• MaudGy (7/5): Très bonne localisation - Super bien localisé, dans le quartier central de Namba, qui permet de faire à pied les quartiers iconiques d'Osaka. Les lits étaient très confortables et grands. Il n'y a pas de réception mais les indications faciles pour les check-in permettent une arrivée rapide et à toute heure. La grande baie vitrée donnant sur une grande avenue et translucide laisse bien trop voir l'appartement de l'extérieur, et oblige à fermer les rideaux pour la tranquillité. Nous avons choisi la chambre double deluxe, au premier étage. Très bruyant le soir. Avec des bouchons d'oreilles pour dormir ça passe. La salle de bain est constituée uniquement d'une cabine de douche (bons produits), pas de lavabo. Un évier est cependant présent sans le couloir et un lave main dans les toilettes (très fonctionnels) séparés. La lumière du couloir automatique, pas très pratique lors des passages nocturnes (éclaire fortement)

• JL (4/5): - Near to train station and attractions, has a washing machine, kettle is big enough for our water consumption. Overall space in the room is too small . Bed is too low. The noise from the road/traffic is quite bad. Soundproofing of the rooms next door is very bad.

• KO (10/5): 위치깡패 - 최강 숙소 위치. 모든 단점을 커버칠수있는 위치 단란하니 저렴한금액으로 머물기좋앗고 비오는걸 대비해서 잃어버려도 무방한 우산이 로비에 비치되어있음. 콘센트 여분을위해 멀티콘센트또한 구비되어있고 청소상태도 좋았음^_^ 메인거리와 상당히가까워 편함 교토,나라 이동시에 전철이 바로앞에 여러노선이 있어서 완전편함 야간에 폭주족?처럼 오토바이 웽웽소리,엠뷸소리 등 소음이 조금있으나 교토,나라 등 외부일정 후 맥주한잔하고 피곤에 쩔어 자면 문제없이잘수있음 일본의 편의점&식료품점에서 음식을사와서 많이먹곤하는데 전자레인지가 1층로비에 있어서 조금불편하지만 말했듯이 모든단점은 위치하나로 커버됨.

• Morgane (10/5): Hébergement idéal à Osaka ! Merci encore - Cet établissement était parfait ! L’emplacement est idéal, la chambre était très confortable et parfaitement propre. Il y a tous les équipements nécessaires (gros + pour la machine à laver avec les dosettes à disposition). Les photos correspondent en tout point à la description. Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable dans cette zone. On a pu tout faire à pied. Je recommande fortement cette adresse.

A lot of food choices There is an off smell in the toilet and kitchen sink. There is no sink in the toilet. Yoi have to use the kithcen sink. You can here the noise from outside and the next unit. Yoi can even here when someone is walking, we dont mind though as we are tired at the end of the day. However, we are located on the 2nd floor which we cannot really open the curtain as the whole street can see you from the outside.

The air-conditioning is perfect and cooking equipment is adequate. Balcony view is awesome and you can see far through the streets. Nothing to dislike about the property.

Posizione ottima, presenza della lavatrice in camera, letto comodo, cucinino e frigo Per un paio di giorni va benissimo Camera più piccola di come sembrerebbe dalla descrizione, non avevamo neanche lo spazio per aprire entrambi gli zaini quindi li abbiamo aperti sopra il terzo materasso. Il tavolino è molto piccolo. La camera non è luminosa e la finestra dà su un altro palazzo che è praticamente appiccicato! Poco isolata (si sentono i rumori dalla strada sia di giorno che di notte)

Not soundproof, you can hear the traffic and the neighbours. Don't shower while doing the laundry, hot/cold shower.

Not suitable for more than 1 person. - Really bad mattress and pillows - Air conditioner directly above the bed, blasting down on your face - bed is under the window, so outside street lights shine in your face all night - noisy location, a lot of loud motorobikes on the main road at night - No tea-coffee making facilities, no tea cups or mugs. There is a stove and kettle, but nothing to actually drink from (except a small water glass) - Loud clock on the wall - Shower is absolutely tiny. Not worth the price you pay.

• 張宸維 (9/5): 可以喔！下次再來住 - 隔壁五分鐘就可以走到難波搭車回機場，超級方便的住宿位置；全部都是自助式，所以基本上到了直接輸入密碼走到自己的房間就好，很輕鬆；房內有免費的洗衣機可以使用還附了洗衣球超讚，也有小廚房你要的話也可以自己在房內煮東西吃。 浴室空間有點狹小

• Toledo Ramírez (6/5): Good location and size, the elevator doesn’t works and there isn’t any additional help for part of the staff - Location and size The elevator do not works properly, it closed a second after the doors opened, it grabs me to me and my girlfriend. Its occurs all the time. Additionally there is nothing to ask or request any information. This doesn’t help to situation like the others guests for example 2 nights the other heat make a lot of noise.

• Jane (10/5): - 住在這裡10天，房間寬敞（3人房可以攤開四咖行李箱，環境整潔，因為是民宿，一切訊息聯絡，不會被打擾，反而有種自在感，同時還能透過訊息聯絡詢問一些問題，都能得到即時與有用的建議，唯一的小缺點應該就是洗了衣服不好晒乾吧。

• Aiste (9/5): Excellent, just a bit noisy - It was cozy, clean, had everything we needed, even the washing machine (very useful in summer in Japan, cuz you change tshirts every few hours), conbini just accross the street, main points of Osaka easily reachable by metro or even by foot. Mattress is amazing. The only thing that might be a bit disturbing to some people is the noise. You can hear outside noises (cars, sirens) and also the people from neighbouring room (walls are really thin). Personally for me it wasn't a big deal but my husband is a bit more sensitive. However, he used earplugs and slept really well.

• Jose (9/5): Superb - Hassle-free check-in. Room size is plenty for the price. Bed slides a little bit because it doesn't fit properly in the space provided. Leaving the luggage at the hotel after checkout is not reassuring since no one is around to guard them.

Conveniently located near the train station, popular shopping area and good restraunts without the business of crowds. Our room was small was perfect for our needs. Close to a coin laundry shop for when we needed to wash clothes. We stayed for a whole week and the toilet made some weird noises early in the morning a few times.

• Emma (1/5): Bad - Nothing If you enjoy a good nights sleep, don’t stay here. Constant loud noises from the street, no soundproofing, walls are paper thin, every time someone uses a toilet or shower the water pipes bang, rattle and squeak through the building. Shower pressure falls in and out and fluctuates between hot and cold temp. The window opened up to a concrete wall making it feel claustrophobic. Room is cramped. Elevator door has no sensor and closes so fast so would close on you and squash you and your luggage 🤦🏻‍♀️ Cancelled the remainder of our booking and went elsewhere.

• Dhwani (7/5): Nice budget stay near Namba Station - Clean room, close proximity to Namba station (a major transport hub), helpful and friendly communication with the host. The walls are super thin so you can hear everything from neighbouring rooms. The hotel is also on the main street and without proper insulation, it was almost impossible to have a good night's sleep.

• Saskia (7/5): Good - It is easy, simple and just what we were looking for. The room is very spacious. There is a very large digital billboard, right in front of the room we had. It is very bright and stays on the entire night. We recommend the owner to provide light blocking curtains. Also the road is quite loud.

• Shehriyarkhan (6/5): Pleasant - Nice location and good walking distance to dotonburi and shopping areas. Also good access to airport train. Bed was wide enough for 2 people and we had 3 beds for 4 people, so enough room. From outside it looked modern but everything was quite old inside. There was no proper sink in the toilet. Had to use the kitchen washing basin for everything. Quite noisy at night but once you fall asleep, not that big of a deal.

There was a smell from the candle or something. Other people also described that in the comments but IT didn't bother us that much.

• Gene (10/5): - We stayed here mainly for the sumo tournament which is only a couple of minutes away on foot. Dotonbori is within walking distance. Easy access to public transport. Convenience store very close. We would definitely stay here again. The room was big enough for three. Great shower. Easy keyless check in. Comfy beds. Very little noise within the facility but the street sounds could get loud at times. Nice, clear instruction book for everything in Japanese, English, and Korean. Incredibly quick and helpful communications at any time of day.

Train stations were relatively near as well and the rooms were pretty spacious with enough room for 4 pax with 4 big suitcases The air conditioner was extremely dusty. We started sneezing when we turned it on with bits of dust falling down on the bed which was directly below. When we opened the filter to check, it was choked full of dust

• Phong (8/5): Good and enjoyable stay at Namba - There was no breakfast option to choose as it is an apartment. The location is great. It is close to stations and shops, even a mini mart is right down stair. Owner gave me one hour late check out without any charges The noise that sometimes came out from nowhere like a train hit the rail. Not too loud but quite annoying. I can't find the source of the noise.

Halal ramen was around the corner/ nearby. Family Mart just next building. complete facilities (including washing machine) except no Microwave in the room. need to go lobby to use microwave. but still ok as stove and cooking utilities was provided in the room. By far, one of the best accommodation in term of location during my stay in Osaka A bit cramped/ small size room.
