller Schimmel. Ich hatte die ganze Zeit Angst, dass wir wegen der ganzen Situation irgendeine Krankheit oder Bakterien bekommen. Nach unserer Beschwerde haben wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, das genauso schmutzig und voller Schimmel war wie das vorherige! Das Bett war so unbequem und die Bettdecke hatte überhaupt keinen Bezug, d. h., entweder man nutzt die Decke, die jeder mit seiner Haut berührt hat, oder man friert. Alles in allem sind wir sehr enttäuscht! Nach so vielen unterschiedlichen Ländern, die wir besucht haben, war dieser Aufenthalt mit Abstand das Schlimmste, das wir je hatten. Schade, denn Rom ist ja wirklich schön.

• eileen (6/5): - - Le logement est situé dans un quartier calme et simple avec des commerces à proximité (cafés, restaurants, pharmacie, superettes). Il y a un café juste en bas de l'immeuble pour prendre le petit déjeuner. Le métro est à 10 minutes à pied et la gare pour l'aéroport est à 15 minutes. - La chambre était propre. - Beaucoup de serviettes à disposition qui sont changées tous les 3 jours - la qualité de la literie est à revoir - la chambre que nous avions est celle collée à la cuisine commune donc nous étions réveillé au rythme des petits déjeuner et cafés des autres locataires - la communication n'est pas terrible. Il n'y avait pas de couette ni couverture dans la chambre (louée fin décembre). Nous en avons demandé une par message et nous avons eu comme réponse qu'il y en avait une dans l'armoire mais il n'y en avait pas. Nous avons fini par prendre celle dans l'armoire dans la partie commune qui leur sert de lieu de stockage donc sans housse de couette, pas terrible pour l'hygiène
