LUANA (9/5): Excelente. Recomendo! - Apartamento limpo, moderno, todo novinho. Tudo completo inclusive com máquina lava e seca. Também era em excelente localização, tudo perto. A Acrópole fica a 20 minutos a pé mas é fácil de ir. O prédio é antigo, o elevador beeeem antigo é como o apartamento fica no subsolo tivemos que descer e subir com as malas pela escada.

Die Lage ist gut, aber man muss mit der Metro oder zu Fuss (ca. 20-25 Min) ins Zentrum. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist super! Das Check-in und die Kommunikation war absolut hervorragend! Der Kurier der ständig alle Klingel durchgeklingelt hat🫣Aber da kann der Besitzer und das Appartement nichts dafür. Im Gegenteil, dank der Kamera sahen wir gleich, wer klingelt. Wir bestellten dann einfach auch was vom Lieferservice😉😂

Usamos la barbacoa y tuvimos la piscina para nosotros solos. Hemos estado tan a gusto que no nos apetecía salir. La anfitriona encantadora. Dificil encontrar un pero. Quizás que un supermercado grande está lejos, pero es parte de lo bonito de la tranquilidad del area donde se encuentra.

Park nearby for exercise - The patio opens to hear the many birds singing and the Green Park 3 minute walk away for nature with in the city. Gasoline station at entrance, but there is a door stopper for the smell from the lobby. More than one toilet paper roll should be provided.

All amenities functioned well, though instructions for using the washing machine would be useful. Very comfortable beds and quiet rooms. Landlord very helpful when electricity went off. His quick response helped resolve the issue. The location was a 10-12 minute walk from nearest metro. Not in the heart of tourist areas. Not a problem for us, but some may prefer closer access to metro and food options.

Kirstie (9/5): Lovely appartment, fantastic host. - The apartment was modern, well laid out, clean, and had everything I needed. I specifically had wanted a gym, so this was a real bonus. Yiannis was a fantastic host with very clear instructions on how to check in and answered my query regarding checkout really quickly. It's a bit of a trek to the Acropolis and other archaeological sites...about 45 minutes walk.
Maria E (10/5): - Communication well in advance of our stay was excellent, thanks to the diligence of the apartment Manager, Yiannis. The apartment is either brand new, or in excellent condition. It is spacious, bright, and well appointed. The location is also very convenient. We bought a Big Bus (similar to Hop on Hop off) ticket and found that stop 10 was walking distance to the apartment. This made it very convenient to get to and from all the major sight seeing attractions. If I return to Athens I will definitely stay at Pinacota Suites. I highly recommend it.

Marvin (9/5): Perfect accommodation overall - Good size condo unit; modern interior design; functional / complete kitchen.. overall the place have a high end feel.. the owner/property coordinator is easy to talk to and helpful. it is a minor comment i would say… but the place while not far from the centre is also not that near as well.. a good half an hour walk to acropolis, plaka area… the national archeological museum is 10 minutes walk away….
Ron (10/5): Great place, great value for money, nice host! - Overall - a great place. The apartment is very big, lots of space, and equipped with everything we needed - starting from a top notch microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and even a washing machine and dryer. Yiannis was very nice and always tried to help In terms of things around - you can go to the center to have something to eat, but there are also a few places really close by, and even more places and very nice restaurants close to the metro station (10+ minutes walk). The supermarket is really close and is open 7 days a week, for most of the day and most places are in a short uber ride, which is also nice I am going to write long, but to be honest, I would recommend this place 99% and I really loved it, and our kids loved it! so writing these things for you to be ready, but I think it's 100% worth it, and I would go there again without thinking twice In terms of location for families... there is public transportation close by, but it doesn't take you directly to the center, we almost always had to take more than a single bus, and the busses over there were not frequent, not sure if it's because of the summer holidays or not, but some of the busses there have a frequency of once every 30+ minutes, which means if you miss them, you're doomed. now for adults - the metro station is around 13 minutes walk which is , really okay, but with young children, and more so when its 40 degrees outside, it was pretty nasty. We could take an uber, but in Athens all ubers are 4 places only, and we are a family of 5... so taking two taxis was annoying for us The only other thing that bothered us was bed, it was a too soft, and you could feel any small movement of your partner. we specifically are not great sleepers, so my wife literally woke up because I was laughing from an instagram video I was watching....

Hanna (10/5): Totally amazing apartment. Fantastic value. - It was immaculate and luxurious, with so much space with many extra touches. There was cooking oil, tea and coffee etc. Complimentary toiletries, slippers, bathrooms amd nice towels. All amenities were in good working by order. The communication was perfect, respectful and super friendly, the location also worked for us. The air con was needed and made our stay very comfortable. It was fabulous. We didn’t need a view, it was quiet, you can’t hear the road with the windows shut. Communal areas clean. This was great value for money, a small mini mart, a gorgeous sandwhich/coffee shop close by, a restaurant too. We parked around the back on the road for free. The only detail that could be better was that there were feather duvets and one of our party cannot use these. Another option would have been preferred.
Chrisadiningtias (3/5): Not a pleasant stay. - Newly renovated We don’t have water on the first day of our stay for almost 24 hours. The owner is not in town so it takes time have them fixed. The owner only contact us after midnight to inform us that they have other room available so we can use to the toilet and shower till our room is fixed.
Nejati (8/5): Overall, while the hotel itself provided a great stay with excellent facilities and cleanliness, the entrance location a - The apartment was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The décor was modern and stylish, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The apartment were spacious, each equipped with a private bathroom ,The location was excellent, as getting to the city center was easy and affordable, costing only around 7 euros with an Uber. The Apartment entrance was situated inside a gas station, which was not ideal. !!! It was apparent that there were always people around the entrance, which could be a bit uncomfortable when entering or leaving the building. Parking Issues: One major downside was the inconvenience caused by parked cars in the gas station that frequently blocked the entrance. That was quite frustrating. To get a better understanding of the conditions, the available photos can give you a clear picture of what to expect.

Florian (10/5): - We simply loved it. Nice and clean apartment, really nice decor, spacious and easily accessible, walking distance to a Metro station, shops, bars and restaurants in easy reach. We had absolutely amazing time, check in was super easy and we were given all the instructions in advance, the host was approachable and always quick to respond (not that we had any issues). The restaurant across the street stays open until late so a must go to, we didn’t really use the Metro much because we could walk to the central and we explored lots of restaurants on the way. All together, a very happy stay and amazing holidays. Thanks to Athenians’ lovely hospitality.

Frankie (10/5): Excelente decisión - Los apartamentos son comodísimos, ubicados en una de las principales avenidas de atenas, cerca de todo pero no en medio del caos turístico del centro histórico, están muy cerca de dos zonas "soho" en las que se puede comer de maravilla y cerca de líneas de metro, bus, si decides alquilar una moto (yo lo recomiendo) justo debajo del apartamento hay una gasolinera. Las ventanas del apartamento son nuevas y aislan el sonido perfectamente. El piso además de ser de diseño, tiene de todo, hasta impresora con papel, elementos de oficina como grapadora, Wifi que funciona maravillosamente bien. Un 10 en todo, mucho mejor que cualquier hotel o airbnb.

Holly (2/5): I had high hopes, but was disappointed. - The location was good, and there was a gym downstairs you could (theoretically) use. The electricity cut out on my second night, and kept cutting out at random throughout my stay. When it first went out I contacted the landlord, who said it had "never happened" before. Someone who lived in another apartment in the building told me it happened pretty regularly, however. The landlord's denial was also strange, given he'd provided specific instructions regarding power cuts in a message sent prior to my stay. I was very stressed as I couldn't charge my phone, and the front door of the building had an electric lock. At first, the landlord seemed interested in helping, and said he'd "got contacted and informed that this is a power fault from the supplier and not internally from our building." Later, he said the issue was next door, and was being fixed. The power came back on before midnight, but then cut again at about 3am. I was awoken by the emergency light coming on. After that, the landlord seemed completely disinterested in being helpful. I explained that I had some serious health problems, and needed to know whether the power was likely to cut again during my stay, as it was affecting my sleep. Even though he'd apparently been able to make inquiries previously, he basically refused to do so again. He just kept telling me the power cuts weren't his fault. I told him I understood that, but needed to know whether there was a realistic possibility of the power cutting again. I asked whether he could contact the power company or the neighbours. He repeatedly ignored me, and was at times pretty rude in his responses. It was really upsetting as I'd not travelled anywhere in a long time due to my health issues, and the power randomly cutting over 72 hours made it impossible to relax for most of my stay.

Austin (10/5): Pinacota Perfect - I really liked the location, Yiannis, the host who was very helpful and always in communication to see how our stay was. He's a really great guy! The facilities were amazing and really added to our stay at the Pinacota. I really recommend the Pinacota suites to anybody and, in particular, to first-time visitors. Only 10 minutes from Victoria Metro. There is a nice coffee shop to the left called Ensimble and it's really nice. Two bars across the road provide a really nice nightlife to the area. Au Revoir Bar is about 15 minutes away and 5 minutes from Victoria Metro Station. Really recommend it such a nice bar and historic too. Nothing
Anonymous (9/5): Good choice for 1 or 2 persons short stay in Athens - Room impeccably clean. High quality furniture and fittings. Large bed and great shower. Small but fully equpipped kichenette. Little details (2 Nespresso capsules, bathroom amenities). Organization re keys etc extremely easy and comfortable via Whatsapp. Overall very responsive and friendly communication. Location reasonably good, everything can be reached on foot. The room is situated on the ground floor with direct access through a flapping door to the lobby. Each time somebody enters or leaves the building, the door will make significant noise, even if locked. Impossible to sleep without earplugs. Bathroom is extremely small. Pillows uncomfortable (for me).
