Can't have computers in open center of hotel lounge to listen to music, have to sit around corner. At night the club music is so loud you can't sleep. There is a noise machine in the room to try and block out which does a decent job but it is loud..it goes past 3am.

- 203tanyad (10/5): Amazing Stay - This hotel is absolutely chic and beautiful yet welcoming and friendly. The staff (shout out to Danny) made our anniversary stay even more special. Thank you for that! The hotel is conveniently located near the ACE subways. It’s in the heart of Tribeca so you have your pick of the best dining. The hotel has a beautiful bar that serves every cocktail you can imagine. There is complimentary live music plus a speak easy like venue within the hotel that we will definitely try out next time ( it was closed for a private party). There is also a nightclub for the adventurous who can stay up late. lol. Our breakfast the next day was amazing. This is an great hotel. I would definitely recommend!

Exceptionally clean, and has plenty of stuff to do — the food and jazz bar are very authentic! Front desk agent Zillah is an absolute star — she was super helpful whenever I needed anything. - courtneymsp20 (10/5): Great Stay, Better Bellman - Our experience at the Roxy was wonderful! The room was clean and spacious. The location was incredibly convenient to get uptown and downtown. Only downsides about it were the lighting wasn’t great for getting ready and the only full length mirror in the room on the closet door was essentially a funhouse mirror. Roger the bellman made the experience 100x better by being so enjoyable to chat with, quick at grabbing our bags, and calling a last minute taxi for us to the airport. His customer service and overall care were nothing short of stellar. Looking forward to making our way back here again soon!
- abJ5011UO (6/5): Not for HSP. - Work booked the hotel. Not realizing it’s a LIVE event hotel. And the live music is in the atrium of the building followed by an djay till late. All of the rooms surround the atrium. So if you’re looking for peace and quiet, this place is Not it. Thankfully the beautiful front desk manager Zillah switched my room to a higher floor and told me there is a built in sound machine in the room. Thank you Zillah for helping me out!

However, the Roxy Hotel was one of my first impressions and I fell in love with New York City within two hours of my arrival! The Roxy hotel is the perfect location with two subway lines nearby, a beautiful and safe neighbourhood and close to all the attractions.! The rooms were very clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly (Derek!) and the design, beauty and charm of the hotel is incredible. There is nothing I would change! Thank you!!

That was disappointing, given we were meant to get a bubble upon check in, there was no water in the room (unless you paid!)

- shawncV6150QS (10/5): The staff goes above and beyond! - We’ve stayed at The Roxy Hotel New York many times now, and it has quickly become our go-to hotel in NYC, largely because of the exceptional service led by Colette Ault. The hotel itself is fantastic. The location is ideal, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the design that truly sets it apart is the stylized rooms, curated artwork, and record players with vinyl in every room, creating a unique and memorable experience. The restaurant is also excellent, with some of the best espresso martinis in the city. That said, what really keeps us coming back is the staff. Colette and the entire front desk and bell team consistently go above and beyond. Colette is incredibly personable, attentive, and proactive, whether it’s helping with restaurant reservations, coordinating parking and bell services, or making sure we have every comfort covered in our room. We’re often greeted with a glass of Champagne at check-in, which sets the tone immediately and makes every stay feel elevated from the moment we arrive. One of the most memorable touches was a surprise goodie bag for our dog, complete with bowls, treats, and even a fluffy dog bed. It was thoughtful, unexpected, and speaks volumes about the level of care here. I don’t often take the time to write reviews, especially for hotels, as my standards are high, but the consistency of service from Colette and the team makes this an easy recommendation. The pricing is also surprisingly competitive given the level of service and experience. The Roxy has truly become our first choice in New York City.

When we arrived Eillah created us with a beautiful smile and her customer service was wonderful. She has a Vibrent personality. I will be back tonight 😁. I enjoyed my stay, and I wish I used more of the amenities like the theatre and the gym! I didn't realize that the band's music would be projecting up into the rooms. Admittedly I didn't have an issue as long as I slept with ear plugs. If anything, the occasional honking outside was worse at that point.

- 490noelb (6/5): Hotel or Music Hall? - Roxy Hotel is modern and tidy, but I won’t go back. Three reasons: - Location is in a scruffy part of Tribeca. Ghastly Canal Street is just a block away. Few good restaurants nearby. - The music is loud. It starts at 6.00pm each night with the piano which makes conversation in the bar difficult. Then the band starts up at 8.00 and goes to 10.00 some nights and later on the weekend. Dining would be impossible so we didn’t try! - The addition of a daily “Amenity Charge” of $39 plus taxes was an unpleasant surprise at checkout! What amenities?

Il bar la sera per aperitivo e ostriche è ottimo . Sin dall’apertura una decina di anni fa sono venuto diverse volte in questo hotel e lo trovo ottimo Unico neo sono i late check out: dovendo rientrare in Europa i voli sono sempre la sera e quindi lascio Manhattan per il jfk alle 18,00; per avere la camera fino alle 16 è sempre un dramma, ultima volta per due ore in più (dalle 13 alle 15) ho pagato usd 250 (il costo di una mezza giornata).prossima volta prenoterò un giorno in più e così potrò avere la camera finì alle 18 senza problemi. Cosa che trovo assurda per 4 ore di late check out. Devo dire che però è cosa comune a molti alberghi.

Upon learning of my upcoming birthday she pulled all stops and made our stay that much better by offering us free drinks and a bottle of Prosecco. Nicest lady ever! Also went to the Django club on Saturday evening which was so worth it and had breakfast each morning at the hotel which was excellent. Great hotel location. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is sleek and fun but the poise of the staff really pushes it over the edge. The Roxy is in a great downtown location a stone’s throw from great restaurants and things to do. I was only here for business for one night but I would recommend it to anyone passing through the city. Very chic.

Atmosphere and building (entrance and basic floor especially and ”open” basic architecture) and locality, little local and old fashioned concept but high international hotel standards. Guest room: air con and heating very good, reasonable street views (7th Floor,Roxy King-room category). Fulfilled its stars 100%. Especially good for wintertime stays.
