Staff were so helpful and always willing to help with anything you needed! Some slightly outdated parts but for the price can’t go wrong!!!

- richez (7/5): Emplacement super et personnel gentil mais chambre pas en très bon état - La localisation est vraiment super, seulement à 3min de Times square, 10min de central Park beaucoup de chose peuvent se faire à pied Dans la chambre il y avait des traces au mur, nous n’avions qu’une prise fonctionnelle à côté du lit, les plinthes se détachaient … Tous les matins à 8h la femme de ménage frappait à notre porte à la même heure pendant une semaine

- Kenan Mert (3/5): Bad - Location is nice and the cleaning staff was friendly. Elevator always breaks down - there are sometimes queues up to 30mins waiting for the elevator. You need to check out at 11:00 am sharp - if you are late or ask for any flexibility from the receptionist, he said that we might get charged they have no control over it. They charge $500 as deposit and then tell you that the money will arrive in 1-2 weeks - that is too long. No fridge in the rooms. The guy at the reception was super unfriendly.

- Laura (6/5): Good Staff and SMALL but Decent Room, but Non-Smoking Policy Feels Contradictory - Location is great close to the subway and Times Square There were non-smoking signs posted throughout the entire property, and I was even warned about smoking fines $50 (even subject to one) despite the fact that I do not smoke or vape. However, the lobby, elevators, and stairwells consistently smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, especially at night. The odor was noticeable immediately upon arrival and was strong enough to be overwhelming for all (specially for non smokers like me). This was very inconsistent with the property’s strict non-smoking policy and the repeated warnings about fines ins signs around the property and check in instructions. As a guest, it was unpleasant to constantly encounter cigarette smoke smell throughout all the common areas of the hotel. The pungent smell "hits you in the face" as soon as you arrive to the hotel after a long day of exploring the city, my experience in NYC was very pleasent and even suprised abt city cleniless (despite steriotypes) but this issue with the cigarrete smoke smell at the hotel was sadly something to remember. Please note ooms are smaller that shown in picures, king size bed just room for one person walk around. Sufice just to rest after exploring New York. Could feel tighter if you are spending longer in the room.

House keeping didnt come 1 time on our 3 day trip. The bathroom was dirty when we got there and there were no outlets near the bed. Had to charge my phone on the ground near the tv. Also at check in he asked to see my credit card which is fine to match the name, then proceeds to tap in on tap pay and charges me the security deposit without telling me an amount or what he was doing.

- Colin (6/5): Great value. Great location. But you get what you pay for in NYC. Times Square is the place to avoid if you’re not there - Location was central to everything but that’s also a downside. Being Times Square it’s tourist central. For those of us who aren’t there as tourists it’s a bit of an inconvenience. Couple of things could use some improvement. The elevators are tiny and they take forever to get up and down and were getting stuck frequently. The only other thing that comes to mind, other than the renovations ongoing, was the size of the room. I understand it’s NY and space comes at a premium but the marketing pictures didn’t exactly match the product.

The bathroom was okay, but a lot of things were falling apart (the shower handle, the shower gel dispenser, and the towel hook). During our 5-day stay, we did not have warm water for 2 days in the morning.

I don’t even smoke and didn’t smoke inside or outside the room. No one gave me a call or let me know after charging my card. I’ve been trying to call them for an explanation and no one is picking the phone. Extremely disappointed! Room was extremely small, barely any space to open the luggage.
- Mizaanali (5/5): The Location is awesome but the hotel is in need of major upgrades - Location you can't beat it...right in the heart of Broadway and Times Square right behind so from that point awesome. Room we were in a family room so the size was big and comfortable for the 5 of us. Kids like the bunk beds and the bathroom size was huge. Hotel has too many flaws and so much potential to do so well and make so much more...only if they upgrade their facilities...like having so many rooms on 1 floor and having 15 floors and only 2 small lifts working partially imagine the chaos with bags and kids...also wifi is spotty didn't come in the room kept complaining...in all I wish they upgrade as soon as possible.

- Sylvia (1/5): No volvería - Lo céntrico Nunca especificaron el tamaño de las camas tuve que dormir incómoda en una cama twin con mi esposo. Cada vez que nos bañamos teníamos q utilizar las toallas para secar el piso ya que el agua salía hasta el cuarto, el baño es demasiado incómodo. Tuvimos que bañarnos con agua fría ya que el calentador estuvo dañado en dos ocasiones y para colmo tengo problemas en mi rodilla y uno de los elevadores también estuvo dañado. De tres elevadores solo funcionó uno y tuvimos que usar las escaleras cargando las maletas

A localização, bem na Times Square é realmente privilegiada pra quem prefere ter maior acesso andando a todos os pontos. O único ponto de atenção é que o aquecedor não estava ligado o tempo todo, e quando fomos estava bem frio. Ao ligar na recepção a noite, eles informaram que iam ligar o aquecedor central em breve, e apenas me ofereceram cobertores extras, mas o frio de NY é insano. Passamos um pouco de frio a noite, isso poderia melhorar.

El hotel no estaba en sus mejores condiciones, el elevador se daño y solo funcionaba uno. Estuvimos hasta 30 minutos esperando para tomar elevador, los cuartos no se veian como los de las fotos. El televisor no funcionaba hasta el ultimo dia. Entiendo que pueden mejorar en la calidad del hotel.

- Nora Altje (7/5): - Location is amazing, very close to Times Square. Good housekeeping. Airconditioning was not working properly. It was 80 degrees Fahrenheit (26degC) in the room for 4 days. We mentioned this at the reception and a maintenance person supposedly looked at it but it was not cooling the room.

- Alina (3/5): Great for the Budget Conscious - I walked into the room and it was just depressing but commensurate with the price. The common area lobby was great and the gentleman behind the front desk was the best part of the experience. Very friendly and professional. If you are a budget traveler (along or with family) and looking at a room as just a place to sleep and shower, then this is a good option. If you are a business traveler spending any amount of time in the room, this is not the place. I booked last minute. I spent about 3 minutes in the room and left to find a better option (at a higher price) The rooms are very dated

La wifi no funcionaba y durante 4 dias de los 7 que estuve NO HUBO AGUA CALIENTE. Algo básico para un hotel. Me quejé varias veces, pero siempre la coletilla "estamos trabajando en ello"

- Daniel (3/5): Dont stay - Location is really good They do not maintain the property properly, and there is no maintenance personnel in the building at night. We booked four rooms — three for Thursday and one for Friday. For the Friday room, we had to pay an additional $50 for early check-in, which we understood. However, when we entered the room, there was no hot water. They said they were working to resolve the issue. Later, we got stuck in the elevator for about 8 minutes. After going out to walk around the city, we returned to find that the AC was not working either. We went to the front desk, and the attendant told us they did not have any maintenance staff available at night. She called the on-call manager, and his response was basically that there was nothing he could do because the hotel was at full capacity. At that point, we had no choice but to check out and book rooms at the Hyatt instead. I also wrote an email to the manager. Although he apologized, they still did not refund us the full amount.

Staff not so friendly or welcoming apart from the bellboys. No facilities.

Os funcionários são educados e prestativos! A cama é gostosa, o tamanho do quarto é bom e tem até ferro de passar roupa. A internet é péssima e, apesar do chuveiro ser muito bom, dos 9 dias que fiquei, em 2 deles acordei sem água quente. A localização das tomadas podiam ser do lado da cama, as que tinham não conseguia acessar. Não tem espelho de corpo inteiro.
