• Hans-Ulrich (8/5): - Es fanden Fassadenarbeiten u.a. statt, so dass die Optik des Hotels sehr beeinträchtigt war. Teilweise war tagsüber auch Baulärm zu hören. Am problematischtem war aber, dass bei den Arbeiten auch die Klimaanlagen erneuert wurden und während des gesamten Aufenthalts dadurch keine Heizung zur Verfügung stand. Leider hatten wir ein paar sehr kühle Tage und Abende, an denen aber dadurch nicht geheizt werden konnte. Ich hoffe auf eine teilweise Erstattung des Preises. Bitte antworten Sie kurzfristig. • Lambert (6/5): - Schöne, saubere zimmer. Gutes Frühstück Das Zimmer war leider seeeeeehr kalt. Wir haben um eine zweite Deckr gebeten, die haben wir auch bekommen. Trotzdem war es kaum auszuhalten. Am Morgen aus dem warmen Bett zu steigen in einem eiskalten Zimmer, absolute Horror. Der Mitarbeiter am Empfang, war wohl neu und wusste nicht wie die Heizung angeht. Sowas sollte nicht passieren.

• Hakan (3/5): Perfect location, but the hotel itself does not justify its high rating. - The location is perfect. It is in the heart of Saint-Germain, just next to Café de Flore. The neighborhood is lively and very convenient for walking everywhere. This property does not reflect an 8.8 rating. There was ongoing renovation work (scaffolding covering the facade and inner courtyard), and the breakfast area in the basement was also under renovation. This was not clearly communicated at the time of booking. The elevator is extremely small — even without large luggage it is difficult for two people to fit. With suitcases, it would be very challenging. The rooms are very small and lack natural light. Overall, the facilities and comfort level do not match the high online score.
