• Arnie2610 (8/5): Sehr gutes Hotel am Rande von Chinatown in LA - Das Hotel liegt am Rand von Chinatown. Es verfügt über sehr geräumige Zimmer. Ein Frühstück gibt es zwar nicht, allerdings ein Restaurant, indem man zumindest morgens Croissants, Bagels oder ähnliches bekommen kann. Gleich in der Nähe gibt es eine Tiefgarage für das Auto. In der Nähe gibt es einen sehr gutes chinesisches Restaurant, nämlich auf der Rückseite des Blocks.

• 優子 (1/5): Very Disappointing Stay - Our reservation for three people was not properly processed by the hotel, and we were given the only room available upon arrival. The staff did not offer any apology, and one of us was expected to sleep on a sofa bed. Later, we discovered that the sofa bed was broken and unusable, so one person had to sleep on a small sofa without being able to stretch their legs. No blankets were provided, and we had to go to the front desk to request them. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

• Tajshawnne (1/5): This isn’t worth the staff at all the Baltmore hotel downtown is an way more better option - The staff was extremely rude they give you attitude then you give them back attitude they get mad charge 350 for deposit talks about there customers dead in your face and walks off from you and shut the door

• Andrew (8/5): Great place near downtown! - The staff were amazing! Super helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I stayed on Friday night; my next door neighbors went out partying, then came back around 2am. They were very loud and obviously drunk. It was Fri in LA - I'm glad they had a good time - but they were awfully noisy. Not the hotel's fault, although the guests might have been encouraged to keep it down a bit.
• JOHN (7/5): This is a trendy little Asian-themed hotel in the heart of Chinatown, with a quick connect to downtown and Little Tokyo. - The room was huge and had a nice view of the mountains and a wonderful rain shower. When we arrived the elevator wasn’t working and our room was on the third floor.

• Rachel (10/5): Overall, the Aiden Los Angeles Downtown Dragon Gate Inn was clean, spacious, and had nice staff. - The room was extremely clean and spacious! Additionally, the staff are extremely friendly and this hotel is in a very central part of town. They even gave us free breakfast! 10/10 will definitely be back at Aiden Los Angeles Downtown Dragon Gate Inn. The cleaning staff were very prompt when knocking on our door at 11:01 AM...which was great but we weren't quite done packing our stuff to head out.

• David (7/5): A decent, safe place to stay near Dodger's Stadium and Chinatown - The Aiden is near the Dodger's stadium and on the edge of Chinatown. Free breakfast was nice. Room was spacious and comfortable. Chinese decor added to the experience. A bit of a hike through a sketchy part of town to get to union station. Elevator was broken, which wasn't a big deal for me since I was just on the second floor, but that could be impactful for people who can't or don't like stairs.
• legarda (4/5): Awful, needs to be maintained - The beds were comfy but i think they're a little bid more on the high end compared to what they have to offer. The elevators were not working so we had to carry our luggages and it's very slippery outside. We went during the rainy season. The building seems to be poorly maintained.
