• Sandra (8/5): - Cozy, excellent location. We were searching for an apartment with a balcony. The pictures on this property sadly mislead to the interpretation that this has a valid balcony. Oddly enough it’s just a painting outside made and there is no actual daylight to be seen.

• Gordon (7/5): Disappointed - Location and space were great, hot water was excellent. Laundry facilities were a bonus. The air conditioning was barely able to cope. Without the added fans it would have been unbearable. We spent several nights downstairs on the coach just to get cool enough to sleep. We reported this and received no reply. Stairs are a bit of a challenge for older people. If not for that air conditioning I would have highly recommended this unit but in reality I doubt I would return.

Dispenser di acqua a disposizione all'ingresso e al piano. Non era ben specificato che nella struttura bisognava non camminare con le scarpe (fornivano infradito nella hall) a noi è stato detto all'arrivo ma molti ospiti camminavano con le scarpe, sarebbe meglio o tutti o nessuno.

• Yvette (10/5): - Small and cosy. Awesome location. Cleaned regularly. We left a bag behind on the morning we were leaving. Staff went above and beyond to help deliver it to us before plane departed. It was our base for one month. Park across road. Easy access to everything.

Communication is great too- there seems to be a really effective team running this and it felt like we could always contact someone if we needed to. This felt like a perfect little home and we didn’t want to leave! We loved everything

Als je de straat en het park oversteekt zijn er genoeg restaurant etc in de buurt! Leuk centrum tegenover het verblijf met veel souvenirs etc. Helaas was het water de laatste avond niet warm tijdens het douchen, verder geen last van gehad. Het zit bij een drukke weg die je moet oversteken, dit is eerst even wennen!

• nicolas (10/5): Hidden gem in Saigon - Perfect place to stay in HCMC as a couple. The loft is cozy but have everything you need, comfortable bed, workspace, sofa, A/C, smart TV and large balcony (where you can also smoke). Internet works great, the cleaning team is very nice and the location is brilliant, located in a traditional safe cul-de-sac alley off the main street (no traffic noise) with a great cafe’ at your doorstep with a gate closed in the night (you also get the keys for it) The park with many people doing exercises is across the street, so is 7/11 and laundry place on the other side of the park. Ibis Giant bust stop is also opposite side of the park. We have extended our stay here for several nights! all good

• Vincent (10/5): A gem in the middle of district 1. - I booked this very last minute. It was a small apartment in a fantastic downtown location while still being very quiet. It was honestly perfect and if I ever return to Saigon this is what I’ll be looking to book. I never really met the owner, but he was very responsive on WhatsApp and sent me detailed instructions explaining how to open the doors and what the various codes for the front door and the key box were. This place was honestly pretty perfect. Nothing

• Stefan (8/5): Centrally located loft apartment with great value for money. - Lots to like about this room! The location of the hotel was great, just far enough from Bui Vien to not be noisy, and right across the street from the park. The hotel was quite quiet when we stayed (during Tet holiday). If we needed anything from the staff they were just a message away. The room had a cool layout, bathroom, kitchen, and living room downstairs, with the bed on a loft upstairs. Everything was very clean, including even the balcony, and I am generally disappointed in most hotel rooms cleanliness. The bed and sofa were very comfortable. The television was small, and mounted way too high, BUT it did have access to YouTube, Netflix, etc. The kitchen had all the basics you need to enjoy some takeout, or even cook for yourself if you had the inclination to go grocery shopping.. The shower had good water pressure also. The main complaint I have with this room is highlighted in the photos I shared. Every room in this hotel has a very odd design flaw, next to the bed there is a window that serves no purpose whatsoever besides making your sleeping area bright all night long. Thankfully the hotel was kind of empty when we stayed so I just went into the hallway at night and turned off the lights, but even after doing that there was still enough ambient light in the room that I needed to use an eye mask to get some sleep. The hotel should cover these windows up, or at the least get blackout curtains to cover the entire window area. Another small complaint is that they should invest in a proper ironing board, but the tiny one provided did work in a pinch.

Thank goodness we only needed to stay for a few hours. We used the room to drop off our luggage so to go to dinner before catching a 1:30AM flight back to the US.
• Steve (10/5): Perfect unit in middle of District 1 Saigon - The unit was very contemporary with excellent facilities the shower was great with plenty of hot water. Great balcony with seating. Excellent security and the location was amazing, just across from Saigon Park and then only one block over to Saigon Walking Street full of food shops. Really loved my stay here. Easy to get to from the airport. The hosts were very friendly and extremely helpful and flexible regarding checkout time which is so good. Definitely a must stay and for much longer next time. Excellent value for money. Elevator access to room as well Nothing
• Helen (10/5): A comfortable, well-located clean apartment. - Brilliantly located to walk just about everywhere we wanted to go, this apartment had everything needed for a superb New Year in Ho Chi Minh. It’s simply furnished, quiet, clean, with laundry facilities and water refills provided, and it’s easy to access. Communication with the host was first-rate and we could leave our bags on the last day while we waited for our flight. The apartment is cleaned every two days - we didn’t need this but just got fresh towels. It was perfect. Nothing negative.

The bed was so comfortable, everything was clean, and the layout was excellent. The location was quiet and easy walking distance to main attractions. The room had excellent facilities, including all you would need to cook your own meals. On the rooftop, there was a washing machine and clothes dryer with washing powder supplied! Overall, it is a perfect place to stay. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Highly recommended! A big thank you to the property manager.😊 Nothing!

No reception, but communication through watts app was perfect. Would highly recommend this place. City busstation across the road, so easy to go anywhere by bus.

At the first night our AC of our apartment didnt work and the staff provided us a new room in the middle of the night very friendly! No hot water during the most of the time. Because of sun boiled water system. Not nice when you want to shower after a long day out.

All these pictures are upper floor which I was booked on 1st floor without any natural right ( so depressing ) towel smelled terribly ( like men’s smell ) don’t have basic stuff it needed like hair dryer, hair conditioner, but instead there is kitchen tool that we prolly use less. It’s not bad but it’s just not great. They are fixing or doing some construction so it was very loud entire my stay. I should’ve booked another place. Having no natural right was not pleasant to me which their site won’t explain non of that.

• Marco (8/5): Amazing apartment, but bear in mind the check in process - The apartment it's lovely. Nice design, newly built, nice balcony and furniture. I was a solo traveler but it's perfect for couples. I felt I had a little home in Ho Chi Minh. The staff was really nice, they give me their WhatsApp and were quite helpful. The check in was very difficult. I found out after booking they only have people on reception until 5pm. I arrived at 7pm, tried to contact them through the app but they only use the phone. As I don't have Vietnamese number I had to ask someone to do it for me. They didn't care and I had to book another room for my first night. An hour later they called me back and were super nice and let me go in without trouble. Mixed feelings as my experience was lovely but I had to waste money in another hotel because of the messy check in.

• Hung (8/5): Convenient location, helpful and friendly host, comfortable stay - Very good location close to various things to do (by walking or Grab ride hailing). Access to communal washing machine/dryer on the top floor was convenient (no need to go to laundromat). Air conditioning was functional, always good. Host was attentive and helpful but also respectful of your privacy (will be reachable when needed but otherwise will leave you be). Host can communicate in English (through WhatsApp) and Vietnamese. As others have mentioned, this place is a loft so the bed is in the mezzanine level through the staircase. If you have mobility issue, this place is not for you. I was fine with using the staircase to get to bed. Fixtures and and furniture (particularly the wooden ones) have some cosmetic wears and tears which might not be obvious in the photos, but everything was functional, so not a big deal for me.

• Will (10/5): One of the best stays of our trip so far - Our apartment was on the 4th floor and had a nice balcony with a view. The building is located near many restaurants, cafes, parks and the main shopping area. It's also a few minutes' walk from the Central Market and a nice underground market. The flat was very comfortable and well kept. We were provided with everything we needed for our one-week stay. The building also has a great rooftop terrace and a communal laundry area, which we thought was very handy. Fresh water is provided for bottle refills on the ground floor, so no need to buy new bottles every day. The loft is cleaned every other day and both host and housekeeper were incredibly helpful and easy to communicate/reach out to. Nothing

We could not have asked for better. - Our flight arrived really early in the morning and we could not access the room until 2pm, however the host was kind enough to arrange to give us a gate key and room pass so we could access the room at 2pm. It was good that we could leave our luggage there until we could access the room. The only down side was that the sofa bed did not have any bedding supplied and there was none available in the cupboards. It would be good to have extra bedding available in the room for guests that are not a couple. The room Air Conditioning and fans did struggle to keep the room comfortable at night for sleeping. Ho Chi Minh is very hot.

• Sarah (9/5): Nice, central stay - The central location of the room was perfect for us, which meant we could easily visit great cafes and restaurants as well as sights. In addition, the kitchen offered everything you need for a small meal. We mostly only had contact with the staff digitally, but everyone was very nice, helpful and courteous. A very good extra was the washer and dryer free of charge at the facility that could be used until 11 pm. You have to be used to the indoor window next to the bed facing towards the staircase with light on the whole night but that's only a minor issue.
