Her place is right in the centre of the best area of Amsterdam - just a short walk to cafes, restaurants, bars, shopping, pubs - you can walk anywhere! Fatos was so welcoming - we instantly felt right at home and she was always available to answer our questions. All the local recommendations that Fatos gave us were incredible. It was the start of our honeymoon and she gifted us with a card, chocolates, champagne and balloons - such a lovely gesture! From the second we booked, Fatos was friendly, informative and helpful and gave us fantastic reviews and recommendations of Amsterdam before we even arrived at the property. The villa itself is gorgeous, very well maintained and stocked with amenities and a lovely view of the canal. It’s located in a cool neighbourhood surrounded by beautiful cafes and restaurants and within walking distance to everything in the central district. We’re so grateful to have stayed here and would 100000% recommend it to anyone looking to visit Amsterdam. Thanks again Fatos!!

The reports are true! Fatos is the most thoughtful, generous, friendly host. The property is extremely well-located, convenient to everything and so charming. The room we stayed in (Garden room) was incredibly quiet and extremely beautiful and comfortable. The historic building was thoughtfully and charmingly renovated to a very high standard, and continues to be lovingly maintained. Here are a few top points of delight: - Guests are personally and warmly welcomed, with refreshments and personalized info & tips for visiting Amsterdam - The room's thoughtful appointments include but are not limited to an open wardrobe for hanging and storing clothes; abundant towels and luxury toiletries; an assortment of beverages, coffee and tea supplies, and small snacks; plenty of hanging space for jackets and hats, and plenty of umbrellas to borrow (we needed them!); comfortable and large bed with crisp cotton bed linens; a UV light sanitiser for devices and things that went out into the grungy world. - Daily room refresh results in the bed made up, the room tidied within an inch of its life and supplies generously replenished, bathroom fixtures re-polished, and everything put to rights. It was the most delightful home-away-from-home to return to each day. - I received periodic reminders and suggestions of other possible fun activities that Fatos thought we might enjoy (and we did!). - Other little personal touches that I would leave for future guests to experience as surprise and delight. Bottom line is: if you want the luxury of a top hotel with the low-key vibe of a guest house; you appreciate beauty, quiet, and peace in an accommodation; and details that show care and attention delight you -- book without hesitation. I didn't like having to come home after staying in this gorgeous room where every day it would be fresh and clean for me to return to.
• Mark Buxton (10/5): Fantastic beauty in a brilliant location - This is the best boutique hotel I've stayed in. ever. period. Fantastic support from the host to cater to our whims. The interior decoration is first class and the garden patio is lush. How did so much get stuffed into such a small area? The bed is very comfortable. The showers and bathrooms are clean. We loved sitting on the front bench (bring the cushion) and watching people and boats go by. This is the lovliest room int the nicest part of Amsterdam. Bring your sweetheart! The comforter was too warm. May I suggest a mid-weight option as well?

There was a private terrace, which we appreciated after a long day of touring around. The hostess Fatos was extremely accommodating. We LOVED this place--it made our stay in Amsterdam special! • Amy (10/5): Quiet canal in the perfect location in Jordaan - We loved everything. The location was amazing. I wanted to stay in the Jordaan neighborhood, and this turned out to be in the perfect place in that area. On a quiet canal where you felt a like you had a little bit of the area to yourself, with little cafes and restaurants just down the street, and just a 7 min walk to the Anne Frank House. Everything was walkable for us. Central station for day trips was less than a mile (and thankfully, not any closer -because that area was so much more congested and touristy). Fatos was an AMAZING hostess!!!! She was so sweet, helpful and informative. We really enjoyed the personal aspect of this stay because of her and the fact that she knew and loved this neighborhood. She really made it feel like home. Nothing, we loved it all!!

• Helen (10/5): Perfect Stay at Villa360 - Our stay at Villa 360 was absolutely perfect. My husband and I were there for three nights in early June 2025. It is a spacious one bedroom accommodation on the ground level of an authentic canal house on a quiet canal street. It is super clean, quiet, and very very comfortable. The owner is knowledgeable, friendly, and very very helpful. She had excellent recommendations for restaurants, sites, activities, and shops. She assisted Us in making dinner reservations when necessary and informed us on how to use the public transportation system. She even arranged for our transport to the airport on departure day. The neighborhood itself is charming with numerous restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and people watching opportunities. On a return trip to Amsterdam I would absolutely stay at Villa360 again. It is perfect for solo travelers or couples.. do yourself a favor and book this property. You will not be disappointed. Helen There is nothing about this property lacking. Everything was excellent

The whole place is just a bit different and special. Amazing host who was kind, friendly, helpful, and communicative. The area of Amsterdam was the nicest (in our opinion having explored) as it had a village feel with a lot of small eateries with everyone so friendly. We would choose to stay there again without hesitation.

• Jenny (10/5): Gem of a place, we LOVED it! - Absolutely exceptional place! Located in our favourite part of Amsterdam, Villa360 is the perfect location and overlooks a beautiful canal. The room was so well designed with everything we could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfy! Fatos was an exceptional host, she’d thought of everything you could possibly need including lots of treats which was so much fun come when we arrived pretty late. She also kindly allowed us to have a late check out which meant we could make the most of our last morning. She kept in touch with us via WhatsApp as did Monika the caretaker, which was great when we needed things restocking etc. This is such a gem of a place and we will absolutely be returning again and again I’m sure! Nothing wrong at all although a full length mirror in the room might be helpful?

One of the highlights of my trip was the Pureboats cruise that Fatos recommended. It was an incredible experience, allowing me to see the city from a unique perspective. • Guy (10/5): The best place to stay in Amsterdam - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Amsterdam over the past weekend. The apartment is located in a fantastic spot in the charming Jordaan neighborhood, within walking distance to many attractions and with convenient access to public transportation. Above all, the highlight of our stay was the warm welcome and exceptional service from Fatos. She greeted us upon our arrival in the evening, explained everything about the apartment and the neighborhood, and provided plenty of recommendations. We were also greeted with wine and soft drinks. She even has an app filled with great suggestions that she created herself. Fatos was always available on WhatsApp for any questions or issues. When the heating system in the apartment wasn’t working well, she immediately found a solution and brought us an electric radiator. It’s also worth mentioning that the apartment has air conditioning for both heating and cooling. The apartment itself is spacious and well-equipped, with a lovely private courtyard that was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The shower was excellent, with hot water available all day. In summary, we highly recommend Fatos’ apartment. We’re certain we’ll stay here again the next time we visit Amsterdam! everything was great!

Now we’ve stayed at Villa360 we wish we had known about it sooner. Fatos, the owner is so lovely and helpful and you can tell she’s passionate about her guests having a positive experience. She texted us two weeks before our visit and told us about a personalized app we could download that included the hosts recommendation, information, tips, etc. When we arrived, she provided additional information and answered all of our questions. You could tell she took great pride in their property and wants each guest to have an exceptional stay. We stayed in the canal room which was well thought out and included every amenity you could want. The room had a super comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. We had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend staying at Villa360! Not one thing

She made us feel very welcome, and gave us lots of information on where to eat and what to see! Her villa sits right on the canal in a very safe, central location near all the restaurants and sites. Our time in Amsterdam would not have been the same if we would have stayed anywhere else! Cannot think of anything! Only wish we could have stayed longer!

• Nancy (10/5): This is a beautiful villa in the middle of a charming neighborhood. - What a charming location in a beautiful neighborhood! Our inn keeper couldn’t have been more gracious. Everything from the communication to the cozy gardens, fresh flowers in our room, to the ironed pillowcases was first class. We absolutely will be back! Do not miss this gem. Nothing. It was perfect. I wish we had more time to stay in Amsterdam. Villa 360 was such a treat.

She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, had suggestions of where to go in the city, and helped us arrange for travel to the airport. The room was lovely and clean. Definitely would return to stay again and would recommend to family and friends.

Fatos provided information about the neighborhood and city in advance of our visit including recommendations for site seeing and dining; very helpful as we planned our stay.
