The duplicate verification required by Urban Rest adds a layer of complexity. Use of their call center, like most similar systems, are hugely frustrating and time consuming.

- Jai (10/5): Lovely space, great location! - Great location with a lovely atmosphere close to Central Station. Open and airy apartment with everything that you could need for a short stay. Evenings could be a little noisy as there is a pub very nearby and restaurants below. But if you’re looking for a little life in the city it’s a great place to stay and the soundproofing was mostly effective.

- Jill (8/5): Great place to stay but only if the lifts are fully functional. - The location was great. Easy walk to most things we wanted to do in Sydney CBD and to public transport. Close to useful shops and cafes.
The apartment was a good size and the kitchen was well appointed and good to use.
The bed was comfortable. The deck was a bonus. We stayed for 16 nights and the lifts, due to torrential rain damage, were out of action from the beginning of our stay and for next 11 nights. As we are both over 70, entry to the third floor apartment via of the fire rescue stairs with luggage and day to day shopping for a majority of our stay wasn’t easy, safe or ideal. Whilst we were offered alternative accommodation it wasn’t anyway near where we wanted to be nor did it cover the nights we had prepaid for. Getting a refund so we could find a different apartment proved difficult - a classic “Catch 22”. We were very pleased the lift was repaired before we had to exist with all our luggage. However the apartment was advertised as having a lift, we prepaid for that facility and don’t feel we got value for money.
