- Bryant (9/5): Great stay affordable, not far from the SunRail station and restaurants close by. - I booked it for the Hiring Orlando Fair, advertised on the SunRail Facebook page, which took place at the Kia Center in downtown Orlando. But it's a great, affordable place to stay, and not only that, it's not far from the Altamonte Springs SunRail station, with Lynx buses or Rideshare. Also, TJ, she was amazing, she is very customer-friendly and a sweetheart. Also, restaurants and stores are nearby.
- Maria (5/5): The only cheap booking available you need to live with the place - Workers there are very friendly The whole apartment was broken. Broken door shower toilet and furniture. It was all very old and used for this price way to shabby
- Dailier (10/5): - Todo Nada
- Jordan (6/5): -
- Jose (8/5): -
- Pérez López (10/5): - Ebreything I like it all
- Valentina (1/5): Cockroach infestation - Right before the Daytona NASCAR 2026 event, we urgently needed a place to stay somewhere near the track. This motel was the closest option available (about a 40-minute drive), as everything closer had been fully booked long in advance. In a rush and without reading any reviews, I made the terrible mistake of booking this place.
We arrived in the evening, and the entire property smelled horribly like sewage. I literally had to hold my breath while running from the car to the room.
About 30 minutes after getting into the room, I saw the first cockroach in the kitchen. It scared me, but I tried to convince myself that maybe it’s not that unusual for a place with a shared or open kitchen area. However, when I started looking more carefully, I went into complete shock — something I have never experienced before. The ENTIRE room was infested with cockroaches.
This is not about killing one or two bugs — the place is crawling with them. Big ones, small ones, they were coming out from under the baseboards. They were everywhere: behind the bed, inside the nightstands, in the kitchen, on the floor, in the bathroom, even on the sink.
I immediately took all my belongings back to the car. The only thing I did in the room was take a quick shower. I’m honestly afraid to even imagine what would happen if someone touched the picture hanging above the bed.
This nightmare cost me €75, and I strongly believe the motel should refund every cent.
- Jose (10/5): I will be coming backbin may - Was easy to book. No complaints
- Robert (1/5): Nightmare health hazard - Nothing at all The property manager was rude and dismissive towards all complaints threatened me multiple times. She is an awful person and has no regard for people’s privacy or safety. And when you have a complaint she bans you from the property for filing a complaint tried to keep my deposit after the covered my hygiene items with roach droppings and dead roach carcass’s
- 1465 (10/5): It’s exactly what you’re asking for and the staff was awesome - Tucked away yet centralized Room could’ve been cleaner, but it’s a value hotel
- Loretta (10/5): -
- Horn (8/5): Relaxing - It doesn't have breakfast or coffee but the waffle house is close
- Deluca (1/5): - Fire alarm going off all night next day water shut off. And not a single thing complementary to offset Management sucks
- Inga (6/5): You get what you pay for - The price Bad with roaches
- Nash (10/5): -
- Vandenboom (1/5): - Nothing I got robbed. There were roaches and bed bugs. I had to leave this facility. Everything I need a refund I never stayed there. The bugs were crawling on the walls. Gross
- Robert (3/5): I want my deposit - It was ina. Good location I’ve been waiting on my deposit for 4 days
- English (10/5): -
- Elizabeth (5/5): It was ok but happy about the roaches needs to be fumigated and cleaned - Is simple and close enough Had roaches
- Inga (1/5): Be prepared to be killing roaches - The price It’s full of roaches you turn the light off and turn it back on roaches everywhere I ended up buying my own products to kill the roaches and get the old smell out of the room the pillows dirty they covers them up with pillow case I can say they tried to help the situation but it wasn’t working at all the staff is very nice as well as the maintenance guys
- maria alejandra (1/5): infested with cockroaches - nothing.Dishonest, they didn't give a refund, we didn't stay more than 15 minutes and they refused to issue a refund. This place has a cockroach infestation, which is why we couldn't stay at the hotel.
Upon arrival, we immediately saw cockroaches and cockroach eggs on the floor, in the bathroom, on the bed, and on the nightstand. There were so many that they started crawling on my luggage. I don't even want to imagine how these pests behave at night when they are most active. They have a serious public health problem. Reading reviews on this platform, I found complaints about cockroaches dating back more than a year before my stay.
They said they would issue a refund, which you could easily do, but you're making the process longer so that it has to be done through the Booking.com app. Due to the number of cockroaches that were even moving on the floor and almost climbed onto my baby's leg, we weren't there for more than 15 minutes; they flatly refused to issue a refund.
- Alfredo (3/5): - Location Infected with roaches
- Osvaldo (5/5): No para familias - Ubicación Nos despertaron a la madrugada porque pensaron que nuestro carro era uno que estaba mal parqueado, pero se equivocaron.
- Angelo (1/5): - My room had roaches the floor is dirty and I was double charged and I still have not gotten my money back
- Elizabeth (9/5): -
- Jessica (1/5): Should be shut down - Nothing Everything
- Tyriana (4/5): It was okay but not okay. The hotel needs to be exterminated - That it was near everything. I needed. Very convenient. There were roaches in the room. Was even switched rooms and the other room was the same way. Once someone complained about that is when they put paper on people doors to inform them that they will spray. They did not make it a priority because they were not in the rush to do so. My boyfriend also stated when he was in the front office a rat/mouse ran across the floor. Im not sure if anyone else saw. They just need to exterminate everything.
- Kathleen (3/5): Had I checked reviews most definitely would not have stayed there - Not much Room had roaches The roaches and the slamming of doors and doors are loose hues that’s why they slammed doors
- Marcia (6/5): -
- Sharon (5/5): - location multiple attempts required to get the access door to unlock. Also no coffee, ice, soft drinks available.
- Carmen Milagros (7/5): - I love the location, aroud the building Need more cleaning in the bedroom and parking areas.
- Pacheco (9/5): -
- Christian (1/5): No lo recomiendo - Nada Sucio y muchas cucarachas
- Demmo (7/5): -
- Javier (10/5): -
- Ivaa & Gigi (1/5): -
- Shirley (1/5): - Nothing nothing Nothing
- Pacheco (9/5): - La habitacion esta en buenas condiciones ambiente agradable Hay pocas cucarachas y la.habitacion cuando llegue el primer dia tenia un olor a cigarrillo pero ya se le quito
- Christen (7/5): -
- Shirley (2/5): -
- Christen (7/5): - Very convenient location to food and shopping. The staff was really helpful and accommodating.
- PHILLIPS (1/5): -
- Andrew (4/5): -
- Roland (10/5): - Roaches!
- David (2/5): - I have stayed in well over 1000 hotels in ~80 countries. And this stay had many "first's."
* first time ever there eas no soap, no gel, no nothing--not even a simple small bar of soap!
* There was no cup. No glass. Not even a simple plastic cup to get a drink of water from the tap. I had to drink water the old fashioned way--from my cupped hands.
* There was not even a cup of coffee in the morning. No for free, and not even for a tip. Nothing. Never even have I see that before.
I might as well just have slept in my car and washed up in a fast-food bathroom somewhere!!
What's next? Bring your own towels?
Sheesh! I really pity the young generation if this is the kind of serice they have in their future.
- Joynelle (10/5): Great Stay - The staff are all very courteous and friendly. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. The room had a comfortable queen-sized bed with a kitchenette for preparing meals on extended stays. The room was clean and the area quiet. I had a great stay.
- Ashley (10/5): - Clean, affordable, & convenient
- Don (6/5): - Yes
- Rodriguez (9/5): - I like to stay it was peaceful and convenient thank you
- Jessica (2/5): Yeah…..NO!! - Went to visit my daughter for College Family Weekend and horrible; once the lights went on the roaches scattered. There was what looked like blood dripped into the tub. The smell was ferocious. It took me 10 mins to run back to the office and get the heck out of dodge. Oh-and charged me a $100 deposit fee-I don’t know what in the room was worth $100. We went to Embassy Suites up the block and couldn’t be more satisfied.
- ieasha (1/5): Nasty - Nothing The room smelled of smoke and roaches everywhere and the sheets had stains the shower curtain was filthy. No toilet paper in room. Not worth the price
- Scott (3/5): - Accommodating Had to leave 3days early cause security was gonna have my gf trespassed for simply not having a photo i.d she was with me when I checked in was never told by front desk she needed i.d. actually never in my life in the countless hotels I stayed has anyone but the person booking the room show i.d. cause the simply isn't a reason to so yea we were told she had 15min to leave property or he was gonna have her trespassed so was forced to find another hotel last minute book another ride just an absolute horrible ordeal
- Angel (10/5): - Everything
- mcclary (6/5): - The location was perfect and the staff are nice There not very accommodating and price is always jumping around
- Billy R (8/5): - It was close to my favorite restaurant
- Israel (10/5): -
- Brittany (3/5): - The location is close to a major highway and it's also close to a lot of places to choose to eat. While I was there, I went to extend my stay for another night. The first lady helped me with no problem and extended my reservation, i went the next day a guy name Jay was supposed to extend my stay, but he did not.He confirmed everything was handled and gave me a parking permit for the extension but when I return from work the next day maintenance was in my room packing up my things like I had not extended. The TV kept ongoing out we could not watch TV for an entire day. The water in the shower was barely coming out which made it extremely hard to take a good shower.
- Kristina (2/5): - Nothing
- Donovan (10/5): - Great price
- Jeremy (10/5): - It wa nice quiet and fast
- rachel (6/5): The location was convenient, not too bad - Convenient location to Winter Park and the mall. Across the street from hotel, many options to shop and eat.
Inside the room was a large refrigerator, a microwave, a stove, table.
Clean sheets, decent pillows. Clean towels. Clean bathroom.
Outside of the room was a bit sketchy. There was a lot of stuff going on and I won’t go into detail details.
A lot of shady people. A lot of shady activity.
The guy at the front desk was nice. Free parking.
The air conditioner worked, but it was loud. The TV worked and it was big. All the channels you need.
- Patricia (4/5): - I requested clean towels four times. On the fourth day, I was only given two.
- Tom (2/5): Ain's Staying Here Again - My door would not open, front desk says to jerk hard upward on door, you literally had to almost break your hand jerking upward. Made all my 3 occupants show their driver license to stay in room. Room smelled like bug spray, odor was bad, bathroom door splitting in half , when you shut the door it wouldn' open, and received a parking citation for backing my truck into the space, it does state that on the parking pass on bottom in small writing, the front desk should of stated that upon check in. Won't be staying here again and isn't worth the $65 night they charge, def a $40 night all day long
- Michael (8/5): -
- Hanson (7/5): Everything OK. Reasonable modest clean - Weekly rate Everything OK. Reasonable.
- Keith (2/5): Very poor -
- Jose (10/5): - K
- Ruiz (1/5): I never stay again to much roches in the apartment in the kitchen in the bed in the freezer I craz - Nothing Everything I not
Like
- Kevin (4/5): Poor poor poor - The room was dirty. The tub stained and the toilet ran. Stains on the sheets as well. Very unpleasant experience.
- Torres (9/5): Superb -
- Josephine (8/5): - Yes
- Kedy (10/5): - The room smell weird
- Ian (4/5): Make this your last choice - Front desk staff very polite and attentive. That’s the best part of the hotel.
The rest … all rooms have a smoky scent, I had to request a room change but not a lot of difference. Didn’t feel very safe … I suggest only stay here if you have no other choice.
- Stephen (2/5): - The AC was set at 68 but the temperature in the room was unbearable 78 degrees. My key stopped working after one night and had to get it fixed. There was no ice machine. They had a refrigerator and freezer but no ice cube trays. Very poor location compared to other Red Roof locations. Very disappointed
- Benny (2/5): - Tv doesn’t work no garbage can inside the room this horrible experience I never wanna rent there no more
- Josephine (10/5): - Everything is at a walking distance
- Daniel (2/5): - No toilet paper
- Sandy (2/5): - Toaches
- Jessica (8/5): NYC to Fl 17 hour straight drive - I was a little annoyed that the property did not accommodate early check in. They did not even attempt to help even though I expressed how tired I was from my long drive. The property was nice and well maintained. The room was clean and the water was nice and warm. I only stayed one night but would definitely stay again when in that area.
- Almeda (6/5): - It's a place for us to not be in the heat once in awhile.
- Edwardo (10/5): - Great location peaceful and quiet
- Caleb (2/5): - Toilet didn't flush. AC unit right by your head if you tried to sleep. Whole place very sketch.
- Jeffrey D (10/5): - The stay was quiet and comfortable. Nice place.
- Michael (6/5): - Breakfast included only coffee.
- David (10/5): - Amazing
- Izzy (3/5): Disgusting and huge inconvenience. - The bed was comfy and the AC worked really well. And the gentleman who was working at 7:20 in the morning on Saturday, June 14th, 2025 was incredibly helpful when we locked ourself out and left our suitcase when checking out. I stayed in room 136 with my boyfriend. There’s location of the hotel is not in Orlando has advertised but outside of Orlando in a town called Cassleberry. The hotel is about a 40 minute drive away from Orlando. The man who worked on Thursday, June 12th, 2025 when we checked in at 6:30 pm had no customer service. He was very short and rude and rushed us even though there was no body else in the office besides us 3. There’s a hidden $100 deposit fee that they don’t tell you about until you check into the room which takes 5-7 business days to return to your account. The TV mount doesn’t stay when you reposition it. The bathroom had no conditioner. Just two tiny bottles of conditioning shampoo which doesn’t actually work. It had no body wash or hand soap. Just two bars of facial soap. The towel rack was disgusting. It was covered in this black crust that my boyfriend wiped off with a single wipe with a dry towel. The kitchenette barely worked. The stove doesn’t work. It doesn’t even get hot. It’s not connected to anything. The microwave barely worked. I cooked my meal in the microwave perfectly but when I cooked my boyfriends meal, I took the same exact steps as k did with mine, the top of his meal was burnt black and the bottom was raw. The bed had roaches and so did the dining room table. It was a horrible experience. The room key also doesn’t work half the time. We stood there for 5 minutes just putting the key in and out because it wouldn’t unlock the door. The TV isn’t a Roku tv so your stuck with reruns of old shows and movies.
- Cynthia (10/5): - Room was clean, plenty of towels in the bathroom, and the air conditioner worked very well. Staff were friendly, professional, and quick with check-in and check out.
- Jose (4/5): - I turned the air conditioner off, It was on when I got to the room and made a loud noise.
While I was trying to sleep, I couldn't reconcile..
Guess what ? There was little roaches on the bed.
Delinquents ridding bikes without shirt through the hotel property...
I hope they return me the $100.00 deposit they ask me as rental requirement.
- Zachary (10/5): - I liked the stove addition, also everything was in good condition in my room and the air conditioner worked well
- Stephen (4/5): Left early, will never return. - The room, though appearing to be clean, had an overpowering mildew smell. The bathroom needed a deep scrub to remove mold and mildew from around the floor and walls. The room came equipped with a microwave and cooktop but there were no dishes or utensils.
- William (3/5): Poor - I really didn't like it at all. The only reason I stayed is because it was only a 2 night stay and I wasn't at the Hotel during the day time. The room had small roaches, the toilet kept running water and the bathroom sink drain plug was missing. I ask for an invoice and I was told they would send a copy to me. Haven't received it yet.
- Jeff (10/5): JAH REVIEW - Cold AC and super comfy pillows and mattress!!
