• SING RU (9/5): 非常好，下次再來絕對會優先考慮再次入住！ - 1. 飯店人員非常親切，無論是櫃檯接待人員或是餐廳服務人員，都很友善而且熱情，讓人感到安心。另外因為天氣冷我們有多要一床被子，櫃檯人員沒有拒絕（有些飯店會拒絕再提供一床棉被，只出借毛毯），而且很快就送到房間，非常貼心。 2.早餐有熱食（炒蛋、熱狗、培根、蔬菜）、數種麵包與點心、咖啡、牛奶、果汁、新鮮水果、麥片、果醬、起司、生菜，堅果等，西式早餐基本種類都有，而且不會過鹹，每樣都好吃😋 以早午餐來說相當划算，白天吃飽飽一餐就可以撐到晚上，推薦不想花太多心思探索早餐店的旅人直接訂購！ 3.洗澡水很快就熱，根本100分！五月來佛羅倫斯日夜溫差大，晚上想洗個熱水澡不用等很久！ 4.房間本身夠大，可以攤開兩個29吋行李箱；雙人床很大很舒服；房間窗簾夠遮光，睡得很好。 5.本次入住被安排靠近內側的房型，不臨街道所以很安靜，隔音效果不錯，但樓層板隔音還好，晚上會聽到樓上走路的聲音，早上也會聽到房門外工作人員或旅客的聲音，但整體而言的活動聲響不影響住宿品質。 6.房務人員每天都幫忙把房間整理的乾乾淨淨，外出後回到房間就覺得很舒服。 7.飯店地理位置根本100分，鄰近火車站、巴士站、公車站，而且旁邊就有自助洗衣店與超市，生活機能很好，距離主要觀光景點也很近，省去通勤與治安問題的煩惱，價格反應在地點上很划算。 8.飯店有給水站服務，可以自己帶瓶子裝水，很貼心？昂。 9.整體佈置溫馨優雅，跟網站照片沒什麼差別，是一間入住讓人心情愉悅的飯店。 10.入住時有提供迎賓飲料，離開時有致贈小禮物，讓人感到賓至如歸！ 1.吹風機看起來不佳（不過我自己有帶，所以都用自己的） 2.電視雖然很大但不能連結網路串流平台。 3.臥房內沒有放衛生紙（只有在廁所內的捲筒衛生紙） 4.冰箱不冷，所以我們買的優格放到壞掉

The staff were incredible - from the front desk managers (thanks, Andreas!) to the bartender (Rodin makes the BEST cocktails!!), the rooms, the attention to detail... it was amazing from start to finish! • Krajnc (10/5): - This hotel is truly beautiful, and our stay exceeded all expectations. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming from the very first moment. They personally showed us around the hotel, escorted us to our room, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The rooms are lovely, well-designed, and very comfortable. What made the experience even more special was the handwritten welcome letter waiting for us upon arrival – such a thoughtful and personal touch. We also received a welcome drink at their bar, which was a perfect way to start our stay. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the city center and all major attractions, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. I honestly have no complaints. Everything was perfect, and I would absolutely choose this hotel again if I return to Florence.

• Patricia (10/5): A equipe e o serviço fazem o diferencial nesse hotel. - A localização é excelente, perto da estação e muito próximo à todos os pontos importantes. Os funcionários fazem a diferença nesse hotel o atendimento da recepção na nossa chegada foi muito caloroso e no café da manhã também o Roshan e o Cléber nos atenderam muitíssimo bem, a decoração do hotel é linda e o café muito gostoso. Tem uma torneira com água natural, gelada e com gás que você se serve e leva para o quarto. Achei uma delicadeza. As acomodações são bem antigas talvez por esse Motivo ouvimos muito barulho de conversas nos apartamentos ao redor.

They also had a choice of different types of milk which as I am dairy intolerant was very welcome. We could refill our water bottles for free in the lobby. I found the bed a little harder than I like but the room was nice and very clean. Having a kettle was a bonus. The complimentary bottles of water were appreciated.

El personal muy atento y amable, nos dieron indicaciones en varias ocasiones sobre dónde coger autobuses, donde comer, etc. La habitación era acogedora y tranquila. ¡Volveré a quedarme en este hotel cuando vuelva a Florencia sin dudarlo!

L'accueil était sympa, prise en charge des bagages à l'arrivée au matin et déposé dans la chambre au soir. le jour du départ dépôt à l'accueil le matin et repris le soir avec accès aux toilettes.

The hotel staff were awesome, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was great with many options to choose from. The door to the bathroom was see-through, so there was no privacy from the room to the restroom. You could see whoever was in there doing their business. We could hear people in the other room louder than we would have liked to.

Un établissement à recommander. - Tout : un emplacement idéal, à proximité du centre ville, de l’office du tourisme, du tramway, de la station de bus, des monuments historiques… Ensuite, un niveau optimal des prestations, de l’accueil personnalisé au confort de la chambre et de la literie, en passant par la qualité et la diversité des mets servis au petit déjeuner, de la propreté des lieux et surtout de l’extrême professionnalisme des personnels intervenant dans l’établissement. Tous se sont montrés charmants, agréables, serviables et polis, ce qui est assez rare de nos jours. Également, la possibilité de laisser nos bagages en garde dans un espace sécurisé, dans l’attente de notre départ pour l’aéroport. Sans oublier les boissons offertes au bar à l’arrivée, la bouteille d’eau minérale renouvelée chaque jour dans la chambre et le petit cadeau (un paquet de pâtes) la veille du départ. Toutes ces petites attentions ont été particulièrement appréciées. Absolument rien. Tout était parfait.

We were welcomed with a lovely note in the room and some dark chocolate, which was a really nice touch. They even offered complimentary drinks at the bar upon arrival — something I’ve never experienced before, and I’ve stayed in many hotels across Europe. The staff were polite and warm, always greeting us whenever we crossed paths. Even though the receptionists rotated, each of them addressed me by name, which made the experience feel very personal. In the morning I ordered coffee at the bar, and the bartender kindly offered croissants as well. Before our departure, while my family and I were waiting in the lobby, someone brought us bottled water to refresh ourselves — another thoughtful gesture. It turned out to be Nicolas, the shift manager. I took a moment to thank him personally, and he modestly said that their goal is to provide a bit more than standard service. They absolutely succeeded — and we were there for just one night.

• 석영 (10/5): 피렌체 중앙역과 가까워서 아주 좋아요. - 직원들의 친절한 서비스가 좋았고 피렌체역과 가까워서 위치 또한 좋았어요. 호텔 옆에 Carrefour 마트가 있어서 아주 편리합니다. 아침 조식도 매우 만족스러웠고 커피를 직접 만들어주시고 카푸치노에 예쁘게 그림도 그려주셔서 감사했어요. 아침 일찍 도착했는데 짐도 미리 맡아주셔서 아주 편리하게 여행을 할 수 있었습니다. 다음에 피렌체에 방문할 때에도 또 이 호텔에 방문할 거에요.

• Emma (10/5): - Staff were helpful and welcoming, and the hotel’s location is ideal as it is quite close to the train station ( Firenze SMN). The hotel also offered us a lot of complimentary items and made us feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel to make your stay hassle free.
