Judith (8/5): A very European-style hotel in Cancun - The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the complementary breakfast was amazing! Although the shuttle area at the airport was a complete zoo, our driver found us and was very helpful. The hotel was only about a mile from the airport, so a short ride. Although we had a room with 2 beds, the room had amenities for only 1 person. 1 coffee pod, 1 tea bag, 1 set of towels. Strange!

Jolien (9/5): Perfect voor je aankomst in Cancun! - Goed hotel om een nacht na je vlucht in Cancun te overnachten. Het was heel schoon en had een heerlijk bed. We verbleven in de junior suite en die was super ruim. Na aankomst even bij de bar wat gedronken en gegeten. Het eten was echt super lekker! Net als het uitgebreide en heerlijke ontbijt. Het zwembad hebben we vanwege onze aankomsttijd niet gebruikt, maar zag er goed uit. Wel even naar de fitnessruimte gegaan en die was ook prima! Mocht het nodig zijn, er zit een groot winkelcentrum om de hoek waar je nog vanalles kan halen. Het ligt niet echt op een mooie plek, maar dat is ook logisch als je vlak bij het vliegveld wil zitten.

Too much salt in food makes it impossible to eat. Bath robes in suite were tattered and not wearable, towels were worn. Confusion over costing of dog even though I called and confirmed and cost was given to me. Price at check-in was almost double but we compromised.

Flughafen Transport war im Preis enthal - Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Die hohen Decke machte das Zimmer größer und wohnlicher. Der Service bei der Anmeldung war sehr freundlich. Das es nur ein Kaffee Päckchen für zwei Personen gab. Das morgens kein Licht mehr ging. Das Bad kein fester hatte und ohne Licht morgens um 6:00 Abreise Tag schlecht zu nutzen möglich war.
Lucas (10/5): Für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp vor oder nach dem Flug ist das Hotel bestens geeignet. - Das Hotel überzeugt vor allem durch seine hervorragende Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Flughafen Cancún. Besonders bei einer späten Ankunft ist es ideal, um entspannt anzukommen und gut erholt in den nächsten Tag zu starten. Wir hatten eine Suite gebucht, die äußerst großzügig geschnitten war und ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bot. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Den Pool sowie andere Einrichtungen haben wir nicht genutzt, daher können wir diese nicht beurteilen. Die Lobby sowie das gesamte Hotel sind stark parfümiert, was wir teilweise als etwas störend empfunden haben. Für eine einzelne Übernachtung war dies für uns jedoch kein größeres Problem.
Casey (7/5): - The location was great because of the massive outlet mall right outside, there was so much to look and experience. The staff was overall nice and generally helpful. The hotel itself was a beautiful place. We booked with booking.com and it said there would be a bathtub, that is actually WHY we booked the room we did because we had our dog with us so we planned on staying in the room the whole time. But booking.com was wrong and none of their rooms had bathtubs. The shower had no door or curtain so the floor got wet every time you showered. I was surprised that the staff didnt help more as we had a lot of luggage and I asked for assistance with it. But they told me there was a trolley I could use myself instead.

Water pressure in the shower was bad being on the fifth floor. A lot of forms to fill out upon arrival, which is not ideal after a long flight. Overall, a good hotel though.
8b7c5035bd9b7180960ec4ff7fd96020 (6/5): Für eine Nacht völlig in Ordnung - Sehr sauber, gemütliche Betten und freundliche Leute Ich habe diese Unterkunft genommen weil ein kostenloser Airportshuttle mit dabei war. Nachdem alles gut kommuniziert wurde war leider niemand vor Ort um mich am Flughafen abzuholen. Musste dann 40 doller für 10min Fahrt bezahlen. Auf dem Rückweg hat es dann reibungslos funktioniert.

We stayed only 1 night after a long flight, so that's all we needed. Just keep in mind the free shuttle service stops around 21.30, so if you have evening flight and your baggage is delayed (which happened to us) the only option is to take a taxi for $100+ cost for 10 mins ride.

I got reprimanded by a hotel manager for smoking outside the hotel and was told to smoke by the road. And today I see all the TUI reps smoking and raping directly outside the main entrance... so much for a non smoking area

Es un poco complicado coordinar el transporte del aeropuerto al hotel, si no tienes accesso a internet. además de tiempos largos de espera, ya que solo se confirma una vez que uno esta esperando las maletas.

Lit 2 places petit. Chambre réservé pour 3 personnes mais seulement 2 serviettes dans la chambre. Pas d’eau à disposition des clients, quand on demande on nous répond poliment qu’on peut en acheter au bar, dommage. Paiement du petit déjeuner en espèce, n’embêtant quand on vient d’arriver et qu’on a pas d’espèce encore. Là encore on nous invite poliment à retirer au distributeur de l’hôtel mais le taux était très désavantageux.
Thomas (9/5): Guter Start in den Urlaub. - Nach dem langen Flug konnten wir in dem Hotel eine Nacht prima entspannen, bevor wir dann am nächsten Tag unsere Rundreise gestartet haben. Toll war der kostenlose Shuttle-Service vom Hotel zum Flughafen bzw. für uns zur Mietwagenstation. Abendessen und Frühstück waren prima, das Personal sehr freundlich und die Betten sehr gemütlich. Ein Tipp: Hin und wieder funktioniert die Kartenzahlung nicht reibungslos. Für den Fall ist es hilfreich, etwas Bargeld zur Verfügung zu haben. Wir haben das Abendessen in Euro zahlen können, was aber wirklich fair und ohne zusätzliche Gebühren umgerechnet wurde. Die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen und die Belüftung erfolgte ausschließlich über die Klimaanlage. Dementsprechend war war das Raumklima etwas feucht, aber nicht unangenehm.

Melanie (8/5): - Guten Hotel in Nähe des Flughafens mit gratis Transfer. Befindet sich direkt neben einer grossen Shopping mal. Mussten genau bis um 15.00 Uhr warten für das Check-in. Bekamen ein dreckiges und nicht fertig gemachtes Zimmer. Als wir es meldeten, erhielten wir ein Upgrade zu einem grösseren Zimmer.

Lonneke (8/5): Goede prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding als je geen ontbijt hoeft - Schone ruime kamer vlakbij airport. Voldoet goed voor dat doel. We moesten om 13 uur naar de luchthaven en konden met een shuttlebusje van het hotel. Het ontbijt is belachelijk duur waardoor de prijs kwaliteit verhouding in totaal uit verhouding is. Heb je geen ontbijt nodig dan is het good value. Wel een ontbijt nodig? Te duur.

Franziska (9/5): great option before heading to the airport - We stayed at the hotel for one night before our flight and really enjoyed our time there. The gym is well equipped, with a treadmill, an indoor bike, and other cardio machines. There are also machines and free weights for strength training. The pool area is nice for a quick dip. Parking is included. We especially enjoyed the delicious and varied breakfast before heading to the airport. Thank you, Rossel and Albert, for the great service. all good
