- daniel (4/5): Sector muy peligroso y Cobros injustificado - La atención del persona es amable, el servicio de desayuno es aceptable falta que lo varíen un poco mas, La ubicación es muy peligrosa hay muchos indigentes, drogadictos, gentes viendo en carpas frente al hotel, aunque la estación del metro es cercana se siente peligroso, ademas hay mucho vendedor ambulante en la estación y olores desagradable. Es la tercera vez que con esta cadena de hoteles Best Western nos realizan cargos adicionales o dobles a la tarjeta de credito y no responden, generando bastantes inconvenientes con el banco, finalmente Booking nos ha solucionado dado que el hotel no responde

- Jana (1/5): Einmal und nie wieder! - Bei der Ankunft wollten wir unser Auto in der Tiefgarage des Hotels parken. Hier begann das erste Problem. Klein, eng und die Parkaufsicht nicht gerade motiviert. Anschließend zum Empfang. Dieser befindet sich ebenfalls in der Tiefgarge. (Mitarbeiter sitzen hier ohne Tageslicht) Unser Familienzimmer war auf unserer Reise das schlechteste. Den Schimmel konnte man trotz überstreichen der Wände nicht kaschieren. Auch das Frühstück war nicht empfehlenswert. Zuerst mal musste man an einer Dame vorbei die den Frühstücksraum überwacht. Diese Damen ist unfreundlich und schaut die ganze Zeit was und wieviel jeder isst. Räumt man dann sein Plastikgeschirr nicht in den Mülleimer, wird man von ihr lautstark dazu aufgefordert. Der Frühstücksraum selber war schmutzig und lud nicht zum Essen ein. Dieses Hotel würde ich nie wieder buchen.

Cleaning staff very noisy in the halls during the whole day. Light leaking through the door (it should block the light to facilitate rest).

I have been all over the world, and I have never heard that a temporary car parking pass has to be returned after an inning, nor was I ever told to return one. They charge money if you don't return the car parking pass. Also, car parking was not free.
- heart (9/5): LA 1일 여행 - 다소 일찍 도착했는데도 체크인 해 주셨어요. 새로 리모델링을 했는지 실내는 깨끗했습니다. 주변에 다른 호텔에 비해 가성비 좋은 호텔 이였습니다. 만족합니다. 시트가 깨끗하긴 하지만, 조금 오래된 느끔은 있어요. 그래도 깨끗했습니다.
- DO (8/5): 한국인으로서는 최적 가성비 - 코리아타운의 중심부에 있어서 한국인에게는 매우 편리한 위치. H-Mart도 걸어서 다녀올 수 있어서 김밥 재료 손쉽게 구입. 청소도 잘 되어있네요. 다만 실내 냄새가 조금 있었으나 원두커피 만들어먹고 나서 그 찌꺼기를 바닥에 둠으로써 상쾌한 기분 유지했음. 주차장은 요금을 내긴 했지만 담당 경비가 있어서 마음이 든든했어요. 실내화를 비치해주면 실내 활동이 편할 것 같음. 직원들의 의욕이 다소 낮아보임. 아침식사도 가격 대비 적절해 보이지만 청결도에 좀더 자주 신경을 써주면 좋겠음.

For a fee there was hotel parking which was well worth the extra charge. The hair/body products in the bathroom were empty. The maid refilled them when asked. The concrete floor under the carpet outside the bathroom door had several pieces missing causing unevenness in the floor that made the footing unstable.

No enough parking space tho there’s valet parker anytime. The breakfast time is only up to 9am. Too early for the kids. Better if it’s until at least 10am.

Só não damos 10 pq oferecem café e não comporta. Mudamos o horário e mesmo assim, muitos dias pegavamos o café bebido e voltava para apto. O que servem é bem bom, mas muita gente e pouco espaço para servir e sentar. Se não oferecessem não haveria reclamação, que é geral. No mais recomendo.

- Óscar (8/5): Volvería a reservarlo - El desayuno fue correcto, sin grandes alardes pero suficiente. La sala, quizás, algo pequeña. El personal superamable. La habitación era amplia, las camas grandes aunque algo blandas (pero parece que ese es el estándar americano). Tenía una cafetera con algunas cápsulas de café, una nevera grandecita, El aparcamiento quizás con plazas limitadas pero, por lo demás, bien. Creía que era gratuito pero costaba 15 $ al día. Luego revisé la reserva y venía claramente especificado. Para lo que se lleva por la zona me parece más que correcto. Su ubicación era excelente. El barrio, para lo que es LA, podríamos decir que tranquilo. El metro (la línea roja que te lleva al Hollywood boulevard y al downtown) a unos minutos andando.

- jihun (6/5): - 코리아 타운 내에 있어 관광지와 가깝고 한국 식당이 가까와 좋았음. 내외부 방음이 잘 안 되어 수면이 방해되었음.
