Hansjörg (7/5): Wir waren nur zu einem kurzaufenthalt in Neapel um nach Capri noch den Vesuv zu besuchen - Die Unterkunft liegt Zentral und man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß bequem erreichen. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und Modern eingerichtet. Die Bar auf der Dachterrasse war eine Farce. Getränke kamen schnell und wenn man sich auf die Sitzmöbel gesetzt hat bekam man einen nassen Hintern. Die Bilder vom Pool und der gesamte Dachterrasse im Internet entsprechen in keiner Weise dem tatsächlichen Aussehen. Die Fassade am Hoteleingang war wie bei allen Hotels in Neapel Gewöhnungsdürftig. Schmutzig und heruntergekommen.

Willem (8/5): prima voor 2 nachten hectische stad en locatie - ontbijt was prima niets te kort op een leuke locatie dakterras. medewerkers niet echt vriendelijk druk met elkaar. minpuntje de bar was beneden gesloten alleen de roof top bar was open het weer was er niet echt naar om daar te zitten jammer medewerkers hier waren niet echt vriendelijk prima locatie vlakbij het station niets ik zal er zeker nog een keer boeken

Edita (9/5): - Simple and neat hotel with helpful reception staff.A big thank you to the wonderful gentleman at the front desk who truly represents the hotel's image in the best possible way. Breakfast is basic but sufficient to start the day, and the coffee from the machines is tasty. Housekeeping is done daily. A bit of an unusual policy: you have to leave your room keys at reception every time you go out. Since the safe key is attached to the main key, it feels a bit strange having to leave access to your valuables behind. Uncomfortable, hard bed and no bathrobes in the room. The hotel's location near the station means the surroundings are quite unpleasant. We felt uneasy coming back late at night due to the suspicious people in the area. Even though we didn't have any issues, it was far from a peaceful walk back to the hotel.

Marja (8/5): Ett bra hotell nära järnvägsstationen - Bra läge nära järnvägsstationen där flygbussen stannar. Rent. Mycket bra frukost. Vi valde ett rum med balkong. Därnere är balkonger ofta bara cirka en halv meter djupa så det gick förstås inte att sitta på balkongen som vi hade tänkt oss. Trafiken från gatan hörs. Vårt rum var tvådelat: ett mindre rum med soffa och ett andra rum som var sovrum. Detta var bra. Men tvättfatet och duschkabinen var placerade mellan dem, inga dörrar att stänga. Det gillade vi inte.

Hatte mehrfach Fragen gestellt, die einfach ignoriert wurden.

It's beside train/bus station with easy access to organised tours for meeting point. Easy to get into city using the underground. We could leave our luggage safe at hotel for free on day of departure while we went into the city. Not a huge thing but something to be aware of, the rooftop bar and seating area, pool etc was closed and not open until May. Part of the reason for booking was to access rooftop for views and breakfast. Website said it would be open in April. Also it mentioned that we would have a balcony, I presumed to sit out on, but its too small to sit or stand on, patio doors just open up fully onto the street below.

The hotel is very central to transport but this means that there are a lot of dodgy people around and we dudnt feel very safe after dark.

Didn’t feel that safe when you left the hotel, however there were some lovely restaurants within a few metres. Mimi’s is one of the oldest restaurants in Naples and has a history. Highly recommend.
