James (10/5): I can’t wait to go back to Seventy Barcelona! - The location was in walking distance or a short taxi ride to cultural events and shopping. The food was exceptional and the hospitality was excellent. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Traffic could be heavy at times.

They forgot to clean the room and cleaned after i asked at the afternoon, cleaning was bad, they only fixed the bad and even that the bad wad dirty. Will never recommed using booking.com or this hotel.

The hotel itself is a great example of a boutique hotel - very well-designed, nice features and details. Staff was very friendly, professional and helpful.

Peter Jan (9/5): Een heerlijk verblijf in een prachtig hotel. - Het Seventy hotel is echt een heel mooi, modern, relatief nieuw en sfeervol hotel op een prima locatie. Midden in het oude centrum. Een gebied met veel winkeltjes, restaurants, barretjes en terrassen. Heel sfeervol en authentiek. Het hotel heeft uitstekende en mooie faciliteiten, zoals de patio, de wellness en het zwembad op het dak. Begane grond met lobby, restaurant en bar prachtig en comfortabel ingericht. Ontbijt was uitstekend in een mooie binnenruimte en op de patio. Parkeren in eigen parkeergarage onder het hotel. Helaas moet je wel even studeren op alle techsnufjes in de kamer met alle info via de TV voordat je het één en ander kan bedienen. De leesbaarheid van de airco instelling is alleen maar goed lees- en bedienbaar als je er een lamp op zet. Minpunt voor zo’n high-end hotel is de roomservice met z’n beperkte menu, terwijl de restaurants in het hotel veel meer bieden. Op de eerste verdieping zijn ‘boven de patio’ een aantal kamers met een ruim terras, is ons zeer bevallen. Wij hadden er twee naast elkaar met een connecting deur op het terras. Helaas konden ze de sleutel niet vinden. Ook het kinderbedje was ondanks reservering en bevestiging bij het inchecken niet aanwezig. En tot slot waren op een regenachtige dag de hotelparaplu’s of niet voorradig of kapot. Allemaal niet heel erg, maar wel onbegrijpelijk en onnodig slordig voor zo’n soort hotel.

Laurence (8/5): Très bel hôtel avec un personnel très disponble - j'ai beaucoup aimé la déco et la gentillesse des gens à l'accueil; le restaurant que ce soit le petit déjeuner ( sauf les viennoiseries) ou le diner tout est délicieux; l'emplaceement est idéal et le spa massage divin. Le matelas du lit, quand l'autre bouge on ressent tout, désagréable ! le toilette japonais n'avait pas d'instructions claires ou sinon il était cassé.... j'aurais aimé du lait d'amande ou autre lait végétal au buffet petit déjeuner et du jus d'orange préssé fraichement. quand j'ai fait ma reservation en insistant sur un lit king, j'ai eu comme reponse que l'hotel ne pouvait pas assuré que cette demande soit possible à mon arrivée... or c'est justement pour cela que j'avais choisi l'hôtel!!!! mais finalement nous avons bien eu un lit King comme demandé.

Elke (8/5): Sehr empfehlenswert - Rundum war es ein schöner Aufenthalt, nettes Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück und toller Innenhof zum frühstücken, modernes stylisches Design , geschmackvolle Einrichtung, Zimmer Upgrade :) Es gab sogar zum Fön ein Glätteisen, was ich so noch nie erlebt habe. Tolle Idee! Das mit der Selbstbedienung der Nespresso Maschine beim Frühstück hat mir nicht gefallen, Ich habe dann aber nach 3 Tagen mitbekommen, das man sich einen Cappuccion bestellen kann. Das sollte besser kommuniziert werden.

Sergei (10/5): Great value and outstanding - We had a fantastic stay at Seventy Barcelona — everything was truly next level. We were kindly upgraded, which made our stay even more special. The room was beautiful, very quiet, and incredibly comfortable — perfect sleep in the heart of Barcelona. The atmosphere of the hotel is amazing — stylish, cozy, and unique. Service is excellent, with very attentive and friendly staff. The entire team deserves recognition — everyone we met was professional, warm, and genuinely welcoming. Breakfast was outstanding, and we also had dinner at the hotel — the food was absolutely exceptional. Great location, everything within walking distance. Highly recommended — we would definitely come back!

Maja (2/5): Extremely disappointing stay – looks great, but major issues underneath - Staff is mostly nice. We had problems from the moment we arrived. I had requested a glass of prosecco on arrival for my mum’s birthday as this was meant to be a special trip. Nothing was prepared, and when I asked, I was told these requests are handled later in the day – which completely defeats the purpose of an ‚arrival’ surprise. I declined at that point, yet we later came back at midnight to find a bottle of cava in the room. It was a nice gesture and appreciated that it was on the house, but it missed the point as it was meant to be part of the arrival experience. To be fair, the hotel itself is very nicely designed and overall looked clean and well-kept. Our room (we booked a „privileged” room) was spacious, modern and genuinely lovely. However, the main issue at the arrival was that the electric blinds were completely broken – they wouldn’t go up or down, they looked like someone seriously damaged them cause they were visibly bent and when we tried to close them, they started rolling onto the floor. We were already late for a dinner reservation, but I had to queue at reception to report it immediately, as we had paid a €150 deposit and didn’t want to be blamed. There was no alternative room available, so we had to wait for maintenance to come and fix it. We specifically chose this hotel because of the indoor pool, which turned out to be quite tiny considering the size of the hotel and requires booking a slot in advance. It only opens at 10:30 and closes at 20:30 (last entry at 20:00), which is completely impractical for tourists who want flexibility. Location-wise, it’s also not ideal. It’s not really close to a metro if you need to travel further, so be prepared to rely on taxis in that case. One of the most surprising moments was seeing a cockroach in the hallway on the 6th floor (photo attached). This was especially unexpected because the hotel otherwise appeared very clean. The restaurant experience on our last night was equally poor.

The staff is overall very friendly and professional The room allocation wasn’t ideal, i requested a queen bed at booking (many weeks in advance) and ended up having two single beds. The housekeeping wasn’t done properly, glasses from the previous day left we had to take them out of the room ourselves same for the coffee refill.

patrizia (8/5): Meraviglioso - Lo staff top, Alessandra meravigliosa, molto disponibile, Come del resto molti dello staff. La colazione migliorabile, mancavano pancake, omelette, per quanto ci fosse una cucina a vista meravigliosa che preparava tanto salato, ma non poteva fare i pancake😔. Non facevamo cappuccino, pochi dolci fatti in casa. Per essere un 4 stelle s credo si potrebbe pensare al bidet. Per il resto tutto perfetto. Ci hanno anche omaggiato di una bottiglia di cava a fine soggiorno ❤️.

Aurélie R. (9/5): Un très bon moment proche de tout et qui laisse place à la détente - La localisation, l'ambiance et la décoration, c'est un lieu paisible. Le personnel est très agréable et aux petits soins. Le toit terrasse permet de vrais moments de détente Le petit déjeuné pourrait être plus varié mais c'est vraiment pour dire de donner une piste d'amélioration. Le fait de ne pas pouvoir aérer du out les chambres est perturbant au début mais on s'y fait.
