• Angel (1/5): BAD EXPERIENCE - La comunicación con el dueño I had a very disappointing experience at this property. The most serious issue was a prolonged power outage that left the accommodation without electricity during extremely hot weather. This meant no air conditioning, no way to charge essential devices, and very uncomfortable and potentially dangerous conditions. The situation was especially concerning because my wife is pregnant, and the excessive heat created a genuine health and safety concern. Despite the severity of the situation, I only received €22 in compensation, which I do not consider adequate given the impact on our stay and the risks involved. In addition, I found the surrounding area to be dirty and to feel unsafe, particularly at night. I come from a developing Latin American country and am accustomed to dealing with challenging environments, yet I still found this location surprisingly uncomfortable and concerning from a safety perspective. Overall, the combination of the power outage, extreme heat, inadequate compensation, and the condition of the surrounding area significantly affected our trip. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property based on my experience.

• Ralph (7/5): Kostengünstig und verkehrsgünstig - Gute Lage, Bahnhof, Tram, Metro und Studentenviertel in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Dazu der Esquilin-Markt und der berühmte Eissalon Fassi. Ruhig. Es gibt elegantere Viertel als diese Gegend des Esquilin.

• Kornélia (8/5): - Апартаменти були чистими. Ванна гарна і чиста теж. Місцерозташування зручне для прогулянок історичним центром міста та для того щоб дістатися пішки до та з вокзалу. Приємно здивувала загальна кухня. Є все необхідне для приготування їжі. Плита, різний посуд, мікрохвильовка, чайник. Район трохи грязнуватий. Але це не дивно, апартаменти знаходяться близько до головного вокзалу. Після прочитання інших відгуків боялася шуму з інших кімнат. Але все було добре. Чи можливо просто попалися тихі сусіди. Але, нажаль, заважав сильний шум вночі з вулиці. Проблема в вікні. Відчуття і звук ніби воно відкрите. Взагалі немає шумо ізоляції.

O chuveiro demora um pouco para a água ficar aquecida, mas anda que atrapalhe a estadia. A torneira da cozinha não tinha água quente e foi desconfortável lavar os utensílios com água gelada 😬

• Piotr (7/5): Nocleg w porządku, bardzo dobra cena, blisko metra - + bardzo dobra cena + dobra lokalizacja (5min pieszo do metra) + mięciutkie i duże ręczniki + duża i bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia + ogólnie czysto - łazienka wymaga remontu: -Ściany w łazience są do odmalowania -deszczownica w prysznicu nie działa prawidłowo, -drzwi od prysznica nie zostają na swoim miejscu i się zamykają same, -Spłuczka w toalecie długo hałasuje i wolno spuszcza wodę i trzeba wrzucać papier do kosza, a nie do toalety - to jest pokój z łazienką w mieszkaniu 4 pokojowym i niesie się hałas od sąsiadów (polecam stopery do uszu 😄)

• Ioannis (3/5): - I had a pleasant stay at this apartment in Rome. The bed was very comfortable, the space was quite roomy, and overall the apartment felt cozy and convenient. The location is great — there are bus stops and a metro station nearby, which made it easy to move around the city and visit the main attractions. For a short stay, it was a comfortable and practical place to stay. Unfortunately, my experience was not very positive and I wouldn’t stay here again. The host didn’t speak any English at all, which made communication extremely difficult. I also found it unacceptable that although check-in is only allowed from 4 PM (quite late already), we had to pay extra just to leave our luggage before check-in, and again for luggage storage after the 10 AM check-out. Additionally, when we returned to pick up our luggage, I was planning to leave the money in the place the host indicated, but she sent me an email beforehand reminding me not to forget to leave the money — which didn’t feel very welcoming or trusting. The area also felt a bit unsafe. The room itself was decent and comfortable, but the hospitality and overall experience were disappointing.

Los otros huéspedes eran ruidosos, como si fueran los únicos( a la hora de usar la zona común como la cocina) ponerse a cocinar a las 22:00 de la noche no son horas pero de eso no es culpable el alojamiento, cuestión de civismo simplemente

The communication from the host was very good and they were amazing in explaining how to get to the right flat. Thank you very much for having us! We have enjoyed our stay! The price was amazing for 3 nights! We liked everything!

• Elif (8/5): Very good - The hotel was comfortable and clean, and the staff were very kind and understanding. Early check-in was available for a reasonable fee. Additionally, since the weather was rainy, they offered us an umbrella without us even asking — which was a nice gesture. The hotel was within walking distance of Termini train station, though walking back at night, some of the people around felt a bit unsettling. It’s a bit of a walk to the city center, but for this price, it’s very reasonable.

She was very rude when dealing with us and did not provide clear instructions in English, which made the experience even more frustrating. Due to the way we were treated, we have decided to cancel the other reservation we had previously made.
• Milojković (5/5): The accommodation is way too expensive for this kind of location and place. - The room was clean. It is near Termini station, so it is well connected with other parts of the city. It is located in a very dirty neighborhood. We didn’t feel safe.

• Jeffrey (8/5): Comfortable stay with a convenient location for public transportation at a reasonable price. - The common kitchen was well stocked. Snacks and coffee/tea was available for guests. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Even though the building was on a fairly busy street the room was quiet (w/ the windows closed). Reasonable 15 minute walk from the train station. Two different Metro stops were an easy 10 - 15 walk. A traditional good sized indoor fresh vegetable, meat and fish market was a few minutes walk beyond the metro stop. Best of all the building had an elevator. Our arrival was after dark. It was difficult locating the property from the street. A sign “Guest House Aria” other than a street address would have been helpful. The room and bathroom were not at floor level. They were one step up or one step down. If you forgot about the step expert a nasty fall. No laundry facilities.

• Eliška (9/5): Lovely, comfortable, clean, perfect location. - Super clean, cozy and the staff was very kind. It was also quiet at night - even though it is close to the centre of Rome. The only little thing was the water in the shower was fluctuating from hot to cold on its own, but it wasn’t too uncomfortable.
