- Kirstyj12581 (9/5): Would stay again! - Staff were friendly and accommodating. They made a last minute booking easy, stored bags, messaged when the room was ready and made the stay seamless. The room was small but clean and very comfortable. Lovely ensuite and great shower. The complimentary drink were a lovely touch. Fantastic location, very close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park yet very quiet. Slightly on the expensive side but this was expected due to lateness of booking and location. Ook kregen we 1 handdoek met allemaal oranje vlekken erop dus hebben we die niet gebruikt.

- Sally (7/5): Great location, great staff. Depends on the room! - The staff at the hotel were lovely, very welcoming and helpful. Fabulous location. On the first day the shower was warm not hot. I spoke to the staff about it and they d=fixed it so I had a hot shower that afternoon. The next day it wasn't hot again. The water also did not come out of the bathroom faucet properly and I had no bathroom amenities. The kettle was dirty inside and I had to boil it several times to clean it out. I guess it might not have been used much. I went into the restaurant next door just after 11am and was quite rudely told that it was too late for breakfast. I asked if I could have a coffee and sat down. The woman then ignored me and after a while I went elsewhere. My room also felt a bit grubby. That being said, my colleague had a great room with no problems.

The atmosphere was great in the area as it was often busy and has a number of stores and restaurants to visit which were directly outside. The rooms were brilliant had everything I needed. The value for money was great considering how close you are to all the major hotspots in London. The bathroom and room were extremely clean and maintained. The noise from the trains were the only issue I dealt with but it is to be expected for such a prime location. The service was perfect with staff attending to all my needs. The gym was perfect for my trip having everything I needed in my short stay.

- Stay07609098006 (6/5): Up grade left more like a downgrade - Being a IHG member I have never really had a bad experience. Always found the staff helpful hotels clean and to a great standard. But this one let me down, having a weekend away as a couple I booked and used my IHG points. Got a nice deal in a great location. On checking in we was upgraded to a premium room. Amazing so we thought. On entering the room. We found the room to be small but of an okay size comfy bed, coffee machine, roomy bathroom, double shower clean tidy and modern. That evening after returning from having a meal we went to bed and found we was located right next to the terrace area where people was dining the noise level was high but quickly went quite after 10pm. But was then rudely disturbed at 645am by chair being moved around tables being set up and guest arriving for breakfast. This was then followed by a cold shower as the water wouldn’t heat up. I wouldn’t say this was an upgrade more like a down grade as it the worst room in the building. When complaining at the desk to then be offered 20000 IGH point as a sorry feels a little kick in the teeth. Don’t take room 110 unless you want to stay awake or be woken up.

This was my first time as a solo traveler and Shah made me feel very comfortable and always had good advice. He was my go to at the end of the day to check in after adventures in the city. He went the extra mile and even stepped outside with me to show me exactly where to go so I didn’t get lost. Great experience overall!

The Heathrow Express starts & terminates here making our transit from Heathrow airport simple. The tube lines also pass through here making our getting around very easy. The hotel is a short walk (10 min) to Hyde Park & was a very good base for our London stay. Our room was a bit small, however, it was clean and comfortable. We didn't spend a lot of time inside the room as we were out and about. The staff were exceptional, particularly Lesse. The included breakfast, provided by the Italian restaurant adjoining the hotel was sensational. We highly recommend the Hotel Indigo London Paddington. We would stay there again.

- Oliver (9/5): Wir werden das Hotel bei unserem nächsten London Besuch wieder buchen. - Es wurde bei der Ausstattung an soviel gedacht, wie z.B. ein Nachtlicht auf der Toilette (schaltbar schon am Bett), Vorhänge, die das Zimmer wirklich dunkel machen oder eine Eurosteckdose und ganz viel mehr. Wir werden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Die Lage 500m von der Paddington Station, ist ideal für alle Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Das Speise- und Einkaufsangebot im Viertel war großartig. Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer zum Hof raus, wo bei einem angrenzenden Haus die ganze Zeit eine Lüftungsanlage lief. Dadurch war ein ständiger (aber gleichbleibender) Geräuschpegel zu hören.

There are also many coffee shops and restaurants in the same area. The room was quite small, but this is London so is to be expected, however it was well organised to make the best use of the space. I only had a small carry on size case with me, but if you had a full size case it would be awkward to open on the floor. The shower and bathroom were very nice. Bed was very comfortable. The staff at the hotel were all really friendly and helpful which made all the difference and they have somewhere to store your luggage if you need it.

The room was tight - and we had to coordinate movements :)- but bed was very comfy. Bathroom was nice and toiletries good quality. Loved the robe and slippers and the towel warmer. We. Hung our towels for reuse - but house keeping always gave us new sets daily (albeit one day we only got one full sized towel). Gratis mini bar / coffee not restocked daily. Staff (especially Foz) were helpful. Out biggest issue was spotty / intermittent / SLOW internet. We had an interior room and no real cellular either. So trying to use internet was tough. But we did okay. All in all, a good choice.

Staff just amazing with a shout out to Fozia and the rest of the team who welcomed us with smiles and greetings every day. The rooms are tight for a family, but the fold out sofa bed was a proper bed and my son slept well. All in all the hotel represents good value for money. Breakfasts are good, although very busy in the morning. Having a wheelchair often makes some trips events in themselves- the staff throughout the hotel were understanding and caring regarding our needs as a family. Thank you team Indigo!

- CaroK39 (8/5): A few things let it down ... - Whilst Hotel Indigo Paddington is ideally situated just a few minutes from station, tube and Elizabeth line, there are a few things that let it down. Firstly the positives - yes, location. Comfortable beds and a warm welcome when we checked in. However the rooms and bathrooms are very small. We weren't given our paid for breakfast voucher when we checked in. Disappointingly there is nowhere to sit and relax with a drink after a day's sightseeing . Yes we did manage to get a drink in the Bella Italia on return, but they closed at 10/1030 ( need an amend on the website! 24 hour bar, no way!) Would we use again ......probably as the location is so good.

Location to the underground, easy walk to Hyde park , super comfortable , clean and quiet room , good breakfast and dinner. What more can we say except that we enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. Not much negatives except to highlight the general problem which exists in many cities like London on the hard water. Perhaps the hotel can assess the feasibility of a installing water filters so we can enjoy scum less cups of tea 😄

I thought the location was amazing – I could get anywhere in the city easily via Paddington. The hotel also was well equipped with a restaurant, a gym, and a very helpful front desk staff, including Shah, who assisted me when booking and in getting settled. On top of all this, the hotel was very quiet, perfect for a light sleeper. I will definitely stay here again when I next visit London.

Supposed to be a double bed but it is a double mattress on an undersized frame, so the mattress hangs over the edge. Very expensive for such a tiny space with no view and a poor bed.

The Heathrow Express took us to the airport in the morning in 20 minutes! (The block also offered several restaurant selections. We heartily recommend the Lebanese restaurant across the street and down a half-block.) Our guest room was small, but clean, comfortable, and quiet -- which are our most important requirements. The breakfast was lavish! We not only were allowed to pick a meal from several off the menu, but also had an abundance of choices on a buffet. At the front desk, Foz was especially helpful with advice on navigating the city and getting us to the theater on the last night of our vacation. Much appreciated!
