- Timmermans (4/5): Décevant. - Problème de climatisation défectueuse, ou en tout cas insuffisante, dans les chambres orientées vers le soleil (confirmé par un voisin ayant eu le même problème). Plusieurs tentatives de rectification d'un technicien, mais rien n'y fait; la climatisation souffle de l'air presque chaud : 28 degrés dans la pièce, impossible de tomber plus bas. Chaleur presque étouffante. C'est comme si l'hôtel, pour faire des économies (?), refusait de véritablement descendre la température "centrale", qui permettrait à la climatisation de souffler froid. Solution proposée : "un ventilateur"... Ce n'est pas très professionnel. Autre solution : changer de chambre : chambre proposée : une chambre au 1er étage avec une vue immonde sur les tuyauteries et le bruit qui va avec. A nouveau, ce n'est pas très professionnel... Une telle chaleur dans la chambre est suffisante pour justifier la déception.
- Katrin (10/5): Gerne wieder Berlin Berlin - sympathisch - Wir erhielten ein Upgrade, was uns sehr freute, d.h. das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. In den Innenhof gelegen, daher ganz ruhig. Freundliche Stimmung im Haus. Leider konnten wir aus Zeitgründen die Sauna nicht nutzen, wäre jedoch schön gewesen. Gym gibt es 24/7. Es gibt auch Hotel eigene Fahrräder, in Berlin durchaus zu empfehlen. Wir hatten unsere eigenen Fahrräder dabei. Hotel bietet Parkplatz gegen Gebühr, E-Ladestellen verfügbar.

Standard In diesem großen Haus keine Rezeption, sondern das Checkin und out dem Gast zu überlassen ist schon ziemlich dreist! Personaleinsparung nennt man das und es bringt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in eine erhebliche Schieflage! Ein Call zum Servicecenter blieb unbeantwortet!!! Woher auch , wenn nur 2 Personen sich fort befinden .

Upon entering the hotel, you'll see the self-check-in machines. I had to search my emails for my reservation number, as the system required it. At the end of the process, the electronic key didn't work, and I had to be assisted by hotel staff

Персонал був дуже привітний, нам пояснили все до дрібниць. Також можна самому дуже просто зробити чекін і чекаут. Що дуже спрощує реєстрацію. Кімната була невеликою для 2 дорослих, 2 дітей і собачки, але дуже продуманою і комфортною. Все було чисто, постіль гарна, ліжка зручні. Дуже вразив сніданок, надзвичайно великий вибір, розумно розпланований простір, людей дуже багато, але при цьому без черг і очікувань, все дуже гарно продумано. Розташування досить непогане, але від центру трохи далі. Що з дітьми може бути не дуже зручно. За собаку доплата 25€. За паркінг на теж окрема доплата 20€ чи 25€. Але ресепшені нам продовжили паркінг аж до 16 години наступного дня, це було дуже зручно і корисно. Також є спортзал і сауна, відгуки теж гарні, але так і не вдалося відвідати їх, оскільки ми перебували в готелі недовго. Все було добре.

- Béatrice (9/5): Ein Hotel zum Weiterempfehlen! - Tolle Lage - direkter Anschluss von Buslinie 100 vor dem Haus. Frühstücksbuffett super!! Am Frühstücksbuffet gab es den besseren Kamillentee als im Restaurant ;-) Dusche in der Badewanne geht besser für jüngere Gäste
- Lucie (8/5): Großes Hotel in guter Lage :) - Schöne saubere Zimmer, Einrichtung schön, Zimmer sauber, Zimmerservice toll, gute Lage Bus direkt vor der Tür und U-Bahn auch in der Nähe :) Der Check In ist total blöd gemacht, hatte insgesamt 3 Zimmer gebucht für mich und meine Familie, das System hat dies nicht erkannt ich musste lange beim Kunden Center anstehen, da lief dann aber alles problemlos :) Preis ist ziemlich hoch, aber bezahlbar

Ventilator im Badezimmer ohne Zeitschaltung und zu laut für ordentlichen Schlafen. Mehrere Lifte (welche auch manchmal keycard nicht erkennen wollten) und lange Wege zum Zimmer

- Christian (9/5): Sehr gut ein schönes Hotel mit verschiedenen Angeboten - Grosses Zimmer, sauber und sehr gutes Frühstück Als ich am einem Nachmittag zurück ins Zimmer kam, war nach dem House-Keeping der Spültaster von der Toilette draussen. Wurde jedoch nach meinem Anruf behoben.
