When we checked in, they said they didn't have room available, and we got a room with a king bed and no balcony. Staff was not very helpful, and we had to settle with the room we got, which was way overpriced.

- Fabienne (6/5): Tolle Lage, ansonsten sein Geld nicht wert. - Die Lage ist super. Leider wurde der Pool entfernt. Zudem funktionierte die Steckdose im Bad nicht und es war nicht möglich vor einem Spiegel die Haare zu föhne. Auch war der Balkon nicht sauber und die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert.

- Debra (10/5): We had a good time as we always do park the car never have to get back in it for the weekend. Everything is right there - We have been to that property almost every year for over 10 years now last year we went and it was being renovated, and nobody told us. It was a special occasion, and we were quite disappointed in the noise and the mess and the disarray, but this time it Was finished . We always like the location of this property. We park our car and we don’t get back in it until we go home. Everything we need is right there. . This area is special to us and we celebrate the life of someone who passed each year. What I didn’t like is the change they made to the hotel. They renovated it and changed it into a regular chain hotel like any other hotel. I liked it better when this hotel was the Bohemian , it had art from local artists , unique decor and a very warm cool vibe to it. The renovation they have done is nice, but it’s like any other hotel now. One last thing we had a balcony and it hadn’t been cleaned in quite a long time. They need to get out there and clean it up. .

- Alison (8/5): The hotel was really lovely, I would gladly stay here again. - Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great. There was a pretty significant issue with booking in, due to being booked through Booking.com. The funds weren't released to the hotel and each of us (I travelled with 3 colleagues) was asked to provide a payment card to cover expenses for a whole week, which we had not expected. We were delayed from checking in after a 10hr flight for at least an hour or more. The desk staff did not offer any refreshment, nor did they really have a can do attitude at the time, it was even suggested that we could find alternative accommodation, rather than calling for senior guidance. After this issue was resolved, I still received further notes in the room demanding a payment card be left. Clearly a big issue between the supplier and Booking.com for you both to acknowledge and work on.

- Jonathan (6/5): - My wife and I (family and friends) have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 15 years. About three or four years ago we stop staying. The property needed a refresh and the last time we stayed in a room that had a damp/mold smell. It was the second floor lake side (likely rm# 200-212). We greatly enjoy the celebration area, dining, shows, holiday events, all this picture perfect town offers. It was our “go to” for some time. Last night 9/25/25, we decided to give it another try while dining in celebration and doing a quick day at Disney. Well the hotel has had a great refresh, the exterior and interior of the property looks great. Every aspect of the rooms furnishing’s has been updated, upgraded, and truly the hotel is nicer than ever. My low review rating is because we stayed in rm# 204 and the room had the same (worse) dank/mold smell. We arrived late and thought we should change rooms, but turned the Ac down and the fan on high when we returned to the room from dinner about 10:15pm it was mildly better, but by 3am we were both disgusted and disappointed that all these great changes had happened and this was still an issue. We checked out, and I doubt will ever return to this hotel again! Having guest breathe meldew and mold all night is disrespectful and unhealthy..!

- Gerald (8/5): Business trip - Was not aware that there is valet only parking and that there was a very high charge for that as my vehicle stayed in the main pull up area all night as I had to leave at 5:20 and there is no valet service before 6:00 am I made several attempts to turn the TV on and it was not working. That was disappointing.

Suggestions: hotel toilet paper, substandard Toilet is small, low and too basic for a **** hotel. Access to the shower too narrow Plugs for chargers, installed on the night table are too close to the bed. I am sure that set up can be improved. All these comments are meant to be constructive, to make the Inn even better.

Had a few issues with the room and the outlets weren’t working so couldn’t charge my phone the entire time I stayed. The TV wasn’t working also.

- JAMES (10/5): Great property, service & location! - Valerie greeted us cheerfully and worked to get us into our room early. We left our bags with the valet and walked to lunch. By the end of lunch our room was ready. Roomy & updated room-very comfortable with a nice view of the lake. Great stay!

- Wilson (4/5): - Staff terrible: we asked if packages arrived to us, they never reply. Every night, for some reason, our keys were not working and we have to go down and set them up again. In one morning they did a confusion in the breakfast and reserve the same table to two guests and we have to leave the table...very bad experience.
- Bill (4/5): - The house keeping sucked. When got there said needed garbage can in room, stayed 4 nights, never got one! Second day didn’t realize they left no coffee for room, at six in morning went to desk, she seemed upset that I was there asking for coffee, told me restaurant didn’t open till 7 and I could go across the street if I wanted coffee now. I said couldn’t I just get the package coffee that was supposed to be in room? A young man that worked there said he would get it for me . We were also short face towels. Next evening when got back to room again no coffee, and no hand towels. Called down, said would bring up , 2 hours later had to call again, then they brought up . The valet workers were cheerful and happy, the others need to learn to smile, and quit acting like you are bothering them. Stayed there before and was great, management needs to give them an attitude adjustment, especially at their prices.

- Jeffory (10/5): - Our room was somewhat small for a king at that price with no room for luggage etc.. we made it work but much smaller than most at that price. Usually there is more room for luggage and comfortable seating for two. But otherwise the room was very nice.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Delightful! - The hotel was very clean, comfortable and stylish. We really enjoyed our stay! The happy hour food menu didn’t really do it for us, the calamari was delish but the dipping sauce missed the mark. Margaritas were heavy on the sour mix. We ended up going to the local Tavern for dinner which was amazing! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
