We especially want to recognize Silvia and Juan for their outstanding service and kindness. They helped make our experience even more special and memorable. • Mnb123456789 (6/5): Convenient to Hollywood Bowl, NO soundproofing - The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed here after an event at the Hollywood Bowl and the location was very convenient. 15 min walk, avoided all the traffic and congestion related to driving or ride shares. However, I do believe they neglected to put in ANY sound proofing insulation in the walls. We could hear everything in the hallway and the adjacent rooms like they were happening in our room. We could have carried on a conversation with our unrelated neighbors last night through the walls. Yesterday the room next door was being cleaned and it sounded like the vacuum was being run right next to our bed. I could even smell cleaning solution through our closed door. Which is good that we can tell they use cleaning solution, but WHY can I smell it in my room? Bottom line: location great for Hollywood Bowl access, but if you plan to spend any time in your room other than from 11 pm to 7 am or so, don’t expect any quiet. (And as I finish writing this the room above mine flushed the toilet and then I heard them place a plastic cup on the bathroom counter).

Rooms were a bit beat down. Holes in sheets, rust in shower, etc. Was highly annoyed by the $55 parking fee. Seemed excessive considering the location.

• Resort29878268228 (2/5): Not a good decision!! - By Far the worst Garden Inn hotel i have ever being. Valet parking $55 dlls by day, no sound isolation (all night hearing the cars passing near the hotel), $200 dlls of deposit & horrible smell in the room. I selected this hotel because is near to Universal Studios, but i decided to move mi reservation to a different Garden Inn in Lake forest Irvine

• alexandre (10/5): Vraiment très bien!!! - L’emplacement est juste parfait, il permet de faire beaucoup de choses à pied. Le quartier est assez sûr et on se sent vraiment très bien. L’hôtel est récent et les équipements sont parfaits, la piscine est très bien également. Choses rares aux États-Unis, les chambres sont bien insonorisé ainsi que les fenêtres sur l’extérieur donc sommeil réparateur. Le personnel a juste été exceptionnel, en particulier, Claudia et Bill. Les deux seuls petits points négatifs, sont le prix du parking qui est un petit peu élevé mais tout à fait normal pour Hollywood. Et également le fait qu’il n’y ait pas pas de petit déjeuner continental compris dans le prix de la chambre. Mais sinon l’hôtel est parfait.

I booked 2 queen bed room but at arrival I was told at counter they donot have so s - There was a TGI Fridays inside the Hilton Hotel where I experienced completely discriminatory behavior toward me and my family. As we approached the restaurant, the waiter at the entrance told me to go outside and wait until he called us despite looking most of tables were vacant. Shortly after, the manager of TGI Fridays saw us standing outside and asked why we were there. I explained that the waiter had told us to wait outside. The manager then called the waiter, who falsely claimed—in front of me—that I had touched another guest’s food. This was completely untrue and deeply insulting. I told the manager that the waiter was lying, but instead of addressing the situation appropriately, the manager began taking deep breaths in a way that felt threatening, as if he might hit me. He then asked me, “Do you want to have breakfast or not?” I replied, “Yes, that’s why I’m here.” My wife and I ended up just having coffee. We paid the bill and left. Meanwhile I noted few customers came and were welcomed to enter no one was asked to stay outside the resturant unlike us. I will never visit this place or any Hilton again. I could not believe that, in this day and age, we are still facing such blatant racism. This was a shameful and derogatory experience. • Colton (9/5): Great location for the Hollywood Bowl - The hotel was very clean and nice. It is a very easy walk to the Hollywood Bowl so we walked to and from the show instead of dealing with parking or Ubers. We plan to stay here again this summer for the next show at the Bowl that we’re going to. We were on the pool side so there was no street noise which was nice! The hallway was very loud and the gap under the door was kind of big so the light from the hallway lit up the room all night.

• Colton (8/5): Great location - Great location, especially for the Bowl. We’ve stayed here before because it’s such an easy walk to the Bowl and then you don’t have to deal with parking or anything. Check in/out are quick and easy, all the staff here are really friendly! The rooms (poolside at least) are very quiet. The bathroom light kept turning on and off randomly which was a bit creepy in the middle of the night. We’ve stayed here before but this time the room felt a little less clean.

• Michael (8/5): - I really loved the pool area, and how the staff checks in on you during your stay. The food in the restaurant was really dry and over cooked. Tasted as if they just gave me what’s been sitting on the stove for over a hour, to the point where the flavor was cooked out of it. And the bill was super expensive for low quality food.

Location is very convenient to the freeways to Universal Studios and to shopping and sightseeing - The property is close proximity to Universal Studios Hollywood. Taking an Uber to Universal Studios cheaper than paying for parking and the Uber drops you off in city walk. The only thing we didn’t like about the property was that the water pressure in the shower was very low.
• A4133TFleod (4/5): Poor Administration - I had a recent disappointing experience at this Hilton hotel. When we arrived the front desk gave us a key to a room that was already occupied. When we confronted the front desk about it, they gave no apology and sent us to a different room. After almost a full month, we were notified of a billing error and were charged 100 dollars the day before Christmas. We will never stay at this hotel again.
