• Dr. Tanja (7/5): Super Lage, außer das Appartement Richtung Straße betreffend. - Die Unterkunft an sich war super - sauber, komfortabel und eine äußerst nette Gastgeberin. Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof ist praktisch. Der Lärm in der Nacht. Wir hatten das Appartement Blick Richtung Hauptstraße/Bahnhof. Hier mit offenen Fenstern zu schlafen geht gar nicht. Am Nachtkästchen liegen aus gutem Grund Oropax bereit. Selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern war es für mich zu laut. Und ich bin eigentlich nicht sehr sensibel was Lautstärke angeht. Unterhalb des Zimmers ist nämlich ein 24h McDonalds und bei gutem Wetter entsprechender Lärm. Von den restlichen Appartements kann ich nicht berichten; dort wird es aber sicher ruhiger sein denk ich.

L’unica cosa negativa potrebbe essere il caldo che c’era in camera molto probabilmente dato dal fatto che avesse la finestra posta completamente al sole quindi difficile da far arieggiare senza far entrare il caldo.

• Orr (10/5): Magical Oasis in Florence - This B&B was in the perfect location for us. We had a beautiful room with a lovely balcony. The room was spotless and very comfortable. There was a nice variety of foods for breakfast and the host was very warm and friendly. We were also given excellent instructions on how to access the apartment which was crucial as we arrived late.

This place is truly amazing — a perfect combination of service, comfort, and attention to detail. Location: Perfect. Very close to the train station and within walking distance to everything. The area feels extremely safe, which is very important when traveling. Room: Super clean and spacious. Every detail makes a difference — you can tell they really care. The bed is incredibly comfortable, perfect to relax after a long day. The balcony and view are beautiful, and the AC works perfectly (which is very important in Italy). Breakfast: Not a buffet, but honestly better. You can customize everything, and it’s always fresh and made with care. You can feel the love in every detail. Proprietaria molto simpatica e con la quale è stato un piacere fare qualche chiaccherata. She was very kind and thoughtful, greeted us personally, and took care of every little detail to make sure we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. Giusi let us choose our breakfast options, which was a lovely personal touch, and she also gave us excellent recommendations for places to visit around Florence – spots that truly felt hidden and authentic. On top of that, the accommodation itself is completely new, very comfortable, and modern, with a clean and stylish design. We couldn’t find a single thing to criticize. Everything was perfect, from the location to the room details to the overall atmosphere. The facilities were great, comfortable bed, very clean room, plenty of towels & large shower. The host was super friendly, she gave us a map & showed us the best ways to walk to each location. She gave restaurant recommendations & when we said we were going to Rome the next day, she even gave us a restaurant recommendation for there so thank you. 😊 The trams outside can be noisy, earplugs are provided. My husband slept through anyway! We would recommend as overall it’s a great place to stay.

Apprezzato il bollitore e la macchina per il caffè. Personale molto gentile le camere che affacciano su piazza della stazione sono molto rumorose e i tappi, sebbene in dotazione, non sono sufficienti ad abbattere mil rumore. difficile riposare bene. C'è stato un misunderstanding sulla colazione, eravamo convinti che fosse inclusa (sul sito di booking non era specificato che non fosse compresa, anzi sembrava inclusa) invece era esclusa al costo di 30 euro per due persone... . forse un po' cara per chi vuole un cappuccino e una brioche.

• Barbara (10/5): Delightful place - This is an unusual and very comfortable B&B. It is in a building that is more like an office building but behind the outer doors is a delightful set of rooms. They are luxurious bedrooms with A/C, comfortable large beds and swish bathrooms with lovely amenities. It is opposite the station and convenient for everything. Highly recommended. The accommodation is wonderful. It can be noisy because of the station, but ear plugs are provided - incredibly thoughtful.

The room was beautifully decorated and the attention to every detail was very obvious. The bed was comfortable and the view was lovely once you looked past the train station. The train station and above ground trains were a bit noisy but nothing that was annoying. It became quiet at night. There wasn't anything that we were unhappy with for our entire stay.

Property is neat, clean, spotless and amenities in the room from safe, hair dryer, Mozzie repellent, coffee machine, kettle, coffee, tea, fridge, biscotti, complimentary water, free shampoo, soap, shower gel, body lotion with daily housekeeping is a very nice/thoughtful touch & very welcomed. Feels like being in a hotel. 8. Room is not too big but there’s plenty of storage. 9. Smart TV allows Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. 10. Room is modern, tasteful, well equipped like a good hotel room. 11.Giusi is a very good host - responsive to Wharsapp queries and messages, warm, friendly, very helpful and very accommodating. We were able to leave our luggage with her as there were a few hours of gap between our check out time and next destination. She was also very helpful with tips for moving around Florence. 12.Giuseppe was also very warm and helpful. 13.We had a good stay of a few nights with G & G👍

Very warm, caring, attentive, and intentional in delivering the best service. Her communication is excellent too. She gave helpful recommendations for sight-seeing and even helped us check if our train was on time. Very sincere host. Nothing really, just the fact that there was an ongoing construction on the ground floor but that's not the management's fault.

The room is clean, the facilities feel new and the bed is comfortable. Do take note the rooms are close to the train station and you can hear the noise from outside, this is however mitigated by complementary ear plugs that wait for you by the night stand.

This accommodation is a complete apartment in a residential building, not a hotel or hostel. The guest rooms (4) are beautifully and comfortably prepared and provide all the requirements for a hotel stay, in addition to an exceptional breakfast prepared by Mrs. Josie after taking the guests’ wishes the night before according to a pre-prepared form. She also provides a varied breakfast and hot drinks service. In addition to that, there is a daily room cleaning service. There is a place to park the car in the same building, but it is preferable for the car to be a van or a high-roofed one. The building enjoys a high degree of security, as the garage entrance opens at 7 am and closes at 7 pm. Guests can enter on foot from the street using the room key or enter by car using a special remote control provided to them during the stay. Entry to the building is done by a magnetic card and entry to the apartment is done using a specific code provided to guests during the stay. Mrs. Josie is also able to provide information. The guest is in important places in the city and in the Tuscany region in general and is cooperative with all love and sincerity. I wish her success, as it was an extremely enjoyable stay. NOTHING

• Vicky (10/5): Lovely property in a great location. Great hosts who were very welcoming and attentive. I highly recommend to stay here- - This property has nice furnishings and decor, spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast is awesome with a good variety of food.
• Lee (6/5): I wouldn't return but it was ok - Clean room Good WiFi Close proximity to the station The noise outside is SO LOUD. They give you complementary ear plugs and it is still too noisy to sleep. Breakfast was not included and this was not clear. The room is small.

Very convenient location opp the train station . 3. Nicely renovated and furnished . 4. Hosts were kind enough to let us check in early and leave slightly later 1. Only 1 access card and key given.. inconvenient if both want to go in and out at different times. 2. Can be slightly noisy with the trains but host thoughtfully provided ear plugs .
• Carina (10/5): Would highly recommend staying here! - Loved, loved, loved staying here! We informed that our arrival time would be earlier than the check in time a few days in advance, and when we arrived the room was already ready for us. The owner was so sweet and gave us a free upgrade when we arrived. She was so accommodating and helpful with recommendations as to what we could do and good restaurants to eat at. We had to get up really early one morning, before breakfast hours, and she gave us some juice and crackers the day before so that we could have some food to start the day off with. The other morning we had breakfast and everything was so fresh and good! The hotel is right next to the train station so some noise can be heard but it really did not bother us at all. And there were shutters on the window so as long as they were closed we didn’t really hear any noise! ☺️ Would 100% stay here again and would absolutely recommend it to anyone else traveling to Florence! • Jessica (10/5): Absolutely marvellous and enjoyable. - The owners Guisi and Giuseppe were very efficient in providing answers to your questions, extremely helpful and kind. The location was just across the train station so it was convenient. The room and property are well maintained and clean. Coffee and tea in the room were provided generously. Bathroom is huge with good amenities for shower! We will stay at this property when we return to Florence! Nothing!
