- Nomad13358612474 (2/5): FILTHY RAGGEDY AND WITH LUKEWARM WATER - -The grounds of Miami Gardens Inn is covered in garbage, which matches the rest of the greater area.
-Litter ALL over the parking lot and in the grass, right up to the entrance doors.
-There was like three large mouse trap black boxes at the front side entrance.
-The lobby was clean and elegantly deocorated but the elevator was so raggedy and the floors were FILTHY everywhere and covered in grime and dust in the corners and edges.
-The elevator buttons and door frames are covered in GRIME and grease from peoples hands.
-The paint on all the doors to each room is severely chipped.
-The window panes sit loosely in thier frame so it sounds like the windows are literally open and ALL the noise from the highway (located right next to the inn) comes into the room loud and clear.
-The bathroom had the sloppiest refinishing job on the bathtub I've ever seen. Didn't bother taping it off and just sprayed the paint all over the tile surround.
- All the furniture in the room was mismatched and severely chipped.
-The water took like a 5 solid minutes to get... lukewarm. This pissed me off so bad I almost left. -The people in the area appeared quite sketchy.
The condition of this property is actually shameful because the building itself is quite beautiful and has so much potential. Until a major renovation is underway.... skip skip skip.

- myriamedithb2026 (2/5): Bad don’t book - There is so much to say about this hotel that it is hard to know where to begin. My experience was extremely disappointing, and I would strongly warn others to be very cautious before booking.
First, do not expect responsive or helpful customer service. When problems came up, it was very difficult to get real support or speak with someone who could actually help. If you book through a third party, be especially careful, because communication may be limited and resolving serious issues can become very frustrating.
The property did not look like the photos advertised. The room was very old, poorly maintained, and noticeably dirty. What concerned me most was the condition of the space, including visible mold and a general lack of cleanliness that made me very uncomfortable staying there.
The management was also rude and dismissive, which made the situation even worse. Instead of showing concern for guest complaints, the attitude felt unprofessional and disrespectful.
I also did not feel safe at this property, especially as a woman. There was constant traffic in and out, and the overall environment did not feel secure or well managed.
In my opinion, the listing is misleading, the property is not worth the money, and the nonrefundable policy makes the experience even more upsetting when the reality does not match what was promised. I would not recommend staying here, and I encourage future guests to read reviews carefully and report serious health or safety concerns to the appropriate authorities.

Stained with smoke, bugs in the room, hairs all over the bed, different height drapes on windows with knife cut slits in them. When we checked in the lady read our credit card info over the phone to someone else to process it.

Felt really unsafe at this hotel we felt that this facility is been utilised as a halfway house for young males. Photos of the property on your website are really out date.

Pictures on website is basically fraud and deceiving. Booked room with Jacuzzi and balcony, got a none working jacuzzi with a sign saying “if you operate this non working jacuzzi, you will be held liable for necessary payment”.. we were placed on the bottom floor so the ‘balcony’ was our entry into our room from outside, passing a couple on their ‘balcony’ which is more like a porch, outside smoking weed that our entire room reeked of upon walking inside.. our room and their room was conjoined, and the door separating us didn’t have a door knob, or a lock, but a black plastic bag shoved into the door knob hole.. absolutely not.. the bed was as hard a rock and had no comforter, just sheets and two hard pillows. The bathroom was plan , The toilet paper holder was broken out of the wall.. the entire room was an insanely overpriced jail cell.. then to top it off the room on the other side of us, began to blast loud music. My husband and I looked at eachother and that was our queue to leave.. $240 when someone outside also leaving, told us they paid 60$ and still were not planning on staying at that hotel.. rip off is an understatement.

Ella me dijo que no me los devolvería solo porque derramamos en el piso un poco de sopa, las sabanas un poco manchadas y la toalla por mi cabello tintado, según ella mucho daño al hotel.. se supone que tienen un servicio de limpieza no?, eso no tiene que ver con ningún objeto roto y aún así me quitaron el dinero . Me entregaron la habitación con una silla rota y el control de la tv rota y no dije nada, pero entonces si se ensucia algo entonces si se quejan?, si van a tener un hotel lo normal es que las habitaciones estén un poco sucia. No siempre se van a entregar como ustedes la “ofrecen”..para eso existe el servicio de limpieza

It’s The worst property, very poor condition and they have scammed us by not responding to a refund request for the bad conditions of the property and room, I have stayed in the room for just a few minutes while I booked it for 3nights because of how bad it is and after raising multiple complaints I have not received my refund.

- Ramon (2/5): Hotel fantasma - El A/C y el personal de limpieza muy atento y amable. 1. En su localidad no hay nada alrededor para comer ni ingerir alimentos, ni lugares de entretenimiento.
2. El aspecto del hotel es algo deprimente, no está bien pintado, los techos liquean, los cuartos faltos de pintura en deterioro en su interior, los baños de igual manera, encontramos cucarachita en los baños, no dejan toallas suficientes ni papel de baño de repuesto, la puerta en deterioro y la cerradura no funciona del baño no funciona.
3. No cuenta con tecnología en los cuartos, la iluminación del cuarto es muy pobre, muchas cristales con cortinas verticales ya pasadas de moda y deterioradas.
4. Los muebles con los que cuenta el baño se encuentran en deterioro.
5. Los elevadores sucios, en mal estado con mal olor.
6. La nevera que está en la habitación deteriorada, rota y en mal estado, falta de cariño.
En conclusión un hotel DEPRIMENTE.

- brucegT664AM (2/5): Horrible place - We arrived late into MiamiInternational Airport and missed our connecting flight hence we had to find a place to spend the night. At 10.00 pm this was the only place we could find an avalable room at a cost of $219.39.
The less said about this place the better. It is a dingy place in need of compete refurbishment. Calling this a hotel is a misnomer. The TV in the room did not work and the front desk said that there was no maintenance person available at that hour. The floor air conditioning unit was noisy and seemed to be older than I am. It kept blowing cold air straight into my face as I lay in bed and I eventually had to turn it off. No coffee maker. No hangers in the closet that has an iron board but no iron. No safety deposit box either. A pair of bath towels but no rag or face towel in the bathroom and only two small tablets of soap.
I wouldn't be caught there again dead or alive and if I ever miss another connection in Miami I would probable tought it out at the airport and save myself 220 bucks plus the Uber fare.
