Тихий район, до центра пешком минут 15. Обязательно остановлюсь здесь во второй раз! При уборке номера персонал забыл закрыть дверь, в итоге -- пол дня номер с вещами был приоткрыт. Ничего не пропало, впечатление не испортило, но запомнилось

Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen. Großes Zimmer und bequeme Betten. Das Badezimmer war zweckmäßig, die Duschwand aber etwas kurz, so dass das Badezimmer immer etwas unter Wasser stand. Parkplatzkosten sind mit 65€/ Tag zu hoch, es gibt aber günstigere Alternativen in Parkhäuserm in der Nähe (Messezentrum).

What an amazing restaurant, you don't jusst go there for the food, but for the entire experience. All dishes had a lot of details in the display, and the overall atmosphere was enjoyable. This restaurant is something that I will definitely recommend to my friends and family. Overall, the value for money is amazing at the Apollo Hotel in Amsterdam, a true experience!

My elderly aunt got hurt the first day, and the staff could not have been more helpful. ( she did not get hurt as a result of anything at the hotel, but misstepped into a van). The hotel rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The restaurant has great food. If we come back to Amsterdam, we will definitely stay there again.

Either too hot or too cold. Worst of all was the lighting in the room - at night I had to use my cell phone flashlight to see what i was doing on the computer. Stay away from this hotel.

- B9419VEkellyr (10/5): A Fabulous Hotel. - I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. We stayed in two places in Amsterdam, and this was by far the best. It's a bit removed from the crowds of the central canals, and not far from Vondel park, on a beautiful tree-lined boulevard with the canal just beyond. It's only a 15 minuted walk to the museums and the Concertgebouw, but if you don't love to walk, the tram stops right nearby. It's quiet, but just two blocks away, on Bheetovenstraat, there are great restaurants We ate twice at Margaux, and loved it. There's also a fun patisserie called Et Claire on the same street. What was great about Apollo First? Everything. It's an historic boutique hotel, with an elegant bar, and a beautiful breakfast room overlooking the garden. The breakfast was wonderful, with a wide variety of meat, cheese, eggs, breads, sweets and fruit. But what puts this hotel over the top is the staff. They were so kind and helpful, from giving us plates and napkins when we wanted to have sandwiches in our room, one night, to offering sightseeing suggestions, to asking, at breakfast, if there is anything else we would like. They were uniformly warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. My husband and I agreed, If we come back to Amsterdam, there is no question --this is where we'll stay.

They first told me to write an email, I didn't get a reply. Only after calling again, they replied to my email that they didn't find the clothes, which is impossible because I'm very sure my clothes were in the closet. Afterwards, they kept on ignoring my requests. This is not a service. Throwing away clothes that were left in the closet.

Bij de check-in werden we geholpen door iemand die heel de tijd haar neus stond op te halen… allesbehalve smakelijk of uitnodigend. Ze maakte dan ook nog een grote financiële fout. Dit werd nadien wel allemaal rechtgezet door een andere medewerker. Deze was vriendelijk en deed haar werk perfect.

Paid in full in advance but have been charged an additional amount by hotel post-departure which I'm waiting for an explanation of why.

- Kandelaki (8/5): Excellent Hotel but have to have more money than needed - The hotel provides, voluptuous breakfast, but still could be there more variety of fruits: AS for location we have taken taxi for vesting the Van Gogh Museum When you check in to this hotel, you must pay an insurance deposit of 150 euros and then you wait to be returned. Not on the second day! City tax was 60 Euro for one day/night, supposed too much

- Dany (10/5): A great stay for those passing by Amsterdam - Superbly located just outside the busy touristic center (but at very short - walking - distance from it) in a residential area with numerous bars and restaurants. About 20min by metro, and then only 10min walk from de Pijp metro station and located by a canal (actually near a canoeing club). The hotel feels very cozy and warm. The staff was superbly friendly and helpful. The room was big enough, well equipped, quiet and comfortable. Decoration in the hotel is around the Amsterdam Olympic Games of 1928 which took place in the same area (I was told the Olympic Stadium is still visible). A good solution if staying in AMsterdam for pleasure or work. There is a kind of Japanese (or Asian) mini garden that would definitely some more attention from the hotel. It would add to the peacful and comfy feeling.

The room was comfortable and beautifully, and made us feel immediately at home. The restaurant was absolutely delicious, with high-quality dishes and a great atmosphere. What truly made the experience exceptional was the fantastic service, the team was warm, attentive, and genuinely focused on making our stay perfect. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
