Il punto forte resta la posizione centrale, poco distante a piedi da Tower Bridge e vicino i vari accessi della metropolitana da cui è possibile girare Londra. Ha vicino pub, ristoranti, bar e market e si trova a pochissimi minuti a piedi dallo Sky Garden, che si vede dalla finestra della stanza. Il personale è stato cortese e accogliente. Inoltre, ogni piano ha il suo dispenser di acqua con bottigline vuote da riempire in maniera gratuita. Il bagno non ha il bidet, ma credo che questo valga per ogni hotel. Una mattina ho acquistato un cornetto al bar dell' hotel ed era duro e freddo e non lo hanno potuto nemmeno riscaldare. Magari un forno a microonde sarebbe utile. Per il resto tutto perfetto.

There is little interference but staff are there when you need them, 24/7. It is my favourite hotel in London and value for money. The bed was a bit on the soft side for me which is personal but the only negative I can cite.

Staff were kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again The shower wasn't very hot, but it was still ok to use. Other than that, there was nothing I didn't like.

- Amy-Louise (9/5): Ich würde diese Unterkunft meinen besten Freunden empfehlen - Die Unterkunft hatte eine wirklich tolle, sichere Lage mit Anbindung an den Underground Stations Bank und Monument. Auch die Liverpool street station ist wenige Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Das Personal war außerordentlich nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren komfortabel und großzügig geschnitten. Das Hotel stellt kostenlos nachfüllbare Wasserflaschen zur Verfügung. Die Klimaanlage bzw. Lüftung war sehr laut. Die Zimmer sind schnell aufgeheizt.

Nadat we hadden gevraagd om een andere kamer met bureau en lichtinval kregen we die, dus dat was erg fijn. De coffeecups waren van niet van aan A of B merk, maar van een C-merk. Niet heel lekker.

For this price category and for a hotel that presents itself as rather upscale, we have to say that the service was quite inconsistent and insufficient. We experienced various shortcomings: on one day there were missing towels, on another day there was no toilet paper, and on yet another day the room service was very late. In addition, our laundry was not collected as expected. Overall, we encountered several service issues, and we would strongly recommend improving the service quality. Furthermore, the hotel only offers self check-in, similar to low-budget hotels. In this context as well, the employees often reacted rather annoyed when we had questions.
- Veronica (9/5): Letteralmente davanti al Leadenhall Market! - La posizione a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Liverpool Street (4 minuti dalla fermata metro di Monument) e letteralmente davanti al bellissimo Leadenhall Market. La camera grande, pulita e confortevole. La gentilezza di tutto lo staff. Non migliorerei nulla ma sicuramente il costo è più alto rispetto ad altri hotel in cui ho alloggiato nella stessa zona.

- Egle (8/5): Good value for a great location - The hotel is situated in a very convenient location. The room is spacious, overall it's a good value for accommodation in London. I would definitely come back despite minor hiccups. Self check-in is unfortunately one of those situations when technologies that are meant to help you cause unnecessary problems. Staff was very helpful but it just defeats the purpose. An old style reception would have been a much nicer welcome, especially given that staff was fully employed anyway. Wifi access requires providing personal details. Too suspicious to risk. Stay vigilant!

Would definitely recommend! - It was in a brilliant location, less than a 5 minute walk to multiple tube stations and surrounded by lots of places to eat and drink. The room was small but very cute and modernly decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The WiFi was described to be very good and quick, but it didn’t work very well for us. It was slow and constantly disconnected every time we came off WiFi settings.
