Personalet er veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende, Spesielt lorenzo 👌fine og store hotellrom. Akkurat den gaten hvor hotellet ligger er det en del bråk og frokosten var ikke fantastisk, men helt ok. Sengene er litt hard.

• Iryna (8/5): Good experience - The breakfast was good, with friendly staff serving and taking care of the guests. It was really pleasant and cozy to have breakfast on the hotel's balcony terrace, which offered a good view and a positive start to the day. The hotel has a really central location very close to the Termini station, which has its pros and cons - very convenient for navigation, at the same time, never quiet and with a lot of interesting individuals around the railway station. The room, in reality, looked smaller than in the pictures. The man at the reception, out of all 6 days we've spent there, was not once interested in saying Hello or Goodbye to the hotel's guests, and was quite slow and unengaged when it came to answering any questions.

• 486kerrir (10/5): Great overnight option! - Great hotel for a quick stop after getting of the train at Termini. It's literally across the street. Are there vendors everywhere? YES Are there sketchy looking people in the street? YES But these people are not interested in you. Just keep to yourself and go about your business like someone with common sense. The concierge, Leonardo, was FANTASTIC. Extremely funny and kind, made us feel very welcome and was incredibly helpful in every way. The hallway did have an overly strong room spray smell and the room was a tad stuffy so we immediately opened the huge window and let the breeze in. VERY confu beds with extra pillows, very clean and modern bathroom, the breakfast buffet on the roof was EXCELLENT. We left our luggage downstairs in a locked room with the hotel staff and the morning concierge called us a taxi to the airport. The city tax was 15 euro paid in cash at check-out. All in all this is a great option if you're getting off a train and need a night's stay before heading to the airport. Highly recommend!

• Helena (4/5): Är väldigt förtjust i Rom, sen många år tillbaka, men kommer aldrig bo på det här hotellet igen. - Frukosten var bra och trevligt att den serverades på takterrass Att takterrassen var stängd för hotellgästerna övrig tid på dygnet (10.00 - 07.00). Hade varit trevligt att kunna sitta där och ta ett glas prosecco innan eller efter middag. Viss personal var allmänt ointresserad och svarade knappt på frågor. Mycket oljud mitt i natten (01.00-03-30 från sophämtare som uppenbarligen hämtade sopor rätt under "mitt fönster" samt sopstädning av gator m.m. Ventilationen avstängd så rummet kändes ganska fuktigt.

V požadavku jsme chtěli klidný pokoj ( 30 výročí, svatby) Požadavky je nezajímají...Nevyspali jsme se 5 dni, vzhledem že nefunguje klimatizace až v sezóně,jsme se dusili, nebot pod okny sypali sklo do kontejneru cca 3x, neustálý hluk z ulice,ke snidani neměli ani kavovou lzicku k jogurtu, čili jsem jedla lžíci polévkovou..Ma měsíční výplata byla vyhozena za 5 dni! V menších hotelech na severu Itálie byly mnohem rozsáhlejší snídaně,tady jenom natahují ruce,pro hosty se moc nerozdají, výhled katastrofa.Take netekla tepla voda,ale cetla jsem v recenzích,ale.nevedela jsem ze je to pravidlem.Okenice by si meli take opravit...Vedení či majitel by se měli stydět! Nedoporučuji...

• CHING (3/5): A 2-3 Star Hotel Choice! - Stayed 4 nights, and we like the location, super accessible to train station. This would be the ideal choice if location is paramount importance to you. Stayed 4 nights, and this was my experience...Lack of comfort - run down, door misalignment for bathroom, hence water splashed out from the door gap, cleanliness was compromised - stained carpet, toilet bowl and water basin were not washed daily. The safety and security were doubtful, many rowdy people in the areas near the train station. Noise level is high and 24/7 - traffic and people.

There was a lot of commotion on the street at night and there was a reluctance to return late to the hotel.

Прямо под моим окном стояли мусорные баки, которые вывозили кажется несколько раз за ночь. В комнате очень шумная канализация от номеров которые находятся выше. Но: возможно эти недостатки относятся только к самым маленьким и дешёвым номерам. В номере не было чайника, к моему большому сожалению - возможно потому что номер довольно маленький.

• Jürgen (7/5): Für eine Städtereise, wir waren fünf Tage in Rom, in Ordnung. - Frühstück war ordentlich, Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflugsziele gut. Durch die Lage des Hotels war es sehr laut. Keine Hotelbar.
• Quentin (3/5): - Emplacement très pratique J'ai toujours mis des notes entre 7 et 10 lors de mes visites à Rome, mais là vraiment déçu. Personnel très moyen, chambre passable pour 2 jours mais surtout beaucoup de vétusté surtout la salle de bain vraiment cata. Déjeuner vraiment moyen aussi et pourtant je ne suis vraiment pas difficile. Il y a d'autres hôtels dans la même gamme de prix avec de bien meilleurs installations, et avec une situation géographique similaire proche de la gare.

• Ivan (8/5): Buono per un fine settimana a Roma - La camera era bella e arredata in stile moderno, più piccola delle aspettative ma comunque comoda. La colazione molto buona, sia dolce che salata ed è possibile gustarla sul terrazzo con vista sulla città. La posizione è comoda sia per raggiungere il centro a piedi che per prendere la metro, oltre ad essere vicino alla stazione per chi arriva in treno. La pulizia della camera poteva essere migliore, c'era un po' di polvere e il vetro della doccia non era pulitissimo. La zona in cui si trova l'hotel di sera è malfrequentata, come in tutte le zone stazione in ogni città, ma non abbiamo avuto problemi.
• Verena (8/5): Schönes verlängertes Wochenende in Rom - Das Hotel sieht sehr stylisch und modern aus, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Die Lage ist top - direkt am Bahnhof Termini. Dadurch ist es natürlich etwas lauter, was man im Zimmer auch hörte, aber uns nicht störte. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker und es gab reichlich Auswahl. Auschecken bis 12:00Uhr auch top! Wir fanden es schade, dass die Dachterasse nur während der Frühstückszeit geöffnet war.

• Ozcan (8/5): Absolutely recommend - First off all location is the excellent, keen to Termini Station where by you can go every where easily. Begining of the all the busses of airports, hop on hop offs. And clean, chaste.

• Inge (10/5): Tolle Übernachtungsmöglichkeit nahe des Bahnhofs - Perfekte Lage zum Bahnhof Roma Termini, einfach zu Fuß zu bewältigen. Zimmer gemütlich, Frühstück in Räumen im obersten Stock -im Sommer sicher toll auf Dachterrasse mit Ausblick auf Rom.

• Dominic (5/5): Not a 4 Star - - Great location - Staff friendly - Bedding was very comfortable - we requested a twin room, they seemed to be unaware. consequentially we were moved up to the 5th floor where the wifi didn't work - not the cleanest of properties- could have done with some hoovering and polishing parts of metal on the furniture in the bedroom - for our entire stay the wifi did not work, despite us notifying the property on the first day. nothing was done and when we complained when we left they just shrugged - this is clearly not a 4 star hotel by British standards- there are no amenities beyond the basics and the level of service was substandard. Breakfast was tasty but again basic - tourist tax was extortionate. We paid £85 for 5 nights and 2 people. for comparison in Salerno it cost us £18 for 5 nights and 2 people. again they just throw it at you as you leave. I appreciate this is standard but its still very poor customer service- all taxes should be included in the price - the response from the staff sums up the stay. On the first day we complained that the WiFi didn't work and the toilet didn't flush. They managed to fix the toilet. As for the WiFi, it literally worked when we were assigned the incorrect room on the first floor. Once we moved to the 5th floor the same WiFi did not work.

El personal está siempre muy dispuesto a brindar ayuda. En el desayuno podrían ofrecer mayor variedad de frutas. Pero igualmente era bastante variado.

• noelia (7/5): Bien para estar de paso y coger transporte público - Está muy cerca de la estación de tren, bus, etc. las habitaciones son amplias y están muy limpias. El personal de recepción muy amable! Se dejaron la bolsa de la ropa sucia de otras habitaciones dentro, y la cama la dejaron a medio hacer. El desayuno bastante “pobre”. Calientes solo había huevos revueltos y salchichas. Poca variedad de fruta y la máquina de zumo, que parecía Tang, más que servir, escupe a chorros.
