• Richard (9/5): The team and location are what made our stay so enjoyable - The location is excellent only a 2-minute walk to the Rijksmuseum and other museums. The team were really great and super helpful for any questions. The pillows are small square ones that are too soft so no good for side sleepers, left me with a sore neck. Hopefully they can be replaced before we stay next.

• Raffaele (3/5): will not return again - location The room was on the semi-basement floor, facing a busy street, and the windows were not soundproof, so the traffic noise disturbed us all night long. The bathtub was quite dirty, and at breakfast I had to eat at a table with the previous guests’ dishes still on it because nobody had cleared it. the cost forna room for one person, for one night, was 600€

• Kelly (8/5): Would recommend again. Great location and staff. - Staff was great. They offered to move us into a different room after my husband mentioned that there was a lot of street noise. The operations manager even escorted us to a new room to make sure that it was sufficient. Bathrooms were small.

We traveled with a baby and a pram, although it has a lift for this it was a bit cumbersome so it was easier to lift the pram up and down the stairs every time. Other than that as I say, excellent

We were charged for the city tax when we arrived, this was refunded but only when we were checking out, the person didn't know it had been paid already when booking through booking.com ( neither did I, but it could have been refunded straight away). While purchasing a couple of KitKat biscuits we asked for some milk, we were given some extra sachets of cremo (powdered stuff for coffee) but we were charged one euro for them, these should have been free, it wasn't the cost just the principle that we should not have been charged!!. The shower door opened out, so I was unable to put the mat in front of it & the water leaked out to the floor.

Super recomendo o hotel! - Estávamos em viagem de comemoração de casamento, comuniquei isso na reserva, e ao chegar lá no apartamento tinha um proseco italiano, duas taças e um bilhete escrito a mão nos felicitando. Realmente muito carinhosos. O café da manhã é ótimo! E preciso fazer um agradecimento especial a uma das funcionárias, a Emma! Educada, solícita, extremamente profissional e simpática! Saímos encantados com o atendimento dela!

Single room was designed for acrobats, nice large bed squeezed into minimal space, hard to get by; bathroom nice, modern, and again very small, shower door opens to the inside and people of girth will find it hard to get in... No closts, hangers on wall, shelf. Where to leave suitcase: maybe on the bed?

A cama era bastante confortável e a limpeza do quarto adequada. O tamanho do quarto foi adequado para uma pessoa. As cortinas opacas são ótimas, no caso de uma pessoa querer dormir até mais tarde de manhã. O buffet do pequeno almoço poderia ser mais variado, mas Ok. O chão do WC ficava alagado com água, devido à cabine do duche não ser estanque. As janelas do quarto eram demasiado altas e pequenas para que conseguisse ver a rua (4º piso), requisito que pedi especificamente (boa vista para a rua).

• Claudia (9/5): A comfortable stay - It was a comfortable cozy welcoming stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Rijksmuseum that I could view from my room was practically next-door. Very nice breakfast too! The restaurant on the property for lunch and dinner was nothing special with limited menu. I understand it was a concession and not part of the hotel.

We have nice stay here. breakfast could be little bit better it was okey. Housekeeping- unusual, you need to tell them day before when you want to clean your room. ( and it wasn’t properly cleaned)

Zimmer sehr eng, gerade das Badezimmer (trotz DeLuxe DZ). Frühstücks-Buffet eher schwach im Vergleich zu anderen Häusern.

• Serkan MUSLUOĞLU (4/5): Odalar çok küçük, ses yalıtımı zayıf, kahvaltı yetersiz ve genel konfor beklentinin altında kalıyor - Sevdiğimiz resepsiyon önünde ki ikram edilen meyveler ve hotelin konumu oldu. Odaların oldukça küçük olduğunu belirtmek isterim; görsellerin biraz yanıltıcı olduğunu düşünüyorum. Bu fiyat seviyesindeki bir tesis için kahvaltı maalesef yetersiz kalıyor. Banyo da oldukça dar ve duş alırken suyun her yere yayılması konforu olumsuz etkiliyor. Ayrıca odada terlik bulunmaması da eksiklik olarak dikkat çekiyor. Bunun yanı sıra, oda duvarlarının çok ince olması sebebiyle yan odadaki sesler net bir şekilde duyuluyor; özellikle duş kullanımı sırasında bu durum rahatsız edici hale geliyor. Yan odaların kapıları kapandığında oluşan gürültü de odada hissediliyor ve bu durum dinlenme konforunu olumsuz etkiliyor.

I asked to change initially and they said no availability but after i checked at Booking com there are rooms even cheaper available, they gave another room. • Charlotte (5/5): Endast medelbra upplevelse - Jag gillade läget och det mysiga rummet. Jag fick ett rum först som luktade rök och fick byta till ett annat som var bättre. En morgon kom jag till frukosten kl 10 och då fanns det inte mycket kvar. Inga tallrikar, skålar, skedar, glas eller servetter. Inga grönsaker och det mesta andra ätbart höll på att ta slut. Medan jag satt där fylldes ingenting på. Frukosten stängde inte förrän kl 11. För att vara ett så dyrt hotell får man ganska lite extra.

• Ilariabione (9/5): Soggiorno piacevole in posizione perfetta - Ho apprezzato particolarmente la posizione centrale, davvero comoda per muoversi e visitare la zona. Lo staff si è dimostrato sempre gentile e disponibile, e ho trovato molto efficiente anche la gestione del check-in e del check-out, entrambi rapidi e senza complicazioni. Un aspetto che migliorerei riguarda il servizio della colazione: il sabato mattina l’ambiente era piuttosto confusionario e mancavano piatti e bicchieri. Comprendo comunque che l’affluenza fosse elevata, quindi si tratta probabilmente di una situazione occasionale. Nel complesso, una buona esperienza che consiglierei!

Appena arrivati ci hanno chiesto di pagare il soggiorno, anche se l’avevamo già fatto attraverso Booking. Hanno dovuto controllare più volte, facendoci aspettare nell’ingresso coi bagagli. Bagno microscopico senza appendini per gli asciugamani, doccia che perde da sotto la porta e infradicia il tappetino (infatti ne danno 2)
