- Cordell (3/5): While there are some definite positives about this property, a lack of professionalism erroded that. - The breakfast had improved. Previously, if you got there 30 minutes before closure, you were lucky to end up with anything as staff did not replenish the buffet. On this occasion they did. And the assortment also had improved/1 I had packages sent ahead of arrival, and they arrived a week before I did. However, staff at the front desk repeatedly denied having the packages. It was not until I contacted Corporate Customer Service (CCS)that my packages suddenly showed up. My packages were there the whole time and only through contacting CCS did I retrieve them. Despite the positives going for it, that was a deal-breaker for me. There were other incidents at this property all dealing with staff which suggests a lack of proper training, or worse. All my issues were resolved prior to my departure but only through my persistence.

- rileycw (4/5): Your standards have dropped, and it shows! - Staybridge Suites, Doral, Florida (IHG property) April 23-25, 2026 This is our second stay at this property over the past five years, and it fell far short of our first experience. We are a family celebrating more than three decades of marriage, and what should have been a joyful start to the occasion was repeatedly undermined by staff failures at this property. The most serious incident involved my daughter, who flew in from the United Kingdom and arrived at the hotel in the evening while other members of our party were out. She approached the front desk, provided our name and room number, and was told that no guests by our name were registered at the hotel. This was false. Her mother had checked into that same room that very morning. I had also communicated through the booking platform in advance that our party of five would be arriving across two days, three on the first day, two more on the second. None of this information was made available to or acted upon by front desk staff. Unable to reach me, my daughter, a solo female traveler arriving from the UK, unfamiliar with the area, arriving in the evening, came within moments of leaving, believing she had the wrong hotel. It was only a fortunate gap in my schedule that allowed me to see her missed call and send her a copy of the reservation in time. Had she left, and had she not had reliable mobile connectivity, the consequences could have been far more serious. This failure alone warrants serious attention from IHG and hotel management. On the same stay, I had arranged for two packages containing custom-designed shirts for our family celebration to be shipped ahead of our arrival. Tracking confirmed Package 1 was signed for by hotel reception on April 10, and Package 2 on April 13. When my family arrived, the hotel repeatedly denied having either package despite the delivery confirmations in hand. I contacted IHG corporate headquarters, they messaged hotel management, and the first package appeared the next morning. The second was denied again, to my family, then to me in person upon my own arrival, until a second call to corporate produced it within three minutes. Both packages were on property the entire time. Additionally, despite advance notice that our party would grow from three to five guests on day two, the room was not prepared accordingly. Only after escalating to both IHG corporate headquarters and the front desk directly were adequate supplies delivered — and only within the final hours of our stay. Although all issues were ultimately resolved, I am writing this because the pattern across this stay - a guest nearly turned away due to missing reservation data, packages denied until corporate intervened twice, and basic room preparation overlooked despite advance notice, points to something more than isolated mistakes. Future guests, especially those coordinating multi-person arrivals or shipping items ahead of time, deserve to know what we experienced. Something has changed at this property since our last visit five years ago. And it shows…One of the chains in this group had this slogan, “The best surprise is no surprise! In our short stay, we had many, none of which were pleasant.

Como eran al rededor de las 10 de la noche y ya estaba muy cansada acepte... Error, el lugar estaba espantoso, sucio y asqueroso, si te pasa lo mismo y te recomiendan un lugar, busca mejor por tu cuenta. No recomiendo este lugar para nada, carece de formalidad, no respetan la reserva y corres el riesgo de quedar varado y tener un mal momento al inicio de tus vacaciones. No es un lugar serio, cancelación de la reserva sin previo aviso

Il y avait le bruit des moteurs de climatisation en permanence, pas très agréable quand on veut se reposer. Mis à part ça l'établissement est bien dans l'ensemble. - TREK39 (8/5): Very good - Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Nice room. We were there for 2 nights and had 2 different rooms both nice. We were very pleased with out stay. Nice outdoor area and nice rooms.

- Monique (1/5): Not happy at all - The room has cochroces , The staff could not do anything to the complaints. First there were not enough towels than no toiletpapier. We could not even use the kitchen because it had not even a dishtowel. Pls improve I left a day earlier because the toilet was clogged up.

- athenear (4/5): - Great location, free parking, spacious room. They were very nice in helping me have a place to work remotely. We had so many issues to get the hotel to help us cancel another booking we had done with them. We had to personally go to the reception 4 days in a row until we managed to connect them with a booking.com agent for them to solve it. Also the bathtub floor was very slippery, almost causing an accident. And we have now a pending charge for some sort of fee that we have no clue what could be so we need to try to contact them again.

- cedric (7/5): Bien, je recommande mais avec un peu de rafraîchissement des chambres sa serait parfait mais pour le prix très content - L emplacement parfait la chambre correcte mais sans plus Le petit plus les soirées spécial avec le 5a7 Les chambres ont besoin de rénovation salle de bain mobilier des taches sur le tapis le sofa manque de nécessaire pour la cuisine nous étions 5 mais juste 2 ustensiles nous avons dû aller chercher des choses pour pouvoir se faire à manger Le déjeuner très bien. Si vous allez à l ouverture mais vers 8.30 manque bcp de choses mais bcp de clients abusait sur les quantités

- Gillian (5/5): - Decent accommodation and facilities. Location was excellent Walmart within walking distant and the bonus of having a park across the street and Miller’s Ale was ideal. The breakfast was not great and did not meet expectations and had a limited range on offer and extremely disappointing and certainly not value for money. Frequency of cleaning of the room extremely disappointing done every 7 days, constantly having to ask for toilet paper, towels etc every day and most frustrating of all the staff don’t speak English and constantly being told don’t speak English.
