• S (1/5): - It was close to the location I was working. It had a decent size refrigerator Everything thing else. Mattress was on just a frame that was too big so I would hit my foot on this metal frame The remote had no backing I had to go to the office everyday to get re-keyed No ice machine On my last day there were 2 roaches crawling around the walls.

• Wilson (1/5): It's really disgusting to stay there, I would never ever book to stay there again. - The only thing I liked the most was the manager, she was respectful and really accommodating to me. Honestly speaking she should be working in a better facility. I did not like the fact that I had roaches Crowling on my face and head while I was sleeping, this facility has to many roaches. I also did not like the fact that we could not get room service on a daily basis, the worst part is not to get clean linen and towels. That is the worst to be sleeping and drying yourself with dirty items, so i paid $454.00 to stay for 8 days and I have to wash my own sheets, towels and provide my own toilet tissue.

• Gilda (1/5): Unsanitary conditions and appalling customer service. - Worst experience ever. The room was infested with cockroaches, making it impossible to stay. When we requested a refund for the night we couldn't spend there, management refused. To make matters worse, the manager claimed they had informed us about the infestation beforehand, which is completely false. Instead of offering a solution, she threatened to call the police to force us out.

• marketta (4/5): A place to sleep - I liked the location. & most of the staff were nice & helpful. Roaches. The fact that you can't get clean towels and/or linen daily. Whenever you are able to get new ones; you're required to take the old ones to the office after 4:30pm for them to wash them.

• Yosef (1/5): - The room was quite unclean upon my arrival. I requested that it be cleaned on several occasions. The floor appeared not to have been properly cleaned for a considerable period. Even after a week, following a cleaning service, the floor remained dirty. A piece of plastic was observed under the bed both before and after the cleaning. The lavatory seat was also noticeably soiled with an unpleasant stain at the base.

• miriyala (1/5): Disappointing and disgusting place to stay - The room was very dirty full of cockroaches and the staff didn’t seem helpful so we had to vacate it within one hour after check-in and it was midnight and we had to find some other hotel that is 30 minutes away and drove all the way again and we had to stay at a different place. It was a terrible experience. There’s nothing to like about the property

• Robert (2/5): - The property is budget friendly. Fyi, I fumigated the room the first night expecting to kill the roaches that were crawling around the room & refrigerator. I don’t know what happened but the roaches doubled the next day made numerous calls to staff for help with the situation and no help from anyone. Would love a full refund for food lost and cleaning supplies I purchased and the clothes I most likely will throw away bc I don’t want to bring roaches home.

Cockroaches everywhere in the room, carachas in the bathroom, in the kitchen area, in the drawers, on the tables, in the chairs, in all the places I only stayed three nights out of the 7 that you had paid for and I could not sleep because of the cockroaches. And I had to spray the room and pass it through because the water came out black.

Apesta tiene cucarachas hasta un gusano encontré también la cerradura de la puerta estaba rota tuve q dejar y buscar otro hotel porq no pude dormir ahí por el mal olor definitivamente deberían de demolerlo y hacerlo nuevo ni se les ocurra quedarse ahí. No se como pueden cobrar tanto por esa mierda de hotel.

And it was dirty. Everything . The parking was the only good thing there. It’s secured there but there no system for the roach infestation they have. Every thing was overpriced and overused, needs major renovations

• Jonathan (1/5): I would not stay again and would not recommend anyone else - Location is good This place was dirty. You’ll notice as soon as you walk to your room door, how filthy the entrance is, which should be a sign of how dirty it is inside as well. The communication is terrible, we stayed a few weeks because of proximity to work. They did not tell us that they would be doing construction right at our door. They let us book knowing that there was gonna be work done right at our room with no warning and we work overnight. There were also roaches, the room was not cleaned adequately before we went in. The burners in the kitchen were not both working. Just 1 at a time. It’s better to just not book here.
• victoria (2/5): Roach infested - Room was roach infested,had to move to rooms twice due to conditions of the rooms, the last one I was offered was clean no bugs but because it was a short stay and àlot of hotels were booked ( July 4th weekend ) I kept it but all in all the presentation on the outside of the hotel was ok but soon as you see your room it was horrible... Needs renovating and they could do better. My fiance took videos and pictures I just don't have it at the moment

The room reeked of cigarette and marijuana smoke, it was dirty, and the bathroom was disgusting. We only stayed one night because there’s a no-refund policy. That night, we killed five cockroaches in our room! The worst stay I’ve ever had—do not rent this place!
