• Julian (8/5): Excellent over all - elevator a bit of an issue - Hotel was great, staff was great and helpful, and the room had a beautiful view, and easy to get around in Milan from the hotel. the elevator was a mess, super slow and I had to wait 5 minutes one time. I will not go back to the hotel based on the elevator

The se - The view was spectacular, and the location right next to the train station made everything extremely convenient. The room was comfortable, and getting around the city was effortless because of the easy access to transportation. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and convenient stay. The sink being outside the bathroom was a little unusual, but it was still functional and easy to use. It did not cause any major inconvenience during the stay.

I understand this might be due to first time encountering this kind of locking system but more instructions would be nice

Accessibile dalla strada, comoda e vicino a tutto quello che può servire, anche arrivando la sera tardi La camera è molto moderna e un pò fredda. La doccia è dentro la camera, separata solo da una tenda. Inoltre ho lasciato un bagaglio per alcuni giorni e avevo una seconda prenotazione. Mi è stato chiesto di pagare 5€ al giorno per il deposito. E' la prima volta che mi capita, di solito prenotando lo stesso hotel lasciare un bagaglio qualche giorno va bene. Soprattutto quando il costo del soggiorno è notevole. Questo è l'unico motivo per cui non credo ripeterò il soggiorno in questa struttura.

• Anna (9/5): Modern design hotel very close to Central station without the noise - Hotel is situated very close to Milano Centrale, literally across the road. Despite looking over train station our room was quiet. Hotel is newly renovated, soundproofing included. Room was spacious and had a lot of benches, hanging space and shelves. Staff is very helpful and polite, we have been upgraded which was nice. Did not try breakfast. On the whole, our stay was very pleasant and convenient when travelling by train. Area feels safe unlike some streets around the station. I was concerned about the shower only being separated from bedroom by the curtain, but that was fine- it served the purpose and provided privacy, good size also. AC was hard to adjust to the right temperature, was changing all the time throughout the night. The sink is in the middle of the room which I found a bit awkward, however large shelf underneath it was good to be able to put things on

• Alexis (4/5): The only good thing is the close proximity to the train station and bus to airport - It was very close to and convenient for train station and bus to airport. Basic room and the layout was not great. Immediately on coming in the door the bed is to the left and almost touching the door. Subconsciously didn’t feel good sleeping at night thinking if anyone should come in and open the door they would immediately be able to see you sleeping. The shower area was not well thought out. There was no private area - or even a curtain to pull across the room - to give you privacy to get changed after you stepped out the shower. You were able to be seen from the main room. No kettle in room. The neighbourhood the hotel was in felt a bit dodgy. Would not stay again.

• Steven (5/5): - Die Aussicht Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war schlecht. Zudem wechselte das Duschwasser von ganz heiss zu ganz kalt, obwohl es mittig eingestellt war. Normales duschen unmöglich. Ausserdem war das Frühstück nicht lecker. Es schmeckte alles sehr künstlich und aufgewärmt.

• Amanda J (3/5): Very poor quality for a 4 star hotel in Milan. - The location was convenient. Very poor for a 4 star rated hotel. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. This needed to be requested. When it arrived later on the day, it had no black tea (only herbal) no milk, no spoons and only 2 paper cups. This was for a 3 night stay and we had nights to go. We opted to have breakfast on our last morning which was quite poor at best. Not a lot of choice. The bacon was sitting in oil and the eggs were cold. The cakes were clearly not fresh as there was not a lot left at 7 in the morning. We not informed on our arrival of the deal if booked in advance and were charged 50€ for 2 of us for what should have been no more than half of that for what is offered. Their buffet is not great, save your money and go around the corner at least it would be fresh. Thankfully we didn't pre pay for it.

Camera piuttosto grande, molto gradito l'upgrade gratuito con vista sulla stazione. Molti accessori disponibili su richiesta. Le quattro stelle si vedono tutte nella colazione: a dir poco favolosa, molto ricca e varia sia nel dolce sia nel salato (tra l'altro servita in una bella sala panoramica).

• Grégory (9/5): Come and stay here for the staff and clean room - The incredible staff. Especially at the lobby of the HD8 and the restaurant of the glam hotel. Very professionals , welcoming, helpful and so kind. The cleaness , the room was perfect for short stay. Very clean and comfy bed. Perfect heat/hvac Maybe would need a faster lift and more toilets on the stairs .

• Cheun Yin (8/5): The stay was very comfortable in the time I was there and thoroughly liked the location. Had 2 metro lines at Centrale w - The hotel is in an excellent location! Directly across the street from Centrale station. So easily accessible from MXP on the train or LIN on the metro. The floor I was on was 7th. The corridor was very dark when getting out the elevator. Automated lights turned on but was very dark until sensors activated. Could have offered free bottled water.
