Thomas (8/5): Good value - Great guys at reception, they were always pleasant to interact with and helpful. Rooms are simple but comfortable enough and the hot water, AC and wifi worked well. It's nice that it's a really local neighbourhood. Ok, not the nicest neighbourhood, but it's authentic and the people I interacted with were friendly. Not the best location for walking, but I knew that when I booked it and it's Hanoi after all so walking is always a challenge. The room didn't have any natural light and had a bit of a musty smell to it. Probably difficult to air it out. I'd probably stay again but not in that room.

Quartier absolument pas touristique !!! Possible de louer un scooter Un peu bruyant mais c'est Hanoi !!!!

Hari Krishna Sai (7/5): not worth the money - bathroom is very small with no tray to keep toiletries inside shower, washbasin is placed awkwardly leaving not much space to properly wash, entire hotel smells of cigarette, room doors don't close properly leaving buzzer sound and you have to push it hard to properly lock and make the sound stop and beds are hard

Aneta (8/5): Fair price for what is it - Good place for one or two nights if you like to see Hanoi. It's a bit further from centre but cheap and easy to get Grab or taxi from here. Hard beds. Firstly we got room with very bad mouldy smell but after we refuse to go in we were given better one.

Phạm Thu (10/5): - Mình ở Golden Hotel dịp đi xem diễu binh và thấy rất tiện. Vị trí khách sạn gần chỗ diễn ra sự kiện, xung quanh cũng nhiều quán ăn ngon. Phòng thì sạch sẽ, gọn gàng, nhân viên thân thiện và hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Ở đây khá thoải mái, chắc chắn mình sẽ quay lại. ??
