The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, which made everything easy and comfortable. The apartment itself was spacious and well-designed, giving me plenty of room to relax. The location was also a big plus—very convenient and close to everything I needed. On top of that, the place was clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more pleasant.

• Brian (10/5): How good is Hanoi ! - Ideal location. Easy walking to all attractions in and near the Old Quarter, and both lakes. Room on 8th floor was quiet , clean and comfortable. ALL staff were always cheerful adding to a great 6 nights in Hanoi. Hot water to 8th floor took its time to get there, but you have to remember where you are! I guess it’s all part of the charm.

• Gary (10/5): Best experience so far. - Le was exceptional as a manager. She went above and beyond. My partner had a broken foot and Le even offered to send out for food so that I could enjoy Hanoi for the week we stayed. I am definitely going back to only that Apartment. 1 to 10 scale…an easy 15+. Everything was perfect, daily towels, water and toilet tissue. Full kitchen, everything was great. Plenty of eating spots surround the area.

• Paul (10/5): Great apartments in a great location. - We booked 2 nights at the Hong Gia Tue Apartments and the pre arrival communications by WhatsApp were excellent. On arrival we were greeted by Li and her very friendly and efficient team. Li is an amazing host. Nothing is too much trouble, she’s always keen to help with advice and recommendations. We were quickly signed in and shown up to our room. We had booked a studio apartment and were pleasantly surprised to be told the room had been upgraded to two room apartment. Room 301 is on the front of the building with the bedroom overlooking the street. The soundproofing was excellent with no discernible road noise. This is the first location in 9 weeks of travelling where we’ve Not needed earplugs to sleep. The apartment is beautifully decorated and well appointed with a fridge freezer, washer / tumble drier, clothes rail, aircon, table & chairs, sofa and two large TVs. We found the iron in the wardrobe and requested an ironing board which was delivered to the apartment in minutes. The bed was firm and comfortable ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. The bathroom had separate toilet and shower cubicles and a large bathtub and sink was in the interconnecting room. It was so nice to have a European style bathroom rather than just a wet room. There was plenty of hot water which came online quickly. All in all a great place to stay in Hà Nội.

Os funcionários são cordiais e prestativos, no entanto, a hospedagem não oferece um bom suporte de forma geral, embora os funcionários até tentem ajudar. Exemplo - não há toalhas de rosto, não há travesseiros adicionais. O chuveiro não esquenta o suficiente, para a banheira, a água é bem quente Embora o hotel tenha elevador para os quartos, a recepção fica no primeiro andar e da rua p/ o 1. Andar não há elevador , vc precisa carregar as próprias malas sozinho em uma escadaria alta e com degraus curtos. Embora as recepcionistas queiram ajudar, são senhoras que realmente não possuem força para isso.

• Sophie (8/5): It was fine to stay for a few days - The staff were lovely. Right across the road was Tree Beauty which was the best spa I have been to in SEA. Smokers below filled our room with cigarette smoke. It smelled disgusting. It was a bit out of the way. Hard to get to the inner city with an 8 year old.
• ANTONIOS (8/5): Ευχάριστη διαμονή με μικρές ατέλειες. - Η ευρυχωρία, πλήρης εξοπλισμενο, καθαρό. Ζητήσαμε έξτρα πετσέτες και μας έφεραν, καθάριζαν κάθε μέρα και μάλιστα έπλεναν και τα πιάτα. Ξεχάσαμε ένα σακίδιο ενώ πηγαίναμε αεροδρόμιο και μας πήραν τηλέφωνο και το έστειλαν με άλλο αυτοκίνητο. Ότι δεν είχε παράθυρο με θέα, διότι το παράθυρο έβλεπε σε τοίχο και ήταν σκοτεινά. Το στρώμα είχε λακούβες αλλά ήταν άνετο και η πόρτα του μπάνιου δεν έκλεινε, θέλει διόρθωση.

Proximal to the Old City but a bit outside the chaos. The shower never worked very properly for us. Also we had an issue with the smell of cigarettes coming through the AC system one day.

All the equipments and furnitures are brand new. The location is in walking distance to city center/old quarter but not noisy at all. There were some mosquitoes in the room on the 4th floor. On the 6th floor there was none

• Hung (10/5): - Ich war für 3 Nächte dort und wäre gern länger geblieben. Es war alles Perfekt. Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Zimmer war sauber und alles war vorhanden. Ebenso einen Pluspunkt ist die Waschmaschine inkl. Trochner. Jedentag wurde ich nachgefragt ob alles OK war oder das Zimmer gereinigt werden muss. Sehr aufmerksam. Auch noch zu erwähnen ist, dass man immer Frische Badetücher bekommt. Lage ist auch perfekt. Essen, Cafés, Lebensmittelshops alles um die Ecke und ins Zentrum dauert es auch nicht lange. Trotz zentrale Lage ist es sehr Ruhig. Wenn man nachts spät heim kommt muss man klingeln oder klopfen damit ein Mitarbeiter dir den Haupteingang öffnet. Hier hätte man einen Kartenschloss einbauen können. Aber bei mir bin ich zumindest immer vor 24uhr heimgekommen, deswegen konnte man mir immer sehr schnell den Haupteingang öffnen.

• Marquand (7/5): Excellent place to stay… if you get a room with a window - Property was fantastic, clean, great space, friendly staff and in a great location (walkable from the old town but not so close you’re in the chaos) Unfortunately we were put in a room without a window and so zero natural light. However we did see that some of the rooms do have windows, so I imagine if you can get one of those the place would be a 10/10.

• Jared Fleming (9/5): - Beautiful modern apartment in a great location that is walkable to both west lake and the old quarter. Daily housekeeping of water/towels, and also bedding for longer stays. The building staff is also very friendly. Kitchen has the essentials for light cooking. Bathroom could have used a more detailed cleaning.

It is adjacent to the hotel next door, and sometimes noise/voices can be heard. There are no sidewalks, so moving with a suitcase might be difficult.

• Lyndel (10/5): A spacious, comfortable, well located apartment with excellent staff. Highly recommended. - Spacious, comfortable, and well located for the West Lake and the Old Town. All the staff, including their airport transfer driver, were helpful and friendly - and especially Li, who also quickly resolved a couple of very minor issues after our late arrival. The washing machine was great - and there’s Netflix if so inclined. We had apartment 801 which is on the front with a small balcony, and the highest apartment, above a relatively quiet street by Hanoi standards. Good local bars, coffee shops and restaurants, and not far from excellent Tu Chau veggie Bahn Mi. Nothing.

• Valeria (10/5): Sehr angenehmer und entspannter Aufenthalt. Sehr sauberes Apartment, tolle Mitarbeiter! - Mein 4jähriger Sohn und ich waren 7 Nächte in der Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Ly und die anderen Mitarbeiter waren immer überaus zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ly gab uns sehr gute Tipps und hatte immer ein Ohr für unsere Fragen und Anliegen. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, sehr gut schallisoliert und für uns war die Lage perfekt. Es ist am Rand der Altstadt gelegen, was wir auch wollten. So hatte man alles vor Ort (Geschäfte, Restaurants, Cafés) und konnte nachts gut schlafen. Ich fand es auch gut, dass im Eingangsbereich immer jemand vom Personal war, so hat man sich willkommen und heimisch gefühlt. Die Damen vom darunter liegenden Beauty Salon waren auch sehr lieb, hilfsbereit, offen, stets eine freundliche Begrüßung und ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
• Mikhail (7/5): Apt in HCMC - Apt was fairly clean in a good location. Staff was responsive and friendly, even though there was a bit of a language barrier. A/c wasnt working and couldn't be fixed. I had to change the apt the following day and move all my stuff, using an elevator that wasnt air conditioned either.

Not right in the middle of the Old Quarter but close enough to walk or grab a taxi if needed. There were many restaurants around and shops. The host Li, was so caring. She made sure we had everything done. The apartment was immaculate and the attention was great. Nothing.
• Lindsay (9/5): Great apartment in an interesting part of Hanoi. Clean and access to a washing machine! - It was great to have a two room place after some smaller hotel rooms! Having access to a washer dryer was brilliant too. We had room 801 which had a small terrace - however, it was too hot to sit out there. The air conditioning was effective and there was complimentary water in the fridge. The staff were so friendly and helpful - called us a taxi on the last day which was cheaper than Grab. They also looked after our luggage when we went off on our Ha Long Bay cruise. A little out of the central area - we tended to walk one way and get a Grab home. Would definitely recommend.

• Fuzzy73 (10/5): Fully equipped apartment just outside of the old quarters - Check-in counter and small lobby is on the 2nd floor. You need to climb quite a few stairs from outside (if you have a large suitcase beware). Apartment is large with almost complete amenities. It also has a washing machine, microwave and a hotplate stove. Bedroom is also large, clean, work table with many plug points, comes with a TV (apart from the TV in the living room). Bathroom has a bath tub, shower(enclosed area). Climb up the stairs to get to the reception

• Henna (10/5): Exceptional - I had to stay in Vietnam longer than expected due to getting sick and luckily I found this apartment with a one hour notice. The staff was very nice even though most of them did not speak english. The area was also more quiet than the old quarter. -
• Ron (9/5): Great place much bigger than a hotel room that is a 10 minute walk to the old quarter. - Spacious apartment. Comfortable bed. Kitchen table. English tv channels. Stairs to the street needs a railing. Staircase should be lit and free of debris as an alternate to using the elevator and in case of an emergency. Smell of cigarette smoke coming fro the ventilation system on occasion.

I arrived 20 minutes after booking and they already had everything ready and waiting for me. Everyone who works here is super friendly and helpful. The room looks exactly like the pictures too. Would highly recommend staying here Nothing, it was great.

• Torfi (10/5): Great apartment , great location super staff. - Stayed in apartment 801 with balcony to street. Very nice clean and spacious apartment. Great location, close to everything and comfortably far enough away from Old Quarter bustling and noice. Which is something you really appreciate after having stayed in the heart of the Old Quarter Lots of nice cafes and restaurants and street food. Super friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.
• Abdulrahem (10/5): We were impressed! - This was a super comfortable stay and made us feel at home! We loved our stay here. Staff is so kind. The old man who takes the night shift is the sweetest angel ever. You will have everything you need in the rooms. They are well taken care of. The design is clever and makes the place feel bigger than it is. The bed can be better! There were 2 pillows only and they weren't comfortable but that depends on which pillow cases they use. The small pillow case pushes the pillow up and then it can strain your neck while sleeping. One side of the bed was sinking in. That made me have back pain one night. Fortunately the bed was large enough so we slept on the better side.

• Kevin (9/5): A wonderful place to spend a holiday and we would happily stay there again. - We couldn’t speak highly enough of the staff who went above and beyond to ensure our every comfort and assist us in every possible way. The only negative was the stairs at the front of the building. I have difficulty in managing stairs and a hand rail would have been invaluable. However in saying that, the staff were there to help me negotiate the stairs and assist us with our luggage.

• Rebecca (7/5): Big airy apartment with cooking and laundry facilities in a GREAT location! - We were so delighted by the size of our room and the facilities. This is a full one-bedroom apartment with a kitchenette and a washer/dryer. The size makes it a nice step toward independence compared to a standard hotel room--we could eat one or two meals in the apartment rather than eating every meal out and we did multiple loads of laundry. The neighborhood is also GREAT. From here, you can walk to Truc Bach lake and the hipster expat restaurant scene there AND you can walk to Hoan Kiem and experience the intensity of the old quarter. I loved sitting in the little coffee shops near this hotel and watching people go about their lives. The pho place just two doors down the street is GREAT, by the way. The couple who run the hotel are very nice and welcoming. The only problem was a distinct smell of cigarette smoke wafting into our room from another guest. When we informed the property owners, they immediately brought us a fan, showed us an additional exhaust fan over the stove, and did everything in their power to help with the problem. The smell was tolerable, so I wouldn't call this a deal breaker.

• Kirsty (10/5): great service and staff, homely comforts and great price for what you get - excellent service and staff, really friendly and the security/night manager was super friendly and accommodating when I needed to go out or come back late. felt very safe in these apartments and they had all the amenities to feel like you were at home. would really recommend to anyone looking for a homely experience or needing extra space to relax, watch Netflix or get some work done. thanks again to all the staff and reception who are very kind and helpful - highly recommend. nothing.

• Damir (2/5): could be nice. but dirty and bad cigarette smell from neighbours - very modern appliances. could be a great stay if it was clean. had to leave this place because of the cigarette smell coming from the ventilation system. someone in another room was smoking and the staff was initially dismissive of my concerns about it. “maybe it’s from the outside”. on the 7th floor? don’t think so. took them 5 days to take the problem seriously. by that time I had enough. found pubic hair on toilet. then moved to different room, where I again found pubic hair on toilet when I lifted the toilet seat. yuck!

• Wei (8/5): Very good - The size of the apartment is huge. Nice bathtub. 2 air conditioners. Helpful and friendly staff. Located at quiet neighborhood and away from all the noise. Need higher quality shower gels and shampoo.
• Brindly (10/5): Exceptional - Luxury apartment. Very clean. Staff helpful and friendly. They even organised a car with driver for us. Spacious car with all the luxuries for a reasonable price. No toaster in the kitchen.
